I only went here to eat, and I won't go here again. I didn't like how the wheelchair ramp was too high, and I felt uncomfortable going down on it. The doorway looks too small for a wheelchair to get through, and I'm not a fan of it. And when I had my food, the staff told me that they don't allow cards! I will not visit here again! 👎👎 Food: 3/5 Atmosphere: 1/5 Price: 1/5

I cannot brag on this location enough. The rooms were older but the shower and toilet were all modern. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was amazingly friendly especially the owner. The food for breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing. You'll want to take scones to go after breakfast. We loved dinner at the in-house pub so much we drove back an hour to eat there again. Only a 2 minute walk from the castle and the woolery. We will definetly be staying here again.

Loved this place so much! By far the best experience of all 5 hotels we stayed in on our Ireland trip. The rooms were cozy and perfect, the staff was warm and welcoming and the food was delicious. Lots of nice, warm blankets provided, soft towels and plenty of shelf space in the bathroom. This is a cozy inn where you are made to feel very welcomed. There are no mini-fridges or microwaves, but the staff was so sweet and heated up our leftovers for us. A super quick walk to the Blarney Castle and cute shops. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to Orla and everyone else there. I hope we can come back sometime soon!

I recently had to cancel my booking at Blarney Castle Hotel due to a family illness. I understand it was a non-refundable booking, but I was disappointed by the hotel’s lack of communication and flexibility. I tried calling on the same day and emailing to see if I could reschedule, but there was no effort to help or show any understanding for my situation. I expected at least a bit of empathy for this unexpected emergency. Future guests should be aware of the hotel’s strict policies and limited options for last minute changes!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, nice rooms and excellent food. Live music entertainment almost every night. Walking distance to Blarney castle. Breakfast comes with room and plenty of choices. Most Tuesday nights there is a great Irish step dancer, fiddler and singer, Mags McCarthy. Highly recommend.

Three of us has the full Irish breakfast. It was freshly made with very tasty sausages , bacon and lovely sauté potatoes. |Great surroundings and very clean. |We didn’t eat all our toast ( there was so much of it ) |Very friendly staff especially the gentleman who welcomed us. |Highly recommended.

Great and friendly staff. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The attached pub and music were fantastic, had a good time meeting local regulars. A two minute walk to the castle and gardens, and a fantastic Irish sweater shoppe nearby.

We were enchanted by this place. |The staff of the hotel were warm and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Our server for breakfast was a young girl and she was lovely. Our room was clean and spacious. |Only downsides were no elevator or a/c. |But they did offer to help with our luggage, my husband declined. Also, with the windows left open there was a nice breeze at night and the room was ok. Would love to return one day.

Yelp
Ian, Una, and all of the Blarney Castle Hotel staff, Thank you for everything. You made our stay in Blarney the most enjoyable part of our trip to Ireland. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly, so helpful, and so accommodating. You exceeded our expectations by 1000%. Yelp
5 stars isn't enough for the Blarney Castle Hotel. We stayed there for two nights and had an amazing time. The food at the hotel was spectacular and the staff was so charming and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the castle which was another big plus. I will definitely be returning to stay here again next time I visit!

Yelp
I absolutely loved my stay - from the friendly welcome, the cute and well accommodated room, the fun pub, the great food and a delicious breakfast in the morning - who could have wanted more!

Yelp
This location is an absolutely wonderful example of Ireland. If you come here be sure to spend the entire day there are too many things to experience in just a couple of hours. If anything could make the day better and authentic café with regular food. The store seemed very much like a convenience store with gas station prepackaged food. Except for the desserts those wonderful looking but we didn't bother.

Yelp
Been here three times now. Always treated like like royalty they can't do enough for you. Very friendly comfortable rooms and great food and drink friendly stuff

Yelp
A terrific first night in Ireland as Ian the proprietor set the tone with immense hospitality. He and his staff are completely focused on making you feel welcome. We arrived on a Friday evening, to find the pub and restaurant filled with happy people engaged in the weekly game night. It was like stepping into a time capsule as the restaurant and bar were 19th century environment and spirits. Set on the ancient Blarney town square, at the foot of the castle estates and elaborate gardens, the hotel completes the illusion of another time. The room was spacious, clean and quaint. The food at dinner and the included breakfast were first class and traditional Irish without error. Parking easy and included as well. But most significantly, Ian, though completely busy overseeing a full house was able to be absolutely attentive and interested in making sure we were served well, comfortable and content. A real gem of a stay and followed the next morning by a first rate tour of the gardens and 16th century castle beautifully managed and maintained, avoiding what could easily be a tacky endeavor, instead creating the desire to return for a longer visit.

Yelp
From the moment you check in everyone is absolutely lovely. A rather surprising menu which made you wonder if they could pull it off... they did, and it was grand! Wish we were staying more than one night for this beautiful room and such lovely people! Check out the pub.... it was bumpin'!!!

Yelp
We stayed only one night but, what a nice night, hotel is clean and the setting is really wonderful, you can eat at the restaurant in the hotel or walk over to many other restaurants in the little square it is located in. The front desk help was very accommodating and made us feel like we were guests in their home. Good size room, fresh linens, the only complaint that I have is we stayed in a room that made noise because the wind was blowing outside, and I needed to use my earplugs because to wall was shaking. But everything else was fine.
