Best experience!!!! The food was fresh and delicious. All of us enjoyed our food and the service! The waiter was sooo friendly. My sister and I had the Steak Fajitas “delish”!!! My other sister ordered the Taco Salad (she watches her weight more--Lol) and devoured it. She kept commenting on how fresh everything tasted. Ooooh, and the cocktails were a-mazzzing. We ordered Margaritas and Sangria's. This location is now on our must visit list when in the area.

It was good. Not really my flavor favorite but the food was fresh and hot. Service was great with a party of 15. Food arrived at the same time for everyone. Prices we very fair and the portions were good for the price. I would check it out because the flavor might be just what you're looking for.

Blanco Cocina + Cantina is a casual Mexican spot located in Biltmore Fashion Park. I went in a bit skeptical since the Houston location closed. The atmosphere is lively and colorful, with plenty of space for groups or grabbing drinks before dinner. The service was friendly and attentive. The Paloma was refreshing and tasty. The salsa, however, was underwhelming and lacked flavor. The fish tacos were very tasty, and the rice was rich and buttery. The elote was extremely creamy but still delicious.

Delicious food and drinks, nice staff. Spacious place with indoor and outdoor seating. They have heat lamps and a fire pit. I didn't think the outdoor seating was super comfortable but really enjoyed my meal here and the spicy skinny margarita.

Stopped to have dinner by myself here while traveling for work. The service and food was exceptional. Zeya was my server and she was very attentive and friendly. The salsa they serve with the complimentary tortilla chips was one of the best I ever had. It had the perfect amount of heat and chunkiness to it. The street corn was amazing! I would go back just for this appetizer. I also ordered the short rib bowl, it was tender and delicious. Only thing I can say is I wish it had a tad bit more rice and less salad green with it. But that’s if I had to say one thing to improve. This restaurant was the perfect spot and glad I was able to check it out!

Had a nice dinner with my family. The food and service were 10/10. I had the crispy sweet potato tacos & lemon Fresca drink. Sam was our waiter and he was fantastic.

Background music ridiculously loud. Hard to have a conversation! (I go out to catch up with friends, not listen to canned music.) By the time we finished, the noise was oppressive enough I couldn't linger and enjoy the company. My smash burger was delicious, and the others agreed the food was good. Service was great. And kudos to the manager who apologized when I mentioned the loud music. Leaving, I kept wondering, who thought such loud music was a good idea?

I have had the pleasure of dining at this FINE ESTABLISHMENT on 3 occasions now, all with a fraternal get together, of about 30 guests. Each and every time, the service, accommodations and food was FIRST RATE! Although the fare is a variation of the "Hispanic Cuisine", I am used to eating growing up in the Central Plains, it is quite enjoyable, tasty and memorable. Parking can be a challenge some times, as this is a very popular/busy shopping plaza, so take that into consideration in timing of meeting others for dinner. But I assure you it is well worth any inconvenience therein to enjoy this 'hidden treasure' in Latin/Spanish Dining.

They do a great job. Refilling chips and salsa without us asking. The dishes all look beautiful and they sure are delicious. Always friendly staff in my multiple visit. Many greetings and goodbyes on the way out. I will definitely be back to Blanco. They do things different and it shows. Super cool design of the building and atmosphere.

Busy restaurant on a Saturday night. A 40-minute wait for a party of four without a reservation, so to the bar we went! Bad thing, TV's were not working during March Madness (one star loss.) Friendly, nice bartender who took good care of us. Margaritas were just ok. Week so switched to beer. Good selection.of beers on tap. Chips and salsa were good. Not great, but good. Two taco with rice and beans combo was good. Carnitas and Birria, both very tasty. Would return but not for the margaritas.

