Beautiful jewellery and outstanding customer service! My husband bought a bracelet for me last summer when we were on vacation in Krakow. After getting home to Canada the bracelet broke. True to their word, I was able to easily ship it back to the Boutique for repair. The store manager gave me regular updates and so I knew when it had arrived in Krakow, was repaired, and ready to be shipped back home. I was so impressed with the beauty of this bracelet that I added a pair of matching earrings to the shipment back to Canada. On a recent visit to Krakow, I called in this artisan jeweller’s to order a ring for a friend, I had the most wonderful buying experience. The purchase ring was made to order withinin a week and then shipped to the uk four days later. A seamless experience, where I was kept informed of progress all along the way. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and the pieces are unique and absolutely beautiful. We got some rings engraved, and they will become family heirlooms!
