A lovely young lady with dark hair originally helped us and graciously showed us what some of the rooms looked like, which we thought was very kind and generous. Elizabeth was also there that night and she was just as friendly. We found these two ladies to be the highlight of our experience. The soaking pools are very beautiful and relaxing. We have stayed at nearly every property in T or C and this ranks as one of the top experiences. We tried the yellow pool and the indoor pool that they have behind office. Both were amazing and we would highly recommend!

We’ve been coming here for years and it just keeps getting better each time we go! Gracia makes getting your reservations for a room or a soak easy and complete! Ryan just keeps making the property more safe and updated! I feel this hot springs property is the best and most romantic for a couple in all of TorC! You must try this place and you shall see!

I wanna say I had a great time at the Blackstone. Our room had its own private hot tub and it was amazing. The Lone Ranger room was really nice. The only thing was bad was the bed was squeaky but other than that, it was a very wonderful time that we had. My wife and I went for our anniversary Even though it rained we’re still able to sit out in the hot tub and we got to enjoy wonderful time together. We also got up at 4 o’clock in the morning to go sit out in the tub. It was so amazing. It’s so beautiful. We had a fantastic time and we suggest everyone to go there. It’s a great place.

Google
The web information was spot on. Very nice room with private hot springs tub. The coffee was fantastic. Planning on returning. We stayed in the i dream of Jennie room, decorations throughout matched the theme. The hotel cat is very friendly and it was nice to love on him as I had to leave my cats home.

Reserved the wet room for 2 hours and the experience was so relaxing and amazing! Gabby helped make the booking process so easy. When I arrived with my family, Graciela was so friendly. The indoor wet room was clean and equipped with a shower and towels. Will definitely be back!!

Google
Our first, but probably not last time, we stayed in the I dream of Jeannie room. Darling setup, the pictures do not do it justice. Lots of lights with each switch labeled. The hot tub is roomy and nice and warm. The coffee is delicious, as advertised. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

From the warm greeting at our arrival to the goodbye and well wishes ass we left, it was awesome. Nice warm welcome, clean and professional. Thank you! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Google
Used the hot spring bath only, not lodging. It has become our new favorite in town for soaking in the mineral baths. There are many to choose from, but it is true here, you get what you pay for. Blackstone pools are clean and well taken care of. The area by the pools allows for ample dressing and also provides a shower, soap and shampoo. We do bring our own towels and water as there is an additional charge for both of those. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. You can easily check availability online and book your soak.

Yelp
Hotel with hot spring tub included. The rate for 3 days and 2 nights was just over $500 after tax. It is a small hotel so rooms get booked quickly. Very comfy bed, hot tub fits 4 comfortably, so very spacious. Each room has a theme, we stayed in the Wonder Woman suite. Very clean location, very well taken cared of.
google avatar

Wendy T.

Yelp
Very unique place to stay. It is important to understand/read their policies. Each room has a different theme. We loved the Wonder Woman room. Many nice details in the room; a good mix of modern and classic. Easy walk to Broadway and then up to Main streets. TorC, like many small towns, is slowly recovering from the pandemic and lots of the shops have limited hours. Well worth the trip with easy soaking and relaxing and friendly people.

Yelp
We stopped in here because the other location we were interested in had closed. Clean and comfortable private mineral springs. We had plenty of shade which was much needed. My only wish is that the cold water had actually been cold for the outdoor showers. Other than that a solid and inexpensive hot spring experience!
google avatar

Genevieve M.

Yelp
Perfect getaway for some self care. The Wonder Woman room was so fun! Clean spaces, friendly and responsive customer service, and cool vibes. Note that the reservation process is a little different with a second step process of you having to upload your info- but it was smooth and I had no issues. Note that during the week, restaurants in T&C close early and so make sure you grab dinner early. Looking forward to a future trip!

Yelp
The hospitality of this place is amazing, the staff was beyond helpful and extremely nice. The Lone Ranger room was clean and beautifully decorated, we LOVED the person outside hotspring. I love that bc of our own mistakes the staff wanted to make it right. We unfortunately ran out of time if not we would have taken them up on their officer, I cannot wait to go back! I would 100% recommend this place. I refuse to go to any of the other locations. This place takes the cake!