So, this review is a prediction... the guy's closing shop last night were absolute sweethearts. I say this is a prediction because if there sentiment and care as a closing crew is any indication of how the rest of that shop and the menu is delivered... Hands-down, gonna be the best taco shop in the valley. I was having car trouble right on that side street, two of the guys checked in on me to make sure I was OK deck at Chad and then ultimately I decided that I needed a gallon of gas because my gas gauge is definitely broken. I asked one of the guys to just keep an eye on my car right there on the corner while I walked over to the gas station. The gas station had plenty of gas like for sure but no containers for me to legally Colette a couple of squeezes. And I completely blow my cover when I asked him if I could just try a soda and fill the bottle.! Keep that in mind folks! Anyhow, I walked back to the car. My AAA was being a absolute piece of junk... So I walked out to the back door of the restaurant, which is typically at complete no no... But I was desperate.. I was asking if any of them had a gas can I could borrow, which none of them did - and although I asked for the names of the guys I directly interacted with I can't for the life of me think of them- but one of the cuties took a beat to find me an spent gallon jug from their kitchen. I am basically a barnacle in the restaurant industry, and my distressed state of mind didn't even consider this obvious great idea! You guys totally save the day. It's not like I ever feel unsafe in my hometown, but it sure is how I added an extra layer of comfort to know these gentlemen were definitely aware of the environment and of my situation had anything even gone slightly sideways.. Y'all have a super solid group of young men taking care of that shot. Also, I know that I was in a clear state of concern, so it makes sense they stepped up right? Yeah, sure of course... These days it's remarkable how many people do put their head to the ground when they're aware of somebody in need is what it is I guess - but for me as a restaurant manager and previous owner, but I love about this if those guys are aware of your parking lot and the surroundings- That's the kind of stuff it's untouchable. I'll definitely be in to check out the front house operations soon! Thanks again guys!'

I had a short rib machaca burrito delivered. Boy, this burrito was packed with meat, so much so that I have some leftover for tomorrow! The burrito has great flavor but I tend to like some crunch, like cabbage, with it. I did feel like I got my money's worth based on the heft of the meat, though. I was disappointed with the small little bit of guacamole that comes with it and that it had already turned dark! Glad I didn't order additional guacamole if it was not going to be fresh! There was also wilted cilantro on the top of my burrito. Tip: eat at the restaurant! Don't have it delivered! I've had other meals at the restaurant that were great!

Came here for dinner, this place is a slightly elevated Mexican American restaurant so expect it to be more expensive than Chipotle but higher quality. The ambiance is very nice inside, lots of music, clean bathroom, lots of Spanish decoration. Seems to be a popular place people come to. I ordered the short rib burrito bowl and found it to be just okay. Nothing too special about the short rib, felt like it lacked flavor. Also thought they were serving short rib with the bone but it was actually like a pulled pork type of meat. The burrito bowl just came with a standard pinto beans, lettuce, sour cream, avacado, rice that was not any different than chipotle in my opinion. Chips were excellent and warm. Service was very nice and attentive which I appreciated. If you're looking for Mexican food at a nice clean restaurant where you don't mind paying like $20 minimum this place is decent but otherwise just go somewhere more authentic and cheaper.

A beautiful restaurant located in the heart of the Biltmore Fashion Square Mall. It is beautifully decorated with a mix of warm natural colors and Mexican culture. Small squint bar area with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The service is fast, friendly and attentive. The food is full of flavor and will leave you satisfied. This is a great choice if you have a craving for Mexican food!

A group of 6 of us went to lunch yesterday at Blanco and had a blast. The service was great and our waiter was so nice! We got a cheese crisp (the regular cheese one) which was good and huge. We also got a margarita tree, and I had the spicy mango one. It was delicious with tajin on the rim, and definitely had a kick! I also had part of the rose one which was sooo good. I ordered the taco salad and subbed the black beans for pinto. It was SO GOOD. There was a TON of beef and it had such great flavor! It was also so reasonably priced - I was super impressed!!! Wish we had these in LA! Will definitely be coming back on our trips to PHX!

