Nikola was an amazing server. Very kind and engaging. We had gluten and dairy allergies in our group. He was great about being prepared with alternatives right when we arrived. This was a great experience with great food!!

Wonderfully friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy staff overlooking beautiful Lake Bled from its historic castle- paired with delicious food prepared by an evidently skilled and talented team of chefs- made our summer patio lunch truly memorable. I loved how you could taste how fresh all the food was and the choice to use local, seasonal ingredients- it really came through in how tasty and satisfying our meal was. Definitely worth the walk up the steps / drive. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant and staff! Would definitely come again if I get the chance :)

THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE BETTER RATINGS!! Our waiter Nikola was fantastic: very attentive, funny and helpful. He helped some of our party with their gluten and dairy allergies VERY WELL. This is the place to go if you have allergies! The views are incredible—in your reservation (MAKE SURE TO RESERVE) request a table with a view: it worked for us, our table was one of two right next to the window! The 6 course meal is VERY worth the price and tastes fantastic. The tartare, fish, and apricot dessert were delicious! We 100% recommend. Thanks so much!

Recommend to book ahead. If you book at the restaurant you have a free entrance to the castle. Amazing views on Bled lake. The service was really good (waiters very polite, attentive without being intrusive). The food was also great. We had a delicious carrot soup and a fish fillet. We shared a desert and a glass of wine each. It’s pricy for Slovenian standards but it’s worthy the price. Suggest to park in the parking down the hill (10 min walk) as the parking close to the castle is super expensive (3.5€ per hour)

Seriously some of the best food I have ever had. Also such a cool place to be able to eat a meal with tremendous views. If you’re ever in Bled you have to come here. The lamb, pumpkin soup, and bled cake were amazing. Such friendly staff as well and a great experience. Also if you have a reservation here you can get into the castle for free.

We went there during the “Teden restavracij” where the menu of 3 course meal + the welcome from the chef was 25€. In my opinion a really good price for the amount of quality food that is offered. I can recommend the restaurant especially during this promotion week!

A phenomenal meal and really wonderful staff to just make the experience. They even let us move to a table by the window when other guests left, which really made the day.