Yelp
My wife and I spent part of our wedding anniversary in one of the private springs. The yellow room presented very well. Super clean. Very nice staff. Respectful of privacy. Quiet. I suggest the 1.75 hour booking. Will be back.

Yelp
We spent two nights here for my birthday and I could not have been happier. We originally booked with another well known hotel in the area and upon arrival were aghast at how run down and dirty it was. I was so sad. My dude quickly called Blackstone and we sped over to tour the rooms and my spirits immediately lifted. The rooms and the property were gorgeous, tasteful, and inviting, it has the charm of a chic Palm Springs getaway. We picked As The World Turns because the in-room tub was huge! Eric the host offered to schedule a free birthday soak in the outdoor pools that was a true highlight experience, he was so kind and welcoming. If we find ourselves back in TorC this will be our spot! Don't hesitate to book! You'll love it!!

Yelp
Yes, the booking process is a bit tedious but I would 100% book here again. We stayed in the Golden Girls room, frankly it's bigger than my San Francisco apartment. It is spacious and the muted soft yellow color gave it a relaxing charm. Pros: AC worked great The spring fed bathtub was huge! The tub had stirs and a handrail It was great having a kitchenette with a real freezer Private backyard with entrances from the bathroom and kitchenette. Entrance to our room from the community garden and the parking lot. Lots of windows Boris the cat was a sweetheart Lots of street parking Every window and door had screens Bathroom robes almost fit Fatty friendly bathroom They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash Staff was friendly Potential Cons (we went in the middle of the week and did not experience any cons) Small parking lot, no room guest designated parking Tub can be slick, careful when getting in and out of the tub

Yelp
My husband and I had an amazing stay here in January and stayed in the Jetson room.. The manager Felíz was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel welcome. We decided to come back in March, during the week, to celebrate our anniversary. The only room available was the Twilight Zone, which stated it had a new king bed instead of the murphy bed, so we elected to reserve it. Upon arrival, we noticed the bed was hard and sunken at both sleeping areas on the bed. Not wanting to be a bother, we chose to try it anyway. Well, needless to say, it was horrible. I did not sleep at all. We had already booked several outdoor soaks since this room only has a hot spring shower. After our morning soak and breakfast, I talked to Matt and let him know our issue. I asked if we could move to another room for our second night, but they were fully booked. He said he would get back to me shortly. My husband and I drove around and explored the area. Just a note: if you come to T or C early in the week, there are very few options for food, so you may want to pack some. After not hearing back from Matt, I called the office and spoke to a nice young lady who said she would find an answer and call me back. She did! She let me know that Babaloo was available if we wanted. I asked to look at it, and she complied. When I walked out to the common area, she was with a male who identified himself as the owner. I mentioned our problem, and he was curt and rude, saying he knew what was in the room because he had purchased it himself. He then stated perhaps I was not accustomed to a nice bed and wouldn't know the difference. We looked at the other offered room, but we declined it because it was not a better option. He then abruptly told us he would refund our money so we could go stay at the Holiday Inn!!!! What an a$$! No need, bucko, we won't be back.

Yelp
T/C has many spa options, but I return to Blackstone time after time. They are well situated in town with restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. The accommodations are very comfortable with the rooms having different TV theme from past years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Many of the rooms have their own soaking tub and there are outside private soaking areas. But a favorite experience of mine is the "Wet Room" with its deep soaking tub and a waterfall cascading into the pool. The wet room also has wet sauna with a cascading waterfall. Blackstone is close to the main aquifer, so the natural spring water temperature is consistently between105 and 109°. Enjoy!

Yelp
Their reservation process is the worst that I have EVER experienced during all my years of travel. They HOUNDED me for copies of ID and credit card by insecure email. If my wife wasn't set on staying it I would have cancelled. I hope the experience of staying is worth the incredibly annoying hassle of booking. They need to enter the modern era and take online reservations and stop this sus "email us your sensitive info" stuff from the 1990's...

