Fabulous 2 night stay. Exactly as described, very quiet and spotless. Great hosts who were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Loved the complimentary ad-ons upon our arrival. Good proximity to Cradle Mountain. Would highly recommend!

A charming and very comfortable 'home-away-from-home' that makes the ideal base for exploring the beautiful landscapes, little rivers and many other attractions of the central-north. Packed with history, decorated in the romantic style of earlier times, and run by the most delightful and helpful couple, Blake's Manor is the perfect choice.

This place is a real gem. The rooms are clean and decorated antique-style which we loved. The compound itself is also very picturesque. The owners are lovely and took time to recommend to us things to do and even inquired when we'll arrive so that they'll bake us a fresh loaf of bread. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location being walking distance to everything in Deloraine, as well as being a short drive away from Cradle Mountain and the Caves system at Mole Creek. Great atmosphere being very private. I cannot say enough about how hospitable and welcoming both Peter and Georgia were. Breakfast was amazing, with a fresh hot loaf baked that afternoon. Even fresh walnuts from the trees on my last day. Just a pity that I couldn’t crack them open to eat them. Little treats like chocolates, port and a cheese board just overwhelm the arrival. So generous! It was my pleasure to share their home. I felt like I was home and was sad to leave this morning. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and cosy room. Full kitchen that I thoroughly used, with Woolworths just a 5 minute walk away. Just perfect!

Gannon's Rest was a beautiful & very well appointed suite. Every attention to detail, all the comforts we could have asked for, plus wonderful B&B hosts. Fresh loaf of bread on our arrival, home-grown apples & walnuts. Peter was a font of info on local attractions. Off street parking. Located close to the very pretty Meander River. Easy walking distance into town. Wished we'd booked a longer stay. Thank you Irene & Dawn

Family and I loved the stay here. Hosts were so friendly, made us feel welcome, and the place was fantastic. The hosts really thought of everything to make our stay pleasant! Would definitely recommend Blakes Manor for anyone staying in Deloraine.

We booked Blake’s Manor for our sister in law visiting from WA and highly recommend staying here. The owners were delightful to liaise with, the room was very clean and comfortable and the numerous thoughtful touches throughout the property and the delicious breakfast highlights well the care and thoughtfulness of the owners. Georgia and Peter's welcome was as warm as the freshly baked bread they presented to us upon arrival. Our hosts happily baked a second loaf for us, when requested. Yum!|The Blake's Mews suite was very private, comfortable and roomy, with an excellent bed. We were able to park directly outside, which was handy.|Location is excellent for exploring Deloraine on foot (Platypus hunting!) or the region by car, and our 5 night stay will be extended to 10, next time we visit Tas. There is just so much to see and do in this gorgeous area.|Very, very happy with all aspects of our stay here. Thanks guys!|Andy and Jo.

This place rocks..this is what my son said a few hours after checking into this small hotel. That was when the owner knocked at the door and handed us a loaf of fresh baked bread! The room came with a small plate of nice cheeses and a flask of port. We have a small suite with multiple beds for the two of us; it is lavishly decorated with antiques. Fresh eggs and bacon in the fridge and an offer to pick apples off the trees in the yard. The owners are genuinely nice. If we are ever back in this part of the world again, we will certainly be back here.
