HATS OFF TO THE TEAM! We arrived at 5.35pm but had to queue 1 hour… But worth the wait. Amazing food. I’d like to highlight some staff in particular — the two front-of-house fellas (one twenty-year-old with braces, and another with a bucket hat) were so friendly, and their service was so good! They took the time to change our plates and utensils for our desserts AND explain the desserts to us (what’s in it, how to eat). Michelin-level service in a hawker centre. The guy on the grill was also impressive, picking up the steaks with his (gloved but essentially bare) hands. Not hot ah?! I see you and your efforts sir. We chatted briefly with the bucket hat fella and learnt that the team washes ALL THEIR DISHES by themselves, to make sure that it’s cleaned up to their standards for their customers. This is a small, probably always overlooked, yet important detail that just goes to show how much they care, and how proud they are of their food. Bravo to these young folks!

Arrived 9min after the opening time at 5.30pm and there was already a queue of 12 people in front of us. There are 7 people (3 serving/taking orders and 4 cooking / preparing the food and ingredients). Incredibly backlogged. WARNING: it is a 1h wait to get to ORDER, then another 30-45min for the food. The menu is also misleading as it says $X/100g BUT THEY ONLY SELL FULL STEAKS. We only found this out at the front. The cheapest was 475g striploin steak which is $76. Their "real menu" for steaks is just an internal paper that is updated as their full steaks run out. Ordered a cheeseburger too ($14). The steak comes with a basic steak salad with some onion and vinegar drizzle. Ok. Cheeseburger is juicy. Steak is well charred and perfectly medium rare and tasty. Lightly salted. Food is good but being in the middle of a hawker center as well as having a misleading menu is not ideal. You can get better value elsewhere if you want steak with a better atmosphere. Come on a random weekday instead of the weekend too.

Well worth the long queue and wait. Steaks ($13-16/100g) and lamb chops were tender and flavourful- better than many restaurants. Lamb chops have this distinctive marinade that tastes like A Kitchen skewers. Cheeseburger ($14) is simply fantastic- rich without going overboard with the fats or sauce. Mains are all served simply- no garnish or sides. Chocolate tart dessert was interesting- more of something you'd see in a higher end eatery

Wow this is probably the most expensive meal I have ever had in a hawker centre setting. Yet I have to say this meal is probably expensive but its definitely worth the money paying for. I arrived on a Sunday evening and there were already a lot of people waiting. Didn't have a good experience initially because of their queuing system. I was told to give a table number and then they would call put your table number and you go to the stall to place your order. However after a short while everything changed and I could see a long line queuing and didn't know what happened. Throughout didn't hear any calling of table number, eventually I was thinking if I should give up, I went to ask and they slotted me into the queue and people were looking at me like I jumped queue. Cut the story short so finally ordered and still waited about 30 minutes for the food. I was still wondering like a side like egg mayo and potato salad needs 30 minutes to be served and eventually when it was served, I kept quiet cause it was good and I told myself okay it was pretty worth the wait. Took a little while more and the steak was served. This was the dish which took up most of the cost in the meal and I have to say is comparable to big restaurant sans the air conditioning. It was good, in fact very good that I think there's nothing to fault about. Just a simple plate with minimal sides just the greens and the highlight is just the steak. The climax definitely was the Ajumma Kappucino which initially I was worried whether there was caffeine but was told there isn't. A very good dessert simply which I cannot describe but just eat and smile throughout. This is one dessert which i strongly recommend and its very memorable still after the meal. Throughout the meal could see the staff being apologetic and kept asking about the food when walking past or when serving the food to the table. I think for people who want to come get an experience here you need to be patient and be okay with eating in a not so cooling environment. People come well prepared with cold drinks and fans, and drop the thought about the price and enjoy a good meal here. Highly recommended. Kudos to the team here who can bring such quality food to a hawker centre.

***PSA*** Not all items can be ordered for takeaway. Anything that has a bit too much sauce or items like the cold dessert can only be ordered if you’re dining there. Check with the staff. Muslim owned and the food is better than many many restaurants out there and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. Staff are also friendly and helpful. Let them take their time to freshly prepare your food and enjoy it.

Came here on a wednesday evening with little crowd. Food here is really immaculate despite the location being in a hawker setting. Once the sun starts setting, the place becomes rather peaceful and breezy. Went with their portoro european breed MB2+ grain fed ribeye and they nailed the temperature. Char on the steak was excellent with the smokiness from the charcoal grill. Simple yet delectable! Also went with their fried chicken burger with chipotle sauce and it is easily my favourite fried chicken burger of all time. Patty was huge and for its price point of $13.50 it is very reasonable. Lastly the staff was very friendly and took the time to answer my queries, and even asking my friend and I how was the food when we were done. Great service and I will like to thank the crew for the food and hospitality :) Will definitely return to this place 🤝🏻

Ok, heard about the long queue so I came early, but the ordering was still a tad chaotic. If you arrive before they open, you tell them table number and when they are ready, they'll line you up by table number.. supposedly in the sequence they took them. The ordering itself can take some time, because the options and availability are known only at the head of the ordering queue.. and because the items ain't exactly cheap, so the one ordering might have some back and forth 'consultations' with the other diners. I had a simple cheeseburger, so it was easy. I wanted to try the steak 🥩, but it's at least 300g ($45+). So I might come back another time for it. Ok, the burger was served on a plate, with fork and knife (been awhile since I had one like this, maybe in Boston years ago!) Visually, it was far from spectacular. But the patty was very good, doneness was perfect, the bun was a tad soggy under the weight of the patty and toppings. Caramelized onions was a bit too sweet for my liking, so do note and not leave a big chunk till the end.

First of all, come early to try - the queue is super long!! Secondly, for a steak place.. their seafood is a lot better tasting. Personally find the steak very mid in terms of quality and the rub. Granted it’s steak cooked on the grill so mad props for it but it did fall flat. There was too much char and not enough flavour. I would recommend the extra Caesar salad. Simple but very fresh and addictive.