Yelp
This place has been on our bucket list forever! We were thrilled to finally stop in and check it out. We made a reservation online for the Wet Room with ease and arrived early to check out the place. There was ample parking and the grounds were beautiful! The staff was very accommodating and we were thrilled to find that they provided towels when many places nearby rent them. They also have complimentary water from the jug and bottles for sale. Let me tell you: the Wet Room is AMAZING! The hot spring in the ground is so comfortable and the waterfall is a very nice temperature. There is a sauna type room where you can stand or sit and enjoy the hot spring water piped in from the ceiling of the room. The room also has a large shower with spa quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You also get your own private sitting room as well. The windows in the Wet Room also open to let in the cool breeze. It was one of the most relaxing hot spring experiences we've ever had!

Yelp
This is our first return visit to Blackstone Hotsprings since 2021. The spa and outdoor common areas have undergone some remodeling. Nice job! Very nice, and very clean. I booked the Wet Room for two hours. This room has a spa hot-tub/pool with a tall water fall which you can stand under. The Steam Room is like a sauna but there is water streaming down the walls and a waterfall! There is also a shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The decor is stone and stone tile. All very nice, clean and private. My visit was early evening so the room was brightly lit but was able to adjust the lighting. Towels were provided. The water in the pool was about 102 to 104 degrees. The sauna seemed hotter due to the humidity. I conveniently made the reservation online and checking in with Erik was pleasant and a breeze. A feature that I personally appreciate is that Blackstone empties and cleans the spa/pool rooms between each use. The unique beauty of the spas and the welcoming professionalism of the staff (thank you Erik) will always be a wonderful destination when I travel to New Mexico!

Yelp
Let me start from curb appeal. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Beautiful landscaping. Check in was different due to covid but nothing unbearable. We didn't know what to expect from the room because of the many themes but we ended up staying in the "Superman Room". The theme was not over bearing and it was comfortable and very elegant, clean and all the amenities were what we expected. We had 2 private soaks in the "Red Bath" which were very peaceful and private. We would most definitely come again. This place is in walking distance of the local grocery store called "Bullocks" and the "T or C Brewery" is literally across the street. We will be returning next time we visit T or C!!!

Yelp
An avid hot springer and this magical place is just my very favorite! Unique rooms with m water sourced into your own personal tub, and beautiful outdoor soaks for a moonlit night soak. The wet room is also a treasure. Robin was so very helpful during our stay. So thankful to meet such a wonderful host and recharge our bones from a long road trip to the Tucson gem show. Microbrewery and food truck right across the street if you are feeling brews and foods, also. Thank you Blackstone

Yelp
What a delightful surprise! Blackstone offers themed rooms in a range of prices that allow even the traveler on a budget to visit. While it appears modest from the outside, inside the rooms are comfortable - spotless! - and provide all the basics you need. I particularly like the fact that management is really strict about Covid precautions and requested us to provide proof of vaccination status plus photo IDs prior to even confirming the reservation. Staff was also excellent in notifying us when another room became available (since we had booked the most modest - unthemed room). The spring waters are delightfully comfortable and of course being inside the room one can use them as often as one wants. The facilityis also very quiet, something not necessarily true at other hot springs I have visited.

Yelp
I was thrilled to find a nice, cozy, fun and quirky place to stay in Truth or Consequences! We stayed in the Golden Girls room and it was perfect! Large room, includes living area and kitchen with fridge and microwave the bath was large and awesome! Comfortable bed, nice sheets and pillows I wish I could take the bath with me, as I would love to soak everyday! Lovely private back patio, the grounds are clean, lots of places to relax with your coffee Only suggestions would be to have better lighting by bathroom sink in case you want to apply makeup and offer guests facial bar I used the bath wash and it stung my face (I should have remembered to bring my own) Reasonable price, I would definitely visit again!

Yelp
We really like their hot spring. It's very quite, private with very reasonable price. We all really enjoyed it.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in the Golden Girls room and we loved it. We actually drove from Southern California just to stay here because I was sold on the fact they have in room personal mineral baths. ( I don't get into any water with other people except my husband because I'm a germaphobe). We also reserved a slot in the turquoise bath and it was so beautiful! This is such a relaxing an peaceful place for a little vacation. We will definitely be back in the future. This hotel has specific rules to stay there and if you follow the rules you will have a fabulous time. The people who write negative reviews are the ones who don't want to follow the rules.

