Customers have asked for fresh sandwiches from blakes bakery before closing time so not to throw away good food and have been refused end of day sandwiches, Apparently they use the fresh sandwiches to sell for the next few days. . So people are being sold few days old sandwiches and not fresh . Would be nice for them to give away food at the end of day that's not sold rather then throwing it. selling it to unaware customers is another thing 🤔. It's still a nice place to sit and staff are polite too.

We found this bakery when looking for a place where we could have breakfast, and we could not be happier with the discovery. Very good quality on the food, and excellent customer service and care. No better proof of our satisfaction than we coming back the next day, on our short visit to London (for only 2 days). 10/10!

I was served by a nice young man called Mark he had the most cheerful attitude coupled with a lovely genuine smile I have to say its the best customer service I have received with entering an establishment keep up the good work Mark. Omg please try the pasties they are better in my opinion than the ones in Devon and Cornwall which meant to be the best no way especially when you put them in your own oven at home so nice.

The small young woman with piercings all over her face was very unprofessional, she showed no sense of customer service and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. She and a colleague were playing loud, explicit music, which made communication difficult. I had to repeat myself several times just to place an order. In the end, I decided to cancel because the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and careless.

The place looks dirty, the girl at the counter was really unpleasant and I just got a bunch of doughnuts for the toogoodtogo which were uneatable on the day I bought them (just taken out from the shop's counter). Won't be going back.
