Good quality hotel with good facilities. Easy access and tram stops very close to the main entrance.

Really is good area take rest have very good swimming pool . But the breakfast isn't have good value £12.50 The area is good very nearby have convince store Coop

Easy parking within walking distance to all attractions, rooms clean with everything needed. Staff very nice polite and helpful.

The rooms weren’t ready at 4 pm , the room was dirty , too hot , no air conditioning, nothing replaced in room tea/coffee and bins left full , gym locked at 8pm forced to stay here through work ,staff don’t know breakfast times although once breakfast does open you wish you went to a cafe food was horrible This place has gone downhill massively since it was a Hilton

Hot water not in the room on my first night so not a good start