Yelp
I made a reservation last night for 6 pm today. The lady I spoke with took all of information to include my card information and said I would receive an email confirmation with all of the instructions as they are contactless. By noon today day I still hadn't gotten the email so I called. I spoke with the General Manager who confirmed my email address and said she just sent another message. Message still not received by 2 pm so I sent a text asking to please send the information by text since the email wasn't coming through. She now is asking for copies of both ID's from my husband and I and a copy of my debit card too. I told her all of the info was taken by phone when I made the reservation and there was no mention of needing copies of anything. When I asked to please cancel the reservation, I then and only then received an email from them to let me know everything had been canceled because I failed to provide information. Information that was not requested until today. The best part is that in the email my last name was "Banned". Before you start banning people for not providing information you may want to train your employees to ask for it. I need to add that this was not my first visit. I've never had issue before. It's always been a wonderful experience until now. Everyone can have an off day, but this was enough to keep me from even attempting to come back. Since I'm apparently "Banned", that's probably a good thing!

Yelp
I brought my mom here this week since we had planned to go three years ago, but my brother passed just before we were supposed to leave. This is the 3 year anniversary, so as a way to honor him, we decided to take this trip in memory of him to this hotel that sounded great. Unfortunately, it was a colossal failure. I rented the Superman room as it was the largest and "nicest" room. The room itself was nice for sure. The tub was big enough that we threw on suits, cracked the window, shut the door, and hoped in shortly after we got there. The air in the main room was set to 68 which felt great coming in from either the outdoors (high 70s), or from the tub room after using it. Unfortunately, once your core body temp cooled off, it was incredibly hot in the room still. We turned the air as low as it would go. I believe that was 64 and had the ceiling fan on. All blinds were closed. The room stayed hot and wouldnt cool off. We were literally sweating all night and couldnt sleep. Good thing we drank lots of water the day before. The bathroom shower door weight is off, so you would close it and it would slide right open. I had to rig it with the big shampoo and conditioner bottles I brought so I didnt flood the floor! In addition to the makeshift lake that was happening, there was ZERO air flow. There was a tiny window in there, but that didnt work. All of this combined with steaming hot room, I needed a shower after I got dressed again. Management wouldnt walk into the room to feel it. Their only response to both of these major concerns was that no one else has had a problem in there. We checked the guestbook and the earliest entries were from 2018. Maybe it hasnt reached 80 since then to know the air isnt working? I mean, they had zero cares. She did call me to tell me the owner was willing to give me a $75 credit towards our next stay, but there is NO WAY I would ever return. This was a one and done kind of trip due to the circumstance. Even if I was going back, I need cool and sleep, not a sauna and dehydration even out of the springs! I recommend going down the street to Riverbend. It looked really nice and you would probably get sleep and management who cared about your well being/comfort for $200/night on a weeknight!

Yelp
We were not able to stay at this location, but we wanted to after our experience. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. They answered all of our questions and were just super kind. We went with the "Wet Room" and well, it was wet (shocker!) They do have others to choose from and some are outside as well as being in some of the rooms too. The private room had an enclosed sauna powered by a waterfall and a hot spring that was large. There was plenty of room to change and get comfortable as well as lay out in case of too much warmth. The spring was a bit warmer than the first spring we went to, but it was a good temperature. For a nice hot spring experience, this is the place.

Yelp
Just left and wish we could have stayed another night or three. It was so much more, so much better than we imagined. We did the Adventures of Superman suite--two room suite, nicely furnished, great bed, 2 TVs, microwave/fridge, nice bathroom with large shower, and FABULOUS spa tub. The weather was nice, so we did two evenings in the outdoor Turquoise Spa. Wonderful!!! Immaculate grounds, easy parking. But as nice and wonderful as all of that was, the people make the difference. Gracia, Jody, and Chessa--on-site--and owners Rob and Ralph have put together a winner. We are already trying to put together the next time we can get there. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. Richard and Sarah Plainview, Texas

