I love this store. I have bought some amazing jeans, jackets and other items of clothing from it. I also love that I have supported and benefited from a great British tailoring institution. However, if I were the owner, u would either fire the current front staff, or provide them basic training on being polite to customers. Basic politeness: like smile, make someone feel welcome. Especially someone who has spent 3000 GBP in your store in one year. At least acknowledge me and say fake hello. I am an Indian male, and don’t want to carelessly throw a racism charge, but gosh I wish your staff had a tad more courtesy. I won’t be back.