Headed over to Blanco after Yappy Hour and it did not disappoint. The server was very friendly and personable, she even shared a picture of her own pup with us! Super cute! I ordered the warm queso to start, and I was totally not reading and didn't notice that it came with avocado on it so I did have to send it back because I'm allergic but they were very accommodating and brought me a new one, avocado free! The queso was delicious. The real star of the show though was The Tucson Chimichanga which we ordered with the Short Rib Machaca and Enchilada Style! It was also accompanied by rice and beans. The entire thing was soooo yummy. My dog even got his own side of grilled chicken which he absolutely devoured in no less than 30 seconds (LOL). I also ordered a cocktail, the Mango Stand (blanco tequila, spiced mango, chamoy rim). I'm not typically a mango flavor kind of gal but the server recommended it so I went with it. It wasn't bad at all but maybe not one I would get again. The next time I'm at the biltmore fashion park I will definitely be checking out Blanco again to try more delicious menu items.

oh my God, whatever that slushy drink was it was amazing!!! not too sweet. Very refreshing. I will keep going back just for that drink alone!! But the nachos were so so so yummy and unhappy hour we couldn't even finish them because we were stuffed!!! Can't wait to go back.

I can't even lie i love this place every time i go. they're always nice about giving me a booth. the chips and salsa are super tasty that you try not to fill up on them before the actual meal. i love getting their spicy shrimp fajitas. the chicken tacos are super good too! good vibes and music

This was a fun, vibey and delicious Mexican food spot in the trendy Biltmore district of Phoenix! I came here with colleagues on a business trip, and the place did not disappoint. They accommodated our large group and were able to split the bill for us, including a handy pay by phone option. I ordered a specialty margarita, the strawberry and mandarine one, which was super flavorful and delicious. It was just the right amount of strong. The server brought over fresh chips and salsa for the table, which was much appreciated. I ordered the steak fajitas, which came out smoking on a sizzling platter. I was impressed that all of my food was still hot, including the beans on the side considering we were part of a large group. The ambiance was fun with lots of cool art on the wall and pretty light fixtures all around. Over all, I'd come back for sure!

I really wanted to like this place and since it's at the Biltmore Fashion Square, I thought we would have a better time but it was a complete letdown. Weather was perfect and I met a girlfriend here after trying another place that was closed on Sunday. Sometimes shotgun decisions are good and other times like this, it is a disappointment. The space is really nice and we opted to sit outside. I will say the ambiance is nice here, so if that's what you're looking for, come here. What was very odd about our experience is that the place was almost deserted on a Sunday but it felt like the waiter wanted to get us out as quickly as possible. He made the experience pretty unenjoyable and I won't be returning. He kept rushing us to order drinks, and couldn't catch a clue that we were talking. He would leave and when he returned, it was like 2 minutes later. He couldn't pick up on cues and almost forgot to get my girlfriend's drink order. He then kept asking us if we wanted to start with an appetizer and kept suggesting guacamole and chips and when we didn't respond, he then said, "oh ok, just chips and salsa." He also forgot to bring a spicier salsa for my girlfriend even though they just went thru their spicy preferences. I wanted a quesadilla and it wasn't on the menu but he told me that they just turn their crisps into quesadillas. J got the poblano and cheese one, asked if they have mushrooms to add and he said they got rid of it. He also then mentioned they got rid of a dish that has sweet potatoes. Food came out quick, no complaints on the food, but nothing to write home about either. Just your average Mexican food. He then came back on the two bite check in but it literally felt like he came back right when our dishes were dropped off. He then kept asking if we wanted boxes when it was clear we were chatting and grazing slowly on our food. And then kept hounding us about our checks. Lets just say that the service made this place really not fun. It was a Sunday and no one was in the restaurant but it felt like the waiter just wanted to get us out and that was beyond annoying. There was no Sunday specials, food and drinks were mediocre, price point was on the higher end, and a waiter that had bad timing made this my first and last experience with this restaurant. You would do better going elsewhere.

I visited on a Sunday. There was one person seated at the bar and plenty of open seating inside and outside. It was a very relaxed, chilled vibe. We opted to sit outside. Our waiter was a mess. He did 2 minute check-ins, so annoying. I wondered what the rush was considering the place wasn't crowded. It was very difficult for my friend and I to have a decent conversation because of the constant interruptions. The waiter stated that he would bring out hot salsa with the chips. He forgot. I reminded him and another worker who delivered out entrees. He finally got around to delivering the salsa in between his frequent check-ins. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. I enjoyed it! The waiter actually collected the bowl prior to me being finished. He assumed that I was done when my friend asked for a to-go box. It was apparent that he was ready for us to leave. Unbelievable. Accessible parking and entrance. Bathrooms are located downstairs.

