Have been coming here for years with my family, but haven’t been able to come since Covid. Can happily say that Blas still serves the best burgers in the world. We will forever be Blas’ biggest fans! My boyfriend and I have booked to come again this weekend because it’s just THAT good! 🫶 I highly recommend the Chorizo burger 🍔

I fell in love with this quirky place! Small restaurant, but full of love and character. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they cater for all tastes and the burgers are amazing! We had a vegan banana split which was unbelievably good - I wish I lived closer to this place!

Amazing burgers for both meat and non-meat eaters, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was casual and cosy - we will definitely be eating here every time we visit St Ives.

Simply the best burger restaurant I have found. Locally sourced, ethical fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. The mains are hearty but always manages to surprise with new taste combinations. The seating area is small and rustic using recycled furniture with an amazing casual atmosphere. It's gourmet burgers but not posh or pretentious. The puddings are simple but stunning as well. This place is popular in holiday times so best book ahead. Its worth it.

Closed for winter off season until 29 March 2019. Good food served quickly with attentive service in a small place. A handy stop in the evening if you're walking back to the railway station, it's 380m walking distance to the entrance if you take the steps up to the car park or 540m if you take the underpass by the beach entrance and public toilets. Good food and not much chance of missing the last train home...

Loved the Blue Cheese Burger! Tasty Cole slaw, too. Cool place with a good playlist.

There are burgers & then there are Blas burgers. If you want real food, locally sourced, well prepared & delivered then this is the place for you. Great range of meaty, veggie & vegan burger options with nothing ultra processed in sight. I had a fab black bean burger with salad & coleslaw sides. Just perfect. We'll certainly be back😊

Google
Really solid. Burgers were great, loads of vegetarian options too. Would fully recommend booking in advance if you want to eat in as it's a tiny little place but agree with a lot of the other reviews, food was excellent, staff were friendly. Quite expensive for a burger I'd say but no complaints about the food. Be aware it's not toddler friendly in the sense that there no room for prams or high chairs, but they're happy to have you all the same and do have kids options, although they're honestly not much smaller than the adult portions really.

Yelp
Firstly, Blas doesn't take reservations - which means you might be facing a queue, and with good reason too. Their food is superb. My 6yr old and I nipped in at 6:30PM on a recent trip to St Ives and couldn't have been more impressed. The decor is trendy, the service is excellent and the food is excellent. The waitress found us some space tucked in the corner at a little bar area but we were seated in minutes. The menu is interesting and there are lots of 'quirky' GBK style things. Great if you like that sort of stuff but I'm a cheeseburger guy and that's what I had. Rupert (the tiny taster) had a children's burger, which was still £6 but he ate the lot - and he's a burger aficionado. In short - this is a great place but expect to pay London prices for a premium burger. The real differentiator is their desire to do everything in the 'right' way. All of the decor is reclaimed, the meat is locally and organically sourced, even the cola is non-branded and made with agave nectar (instead of high-fructose corn syrup). My only complaint (more of an observation really) is that the music is quite loud - great for atmosphere but it was all a bit much for a very tired 6yr old. If you enjoy a good burger and you're happy to pay for it then you must try out this trendy joint.

Yelp
Great place to eat and everything. Me and my Mum went yesterday afternoon. We were in town looking for somewhere Vegan to eat and we found this place. We had the SunFlower Burgers which was exec Elle this the chip were great to. The staff were helpful and friendly willing to help. The only problem I had was the tables are really big so Vegans may have to sit with meat eaters which I would not do to be honest. Other then that great. Just needs to be more tables.

Yelp
This is the best place in the UK for gourmet burgers! Fun and uncomplicated, with a strong bent for sustainable and local ingredients, these burgers will make you happy and fix your mortgage. I had the BBQ chicken burger and Erin had the black bean with corn salsa and guacamole.

Yelp
This is not just a burger this is a blas burger Well these are some burgers prime cuts and the most flavoursome ingredients used they vege option is also worth a go even if your a meaty. The prices on average are quite pricey around £8.00 and this dosn't come with chips, but well worth it. The décor is fab I sat a quirky table that was an old artist table that had been varished you could see all the paint through it. They are a company big into organic and recycling and all their produce is locally produced to keep the carbon footprint down they have all their suppliers marked on a map of Cornwall on the wall. A definate must go to.

Yelp
My favourite place in my favourite town, St Ives. Local and organic produce and Eco-conscious. Caters well for Vegans and burger lovers alike. Had their Sunflower. Yummy!!! Best chips I ever tried, fresh and crispy. Adore this place! Well worth the visit... Often!
