Blaze

This restaurant was awesome! We went here during our family vacation and were treated very well by the staff. Our server was kind and helpful, and the food was all delicious and drinks unique and delicious. The environment is fun, warm, and welcoming. Wonderful spot and in a great town. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere with good pizza and fish and chips. Live music and outdoor seating are very nice. The lower level has a bar and area overlooking a stream. Friendly and prompt service! Hope to return.

Very cool place! There is a dining area overlooking the rushing river and an outdoor beer garden. We enjoyed the raw oysters with blueberry vinaigrette. Spicy fish tacos were so tender and the breading was really light- so good. The mushroom swiss burger was good, but nothing that stood out. I loved the big duck fat french fries. Non-alcoholic beer was nice and my friend has the seasonal pumpkin spice espresso martini and she likes it. Can't wait to go when the weather warms up next spring and sit outside! Another visit to Blaze for pizza, dirty martinis and a beer flight. Both pizzas were excellent and I really enjoyed the variety of beers. Thanks bartender for tons of olives as requested too!

We have eaten alot of different food at a variety of fine places. We discovered Blaze because we heard about their good beer (the hazy IPA is outstanding). But the BIG surprise was how excellent the food is ! Oysters in the 1/2 shell .. best we've had anywhere ! And the haddock atop the spinach salad ... WOW! Again excellent. There is a chef in this kitchen that really knows how to cook. Highly recommend for an excellent meal !

Attended a private function downstairs and outside, so your mileage may vary, as we had the place to ourselves long after normal business hours on a Friday night. Nice assortment of cocktails and beer with great food, including a yummy vegetarian pizza, generous Caesar salad with a nice spicy zing to it, roasted Brussels sprouts and lots of wings. Staff was very accommodating, and drinks arrived quickly even though it was pretty crowded at the downstairs bar. Loved the outside area in the back. Would definitely visit again if I'm ever in the area!

This was my first experience dining here and I really enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Service was fast and on point. I tried the fish tacos and they were to die for! Definitely would get them again but their entire menu looks very creative and lots of fun. Looking forward to my return and trying out something different!

Nice outdoor beer garden, delicious food. I especially enjoyed the fish and chips which which were crispy and hot. Service was a little slow (it was busy) but very friendly and helpful. With a short high season and little competition in the area, prices will reflect that. They even welcomed our dog to the beer garden with a bowl of water. In the evening bring a jacket if you are dining outdoors, as it cools quickly when the sun goes over the hill. A very pleasant dining experience! We will return!

We had a fantastic dinner here this past Saturday. We sat at the bar and received excellent service from the minute we sat down to the time we left. The muscles were phenomenal, as was the ribeye, which was on special when we were there. I thought that meant it was at a discounted price, so I had a bit of sticker shock when we got the bill and saw that it was $60! It was totally my fault for not asking before I ordered it, but definitely wasn't expecting that! They had some awesome craft beers and our server was kind enough to let us sample a few of them. We would definitely come back!