This place was great I sat at the bar, the bartenders were very friendly. The recommended margaritas were amazing and the food was delicious. Great atmosphere and very clean. Im definitely gonna go back for round 2.

The inside has bad acoustics - too loud when busy but we got a table outside and it was lovely. The lunch special was great we had choice of queso or guacamole, plus chips and salsa, two items from their list and a beverage for $16.50. My friend loved both her taco choices. My enchilada and quesadilla were good but should have finished since didn't reheat well.

Blanco, one of the Fox Restaurant Concepts eateries, is a great spot for a date night or get-together with friends. It's got cool decor and music that adds to the ambiance without being too loud. Service is friendly and usually pretty fast. The food is elevated Mexican, and while I haven't had anything that's out of this world, everything has been very good--there's nothing I regret ordering and there are several things I'd be happy to order again. The Warm Queso is good, though I prefer the Queso Fundido, which has a richer flavor. The Chicken Taquitos are another good starter option. For an entree, I like the Carne Asada Bowl. Blanco also has a strong drink menu that's understandably heavy on the tequila- and mezcal-based cocktails. I like the Strawberry and Mandarin Margarita. Overall, Blanco is a consistently good spot for a fun and tasty meal out.

This is located in the vibrant Biltmore district.My server Alex was pretty friendly as well as knowledgeable about the menu. I ended up getting a chimichanga sam style (this adds one crunchy taco to the order). This is one of those places that comes with complimentary salsa and chips (however, most places just increase the prices of their menu when they do this). My meal was above average and was filled with plenty of food. It cost $25 before tax and tip. Not only that but there's ample free parking to get into this outdoor mall.

Fantastic food and margaritas. I had the seasonal margarita with salted rim and it was the best margarita I've ever had! I rarely drink, but I was celebrating with friends and it was worth it. Highly recommend the enchiladas chicken tika. Comes with rice and beans, which were good too. Dessert: flan is a must try. Our friends ate up the tres leches and they really enjoyed it. Awesome service, very quick and got everything correct.

Walked over for a light dinner on my first night in Scottsdale and almost wished my conference weren't providing dinner every night so I would have more excuses to come here. My companion said she could eat there every evening. Granted, our experience was limited to nachos and a margarita, but they were pretty darn good. I said I was done so many times, but kept eating more nachos until before we knew it, the plate was cleaned. We were glad to have the complementary chips to help us wipe up all the yummy toppings because those nachos were loaded! My friend might have been, too, after her delicious margarita. The place is a little on the loud side - more of a party atmosphere than a spot for a quiet dinner, but that makes it fun. Staff is more than attentive and very friendly. Would definitely return again when in Scottsdale.

This place had a great ambiance, service, and food. From start to finish the staff was friendly, talkative, and knowledgeable about the menu. We had the queso app, chicken tortilla soup, and crunchy taco salad. It was all very good. We appreciated the manager stopping by to check in on us. You can tell this staff takes pride in their food and service. We will be coming back to enjoy the experience again.

Fantastic! Came here for a quick beer(s) and an appetizer that turned into a lunch. The chicken nachos were plentiful and enough to share for two when paired with some good crafted beers. Service by Eric was outstanding. He was really attentive and accommodating on my menu questions. This is a definite yes when visiting the area for a nice lunch. I'm thinking happy hour and dinner have to be even better.

