I am happier with my Blanc Creatives pans every time I use them - in fact, I just finished cooking a delicious steak and okra dinner in my 11" saucier, my go-to pan. I also have a smaller skillet that I call my "bachelor pan" since it's the perfect size for a meal for one or a side for a group. I have another modern cast iron pan and the difference here is remarkable: the smooth carbon steel holds seasoning better, sticks less, feels more solid, and has a beautiful deep lustre. I highly recommend them every chance I get.
