Blank Street Coffee

My first time trying the Blank street coffee 🤩 I usually don’t follow trends and I don’t really like matcha drinks, but let me tell you that this icy white chocolate matcha is worth the hype ✨ and because it was my first time I also got given a freebie, an amazing banana bread cake, so delicious. And if you like pistachio.. the pistachio cooking is also reaaaally good 😋 The customer service was spotless 5 🌟 I’ve told the lady that it was my first time and she was extra kind and informative about the products and was able to suggest me the right coffee.

Finding a dog-friendly shop in London is hard enough. Finding a dog-friendly coffee shop that’s genuinely amazing, offers cuddles and treats, and makes you feel welcome every single day? That’s like finding a rose blooming in the Sahara. Aria would happily refuse to go home or actively drag me here because this place has become non-negotiable in her daily routine. The only way I can get her to move now is by saying “cuddles and treats”, and she immediately knows we’re going to Blank Street Coffee - Regent Street. The staff are, honestly, some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Ever. They’re warm, attentive, genuinely kind, and give Aria so much love and attention that she now refuses to start or end her day without stopping in. They make her feel welcomed and when your dog is happy, your day is better too. The coffee is great (the matcha in particular is excellent). I haven’t explored the food much, because I mostly go for the atmosphere, the service, and the people. The dog treats are fantasti slightly on the large side for her since she’s a small Chiweenie but she still loves them. At this point, I don’t really go to other coffee shops anymore. This one sets the bar. The vibe, the kindness, the consistency it’s one of the nicest, most joyful places I visit in London. I originally went for the matcha. Now I go because I genuinely enjoy being there. Thank you for making Aria feel so loved. It makes her day every single time. 🐾☕

One of the best matchas I tried. The only issue is the immensely long queue but it’s worth it. Try the Blondie it was sublime.

Great service by Alyssa. We had a large order and she repeated everything back to us. Nothing was missed. The drinks arrived really quickly and everyone in the store was super friendly. Xx

This place had the best of both worlds, matcha and trash. As a connosoir of both, i had a lovely time here!💞 The staff was very nice and they had many unique flavours! The trash outside of the café was tucked in-between some plants, very relatable and cute, since i also like to hide my problems and pretend that they are not there🌸 It also added to the true London experience, would def go back! 💗

I absolutely love and adore this blank street location. The products are always top notch but the people are what stands out from any other location. I catch myself coming back multiple times a week to treat myself to a great matcha and wonderful atmosphere. Shoutout to baristas Olivia and Yehor, they’re such a joy to interact with on each visit.

I came to Blank Street today with a friend to catch up, and it was such an incredible experience! The staff were super efficient, kind, and our drinks came out so quickly even though it was busy. My main server was Alyssa and she was so friendly and welcoming, absolutely amazing! We both had the White Chocolate Matcha and honestly… it was the best I’ve ever had, just incredible. A total 10/10 – this is exactly the kind of café experience you hope for in London! I’ll definitely be back!!! :)

First time i see this kind of behaviour from staff. Was first time aswell that i came at this location at regent street. I came in and staff was talking to each other loudly, they didn’t even bother to welcome me, i had to wait l, so they can finish their conversation. I had to repeat more than 3 times my order, as they didn’t hear because of noise they was doing or i don’t know. I stayed there for 20 mins, and the same story happened with most of the costumers. It’s, a shame. I was here on 27/10/2025 around 9;30 am.