Yelp
Our adventures in T or C continue to get better, and unfortunately, we probably won't make it back to this stellar spot for quite a few years. Two things to know up front: This is a property that caters to couples and besties, rather than families -- kiddos under 12 aren't allowed, due to the intense heat of the hot springs. Management was super friendly about our misunderstanding and accommodated us. Second, as of this writing, Blackstone has possibly the best Yelp check-in offer state-wide: a free hour soak in one of their private rooms. Get in early, sign up, and prepare for bliss. We stayed in The Jetsons suite, another cool element of this property: themed rooms. The walls were decked out with some terrific odes to the Hanna-Barbara show, including a Nuevo Mexico original piece and autographs from the writers/producers. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, very clean, good wifi, I slept well. A small separate kitchen offered the basics, should we have considered cooking. A small private back patio (this property is totally smoke-free) was an added bonus, but the reason you want to stay here in the first place: your in-room spa. The city of Truth or Consequences sits atop a huge mineral spring (no sulfur -- yes!) and this place pumps the stuff into your own personal bath. No lie, we filled that thing four times during our stay, three times the first day and again the next morning. Pair this with the Raising Arizona vibe and temperate climate of the city, and you have a recipe for pure indulgence and relaxation (and bow-chicka-bow-bow if, you know, that's a priority). Bonus: the brewery is a half block away. Have I sold you on this place, yet? Pawn your kid off on the grandparents. Go.

Yelp
This was a great place for a weekend end getaway. Our room was nice and comfy, soaking tub in the room very enjoyable. We made use of the wet room, which was fantastic (would recommend this for the discounted soak room you get with your stay). The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is the parking was minimal and there were no obvious signs that lead you to the office from the parking lot.

Yelp
This was the most amazing stay at T or C. This kitchy little hotel has it all! We stayed in the Jetson's room which we picked because of the private waterfall hot springs bath and the outdoor patio. Nothing disappointed. The bath itself was giant and the water, direct from the springs, was steaming and hot. The bed and pillows were superbly comfortable and the outdoor patio was great in the early morning for sipping coffee. We also booked an hour soak in the turquoise bath on property and it was AMAZING!!! The staff was super helpful and courteous and well. I highly recommend Blackstone Hot Springs and would go again and again!

Yelp
We stopped here our way to Albuquerque the best thing we did on this trip. Helped my breathing with the hot spring soak. I highly recommend it.

Yelp
We loved staying in The Studio theme room! One of the best things about Blackstone is that you get your own tub in your room! At other hot springs places we've visited, the tub is usually in another room. This isn't just a regular tub. The water comes from the natural hot springs T or C offers. It felt amazing to bathe and soak in the water. The water relaxes you. I sort of felt tingly (in a good way) the first time I bathed in it. I took three baths here! We slept pretty well that night. The water helped our achy muscles relax. A cool thing about this place is that they have different theme rooms! Some that come to mind are: The Golden Girls (still love that show btw!), Superman, The Jetsons, etc. The Studio is the only pet friendly room. Also, children under 12 aren't allowed. The rooms are pretty affordable. Our room was $90 for the night. The larger rooms will cost more. Be sure and plan ahead because these rooms are typically booked. We came on a Tuesday so luckily we were able to get this room. Blackstone is a nice place to come if you want to relax and spend time with your significant other. There isn't too much to do in T or C. I was fine with staying in the room the majority of the time. It's also a good place to come on a solo date :D The staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. They answered all of our questions. I think it's almost time for us to make another trip here. Blackstone is my favorite out of the other hot springs places I've visited in T or C.

Yelp
Refused service because my service dog was with me. Business is not compliant with ADA regulations. My recommendation is 0 stars.

Yelp
A hidden Gem in New Mexico! Very friendly staff and beautiful private mineral pools with a hotel with its own touch of themes and originality. Such a treat to spend a day her. I would totally return and recommend this place.

Yelp
This establishment was nice. We stayed in the "As the world turns" room. It was a little small, but nice. The bed was a bit too soft. It was fine for one night to sleep on though. I just prefer firm mattresses. This room had a large bathroom with a large hot tub which channeled hot springs water into it. I thought it was a nice experience but I prefer outdoor hotsprings, and I should have tried the public hot tubs that were offered. Sitting in a bathroom in a large hot tub just doesn't do it for me. My fiance enjoyed it though. He loved the privacy and availability of it being in our room and not having to reserve it. There is a nice walled in patio out the back door, which we may have used if we spent more than one night there. I liked it enough that I may try going back to check out the outdoor hot tubs and possibly a different room for a firmer bed.