We were just having a quick meal here. Chips and salsa come with it. Yasss. I ordered the short rib machaca bowl. Yum. It was a little bit salty but the flavor was nice. It comes with sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and cheese. I had it with black beans. Definitely would eat this again. The short rib was nicely cooked. The rice wasn't dry or overdone. If it wasn't so salty it would have been 10/10 so I'd give it a solid 8.5. The flavors blended really nicely together, you get a big portion so I had the rest of it for dinner, even after sharing some of it with my oldest. Biggest kiddo wanted the chicken tortilla soup, said it was good. Not a whole lot of feedback from her and I didn't taste it. It smelled awesome though. The baby wanted a plain cheese crisp. She was delighted. She gave me a little piece and I dipped it into my bowl. So good. Y'all might wanna try that when eating the bowls. Service was fine. She was friendly and prompt. The only thing I didn't like was that the restrooms were around the corner and downstairs, ventilation was not that great. I could smell the restroom when I got down the stairs. They were clean though, so there's that. Totally would eat here again, but hopefully not need the restroom.

Blanco is a great way to experience southwest cuisine in a great atmosphere. The servers were great and friendly the vibes were outstanding and the food was excellent. Specifically the birria was INCREDIBLE! Stop by next time you're in Phoenix!

Food was just okay, service was good. Ambiance is cool ! Upbeat music and lively. I feel like I did the tourist thing by coming here ... This is not authentic Mexican food if that's what you're looking for. You do not see many Mexican heritage persons working here or eating here if that helps.

Great date night spot . Fun atmosphere with full service bar seating . Queso was really good and our server was really nice / quick . Margaritas are way overpriced and full of ice cubes , but other than that good :)

First time coming here, and we ordered off the Valentines Day Menu. Everything was great, service was fast, drinks were delivered consistently, and food came out at the perfect time. Our server was super sweet, she was very informative of some of her favorites which really helped start off the experience. She was bubbly and super happy to work there which made our experience even better. The restaurant was clean, every person that worked there worked meticulously together make their service happen which was absolutely amazing. Food was spectacular, fish was done perfect, the enchiladas were all different and amazing, beans and rice were fantastic. Would hands down come here again!

I was not expecting the food to be super good, but boy, was I surprised. I will definitely come back in the near future! The service was excellent, and we were often offered refills and chip refills! The music and decor inside were super cool. I definitely will recommend this place!

This place has a great atmosphere, and we generally were happy with our meals with one exception... I prefer a menu state what is actually included in an item, such as a burrito or enchilada. I don't do onions and peppers, which weren't included on the list of ingredients.

The food is amazing. Our waitress knew the menu back and forth and offered great suggestions. Will come back next time I'm in town!

This has been my 3rd and last time.. Cheesy mess really nothing authentic about this restaurant. Service is fine the food is just not very good.

Lunch with Kristy after my oncology appt. We had an awesome waiter named Charlie. He went over lunch specials with us and got us started with chips, salsa, & our drinks (Diet Coke for me, Lemonade for Kristy). We decided in our orders & in no time flat Charlie brought us queso that was soooooo yummy & more chips. Then our meals came shortly after. Kristy got taquitos & I got Carne Asada tacos. My tacos had some kick, thanks to the spicy garlic spread & the scallion relish. Very good, filling meal! Kristy had some dipping sauce for her taquitos that was a creamy tomato sauce and the other side was spicy guacamole. Looked really good! I'll have to try that next time! The restaurant is huge and well decorated, with great ambiance. We enjoyed being able to dine & unwind! Charlie kept our drinks filled & even got us drinks for the roadtrip home! We will be back again!

Our waitress was incredible. And the food was fresh, flavorful and filling. I was surprised by the atmosphere as it was very attractive.

I was there for a company event and they rented the entire restaurant. It was a fantastic evening! The wait staff was so prepared, attentive and helpful. The food was excellent! The strawberry mandarin margarita with chili line rim was THE BEST!! The vibe was fun and interior was well decorated. The doors opened to the covered outdoor breezeway which really added to the fun environment.

This restaurant is always a good time with great service. If you have a big party, they are very accommodating and provide a menu that caters to your invite. The food was delicious and the restaurant was spacious! The area it's in is so cute. Our service was amazing and the chips and dips were awesome!

