Pre booked a ride 6 days ahead. Ride wasn’t able to be synced in app so I was asked to cancel and rebook. I did and they attempted to charge £35 more. On the phone they did agree to rebook at the original price after some pushback. The day of the ride I received a call 15 minutes before pickup to say the ride has been cancelled. This is despite receiving 2 confirmations of the booking. Terrible company - do not use.

Abdul from Blacklane is, without question, the gold standard of professional chauffeurs. Punctual, polished, and exceptionally courteous, he turned a simple ride into a five-star experience. His driving was smooth, his demeanor calming, and his attention to detail unmatched. If every journey had an Abdul, travel would be a joy every time.

Took an hour to clear customs and get bags at Heathrow , but driver left to pick up next ride. The “lack of customer” service representative could not reschedule ride and suggested we contact our travel agent in the US. Fortunately, we found a taxi large enough for three people and seven large bags.

Driver no show has left us stranded and unable to find an alternative. We will now almost definitely miss our flight home. Booked this months in advance. No solution offered by Blacklane. Unacceptably poor.

I have been using Blacklane for a couple of years without an issue. Today the driver no showed us. He called and said he would be there a few minutes late. The BL concierge then called and said they driver was running late and would be there in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later he still had not arrived. We had to scramble to arrange another car to the airport. Very hard to communicate with BL. They don’t answer the phone. I deleted the app. I will not use them again.

I can attest to Blacklane’s professionalism as I’ve experienced their chauffeur service through Emirates Business Class perks. The chauffeurs are consistently professional, with excellent manners and driving skills. Emirates frequently partners with Blacklane in certain countries, which speaks to their quality. However, what disappoints me about Blacklane is their tendency to “upgrade” the business-class sedan I book to an Alphard or a similar MPV. While MPVs may be more spacious, if I wanted one, I would have booked it. What I prefer is a sleek black Mercedes or Audi sedan. This unsolicited “upgrade” has led me to avoid using Blacklane services whenever possible.

Booked on 2nd Dec for boxing day ride. An easy 35 mins to UKs 5th biggest city(airport). Called yesterday to say that have no cars. Astoundingly offered a voucher so they can fail to come on a different date.

Horrible experience. Booked a car months ago, they took my payment days before the event. During the event I was attending called (they knew I was at a concert!!) and then called back again an hour before to say that they couldn’t accommodate my ride. Their customer service was awful, and they keep making excuses. Don’t confirm a booking for a customer when you yourselves haven’t confirmed you can accommodate. If you don’t have enough capacity in a new market, admit it and don’t accept bookings. Had they canceled days or weeks ago i would have been disappointed, but have had time to plan. Instead we were left in the lurch with no possible way to change plans.