Yelp
Oh my god, this place! I don't even know where to start. You can pretty much get their background on the website that shows not just restoration of original property, but taking it to the ultimate level of modern, cool and amazing. We rented two rooms- Superman and The Lone Ranger. Both rooms are pure luxury, immaculate attention to detail and just awe. Nothing was overlooked in the remodel. It's an amazing blend of preserving the original, where it made sense, and upgrading it with thought, care and imagination. The pop culture nostalgia is beautifully interpreted with subtle touches without going overboard. You won't see linens printed with Superman or plates bearing the infamous "S" logo, never fear! I really desperately wanted to stay in Golden Girls Suite but it wasn't available. I'm sad about that. The Superman Suite boasts a private hot springs tub, but it's seriously more of a wet room. The tub is big enough for 4 people, no joke. The water is perfect temperature. The decor of the room is beyond anything I expected, and seriously pictures just don't do it justice. I was expecting something much smaller that appeared larger in clever photo angles. I was pleasantly surprised by size and how nice the Suite turned out to be. The Lone Ranger is the cutest apartment that doesn't come with hot springs tub, but has an amazing bathroom and shower, pretty much a full blown kitchen minus the stove and washer/dryer! The grounds are tranquil, semi private patios are delightful and the staff is amazing and friendly as can be. Upon our arrival, a young man with really fun hair actually took us to both our rooms, showed us around and explained things about each one, instead of just handing us our keys and calling it a day. I have stayed at properties that charged a much higher premium for much, much less and never ever have had such immaculate service! I know I sound like I'm gushing, and I am! We had an amazing stay and if not for 750 mile drive from my house, I'd be here every chance I got! Best of all, don't forget to look up at night. I'm a city girl, so I'm an easy sell, but I don't think I've ever seen stars this up close!

Yelp
Blackstone Hotsprings Lodging is a very funky little hideaway in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. The owners have taken great effort to convert the former bland group of room, situated around a courtyard, into something special. The rooms at the Blackstone all have a theme - whether it is the Jetsons, Twilight Zone, Roy Rogers, or Lucille Ball (Babaloo room). Blackstone sits atop the hot springs of TorC so each room has a hot springs bath. The rooms also come with a small kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink) which is handy. Satellite television and radio are standard as well. There is also a very relaxing 'wet room' just off of the office area with a sauna, hot springs pool, 'waterfall' shower, etc. There is no restaurant on site but there are several places (Italian, BBQ, health food, deli) within a short walk. I stayed in three different rooms (due to a last minute booking) - the Jetsons being my favorite. It was a large room with a hot springs bathtub for 2 (or 3!). About the only fault I can find with Blackstone were the mattresses which were a bit hard for me to get comfortable on (too soft?). The rooms range in price from $75-$125 and can be booked through this boutique motel's website. A very special place worth a visit when in New Mexico.

Yelp
Riverbend? Yeah, it's a pretty view. (See my review of said place.) In stark contrast, Blackstone is incredibly healing and has good vibes all around. Don't want to pay many dollars for a room with a private tub? Stay somewhere cheaper and do the historic baths every morning before it gets too hot. As of the time of this writing, the historic baths are simple, indoor tiled tubs, a small window that opens, a rotating fan, with a hand-held shower head for cooling off when you are done soaking. Half an hour is $5 per person, but that is really all you need. Clean, simple, and the waters feel oh-so-healing. Plus the staff are the nicest and friendliest of people in Truth or Consequences. What more could you ask for???

Yelp
Loved this place. Robin at the desk was super helpful and wonderful. We stayed in the Roy Rogers room and were very comfortable. It was such a luxury to have hot springs water pumped directly into our room. And the outdoor pools were beautiful, serene. Great stop in ToC.

Yelp
We didn't stay at Blackstone but rented one of their brand new outdoor hot tub suites for one wonderful hour. All of the baths/tubs in Truth or Consequences are filled by natural mineral springs that have no odor and a ph balance of 7 (neutral). We rented The Red Tub and I was so impressed at how beautiful it is. The water was hot and the whole area was clean and lovely. I would suggest that they have a pitcher of water for guests instead of having to go back into the office to refill from the bubbler. This is one of best outdoor tubs in T or C.

Yelp
I've had the pleasure of soaking here a few times. I've used the wet room as well as private soak. They are not only reasonably priced but also offer several complimentary items. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. The property from the moment you walk in is full of flowers, comfortable seating and of course Boris the cat!

