Authentic pierogi? Yes, please.
There are any number of places in Poland in which to get good pierogi - and as much as I'd love the opportunity to try them all, this is the place where we landed today.
It's a cozy and very colorful place, with wonderful aromas and old world charm. The service is, well, decidedly European - you can't be in a rush when you get here, and being all "American" about it won't get your food on the table any faster. I've been living in Spain for eight years now and I find table service to be quite a bit slower than in the US. Then again, they aren't chasing you out of the restaurant when you finish eating, either - they give you plenty of time to just chat with your mates and enjoy another round.
As for the pierogi? I would GLADLY come back here!
