This might just be the greatest, most delightful surprise of 2026. I'm convinced it will be hard to top the exquisite flavors displayed in this tiny, old-fashioned bar.
On a first note, it’s worth mentioning the attentiveness of the two gentlemen working there, they were incredibly kind, amicable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Needless to say, what they do is fantastic. And a big applause also goes to their wine recommendations.
When it comes to the food, well… out of eight dishes and five desserts, all of them would easily deserve five out of five stars. But if I could award a sixth star, it would go to the tataki with black garlic mayonnaise, my mouth watered with every bite. It was sheer perfection. Sharing the podium, I would place the cheesecake. Good Lord have mercy, that texture should be forbidden. I will struggle to stop thinking about this food and how incredibly well I ate. I will most certainly return. Hopefully I can get a table, as the place is rather small and I believe there is quite a queue, but let me assure you, dear reader, it is worth the wait.