I'm giving 5 stars because Blanco continues to be a solid spot for family and friend gatherings if craving Mexican cuisine. Our favorites are the nachos to share for the table (short rib as an addition) and that cheese sauce is unbelievable. My personal favorite as a dish is the chicken tinga bowl with beans and veggies. The drinks here are pretty awesome too enjoyed my red sangria! I like Blanco because my family can all find something and not be disappointed. Although a family member stated the shrimp tacos didnt have enough shrimp as pictured so maybe skip that one. Other than that, Service was great. We had a reservation and seated right away. The place is so cute I love the decor and the greenery they have.

Blanco is one of the premier Mexican cuisine restaurants in the Valley! The location I visited is in the Biltmore Fashion Park. Though I have had their tacos(I'll review in another post) today during Happy Hour I tried the Green Chile Smash Burger & Traditional Margarita. I sat at the bar and was serviced by Brad (Great Guy!) who provided awesome customer service. The ambiance of this establishment is modern yet cozy, which I love and could get used to on any day. The burger was amazing with two well cooked patties served on a soft and chewy bun. The fries were nice and crispy and the margarita was nice and tasty, made with fresh lime juice! Overall this establishment is a 7/5 great service, great food and a great environment!

My siblings and I LOVED it. Food was very tasty and diverse. HUGE alcohol menu for those who like a little drink. Chips and salsa tasted great as well. Mango ceviche was the highlight of the dinner overall. The vanilla syrup in the flan was overpowering, but overall will definitely go back when we are in the area. The server Cameron was very kind and checked on us often!

My friends and I came here just before the 6:00 p.m. peak on a Saturday without a reservation, but the hostess was kind enough to find us a high top table for patio dining. Our margaritas were superb and the beef machaca enchiladas I had were scrumptious. Service was excellent, the vibe very casual and friendly, and prices were good especially for the quality and quantity of food and drinks.

Blanco Cocina + Cantina 2502 E Camelback Rd #122, Phoenix, AZ 85016 I had the pleasure of being invited to lunch by a lovely lady from the Mexican community, and it was my first visit to Blanco Cocina + Cantina. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. However, there was a small incident that caught our attention--a little cockroach made an appearance on the wall behind us. While it startled my lunch companion, the manager promptly came over to address the situation and offered an explanation and apology. Although my friend was understandably a bit unsettled, I appreciate the manager's effort to communicate with us. It would have been nice to see a complimentary gesture, like a drink, offered to help ease the situation. I don't think I will go back. That cockroach really ruin my friend's lunch

Great food, love the ambiance of this restaurant. The tequila flights are great and all the food we've tried has been delicious. Service was great as well. Highly recommend!

Very delicious! Great place for a classy meal in the Hispanic cuisine. We went last night, Friday at 6:15pm. Party of 5, they put us in a booth. It was pretty busy, honestly, but thankfully we had a reservation and were seated immediately. Our server came promptly, took your drink orders & then brought out a couple bowls of complimentary chips and salsa (2 big chip bowls and 3 salsa bowls). If you're young or sober, they offer VIRGIN styles of any alcoholic mixed drink, I believe they sub out the liquor for agua frescas. We had a young baby in our party and requested a cup of hot water to warm his bottled milk up, and our server was incredibly accommodating and helpful with that! They played muffled music inside as well, so you could hear it and make out the song but it wasn't overwhelming or overpowering. Easy to tune out, but I enjoyed it! The drinks took a while to come out but our food was out much quicker. I ordered a chicken tings burrito (the beans seemed to outnumber the chicken) and it came with a side of rice (really good rice, a bit lime-y) and either black or charro beans. I selected charro because the waitress said it comes with bacon mixed in, and they were yummy! Also my entree came with pico, guacamole, and sour cream. The cost was $18 for just this plate! A man in regular clothing and I want to say glasses and a mustache(?) and earrings came over to us mid-meal and asked how things were, if we needed anything, etc! Very friendly, I assumed he was the owner or a manager. Overall, our waitress was very attentive, refilled out waters multiple times, brought out the hot water mug for the baby, cleared our plates when empty, and was always checking in on us! If I am ever asked to choose a sit-down Mexican place again, I would strongly consider Blanco!