Yelp
We have been coming to Blackstone for at least 15 years. We haves loves every Visit and have never, ever had a complaint about the service or anything else. The rooms are creatively decorated, extremely comfortable and very private. We love the private outdoor area off of the rooms. We've used the wet room and occasionally drive up from Las Cruces just for a soak. This weekend we used an outdoor bath ( the turquoise bath ) for the first time. Private, peaceful and a really relaxing being able to enjoy the hot spring bath and the briskness of the outdoor air at the same time. Would recommend this without reservation

Yelp
This place looks new, and is super clean. The lady working the office was SO nice and showed us our room before we booked. We stayed in the studio and it was really big-- full kitchen (stove didn't work, but large fridge, big sink, and fully stocked with wares). The bathroom had a large tub that was both a city water shower AND the hot springs tub IN ROOM. It was clean, although there was no ventilation for the steam (the fan didn't work and the window was sealed shut) so the room smelled a little musty... I thought this place was a great idea at first, but as my fiance and I tried to soak together in the hot springs tub, we realized that the tub, although a large bathtub, was definitely not comfortable or big enough for both of us. I would have rather just soaked in a more public pool not in our room. I would consider going back here again as the rates were reasonable and the place was nice.

Yelp
EXCELLENT place to take my pal for her 76th birthday! The facility is among the cleanest in town - and I've been to them all! The staff was welcoming, professional, and informative. It was obvious that the 3 people we spoke with were all dedicated to ensuring our stay was as pleasant as possible. We couldn't have imagined a nicer way to spend an afternoon.

Yelp
What a delightful find at the end of a day of travel. This is truly an oasis in the desert. We were met by a super helpful staff woman who showed us our room explained how all things worked and left us to settle in. We loved the full size Frig and the mini kitchen. We booked the wet room for the evening and it as all things Blackstone it did not disappoint in any way. I loved sitting under the hot pummeling water fall which acted as a massage to remove what was left of my road aches. We headed back to the room climbed into the super snug and comfy bed and were soon sound asleep. We had our best sleep of the trip. What grand way to end our vacation. I would recommend this jewel to anyone traveling through.

Yelp
I love the inn but this review is of the new outdoor polls and the " wet room " inside. All of them can be rented even if you don't stay there. All I can say is WOW. If you like to soak these are spectacular. Come to town for the weekend and try 3 or 4 places like the can't miss Riverbend , the traditional Las Paloma's and here. You will love it

Yelp
We have been here twice and both times the service was exceptional! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the facility was super clean. Each time we were there we stayed in different rooms, both just as fun and comfortable. We were surprised by how quiet the place was and how calm the atmosphere was. The first time we checked in we were told that there are plenty of things to do in town and also a town we could do nothing in. That was so true! So wonderful and healing each time we go. We definitely plan on being back and seeing the same smiling faces there. The wet room is intense and incredible and we highly recommend it. We also loved the in-room tubs for easy access and comfort. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
I have had the pleasure of staying at Blackstone a few times while driving through southern NM. My fiancée and I have stayed in the Superman room and the Lone Ranger room. Both had really great decorations but let's be honest, you come for the hot springs. The Superman room had a massive tub in the bathroom that filled up quickly with the hot spring water and it was divine. We would just soak and unwind. The most relaxing and heavenly place we've ever stayed. We do a lot of traveling and I would be lying if I said we've never gone out of our way just to stay here.

Yelp
We stayed in the Lone Ranger Room. It is not a room but a full one bedroom apartment even with a washer and dryer! The room was spotlessly clean, well apportioned and spacious. Mistakenly thought that this room on the other side of the street had its own hot tub. No problem as ours was across the street in the main area. The owner and general manager were sweethearts. They were so friendly and accomodating. Very rightfully proud of all the fine work, they put into their place. Internet pictures hardly do justice.

Yelp
Wow! This place IS (i am currently in the room) AWESOME! Pet friendly too!! We're roadtripping from FL to CA with a detour to the Grand Canyon and what a find this was! When we were driving up the road (at night time) we were a little sketched out, but once we got in here, it was so cute!! It's like a little studio-apartment. The whole atmosphere of the room is so home-y. The tub is HUGE and the hot springs water.. Nice and hot! Don't pass this place up. If I ever come back around these neck of the woods, this'll be the place to sleep!
