Bless Hotel Ibiza (Ibiza, Balearic Islands) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Once upon a time Ibiza was an undiscovered paradise. Later it became synonymous with a hedonistic dance-party lifestyle. And now, in what you might call its mature phase, it’s home to hotels that deal in a sort of hedonism that’s a little more grown-up. Bless Hotel Ibiza, like its sister in Madrid, is elegant, refined, and more than a little bit luxurious." - Tablet Hotels

Honestly a horrible experience – nothing close to 5 stars This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service is awful, starting with the rooms and ending at the pool. • While taking a shower, the hot water cut off completely — right when I had shampoo in my hair — and it didn’t come back for hours. The toilet flush worked only sometimes. • The “fine dining” restaurant? Closed for a private party, leaving guests with only room service, which came with long wait times. • At the pool, every sunbed was “reserved” with towels from morning till evening, yet most stayed empty. Their policy allows guests to hoard as many beds as they want, whether they show up or not. • The air conditioning is a nightmare: either a steaming hot room or, in September/October, freezing cold because there’s no heating system at all. • Management is unprofessional and indifferent to guest comfort. If you arrive with a car, expect to pay €30 a day for outdoor parking. On top of that, they occasionally return your car covered in bird droppings. Breakfast? We waited 45 minutes for a poached egg. Nighttime? Forget about rest. There was a loud party in the hotel until 2 a.m. — the music was so strong it shook the rooms. Only after I threatened to call the police did they slightly lower the volume, but it was still impossible to sleep. All this while paying over €1,000 a night. It’s beyond me how this hotel is considered a “Leading Hotel of the World” or how it holds 5 stars. Completely undeserving. Verdict: Never again.

I stayed at BLESS Hotel Ibiza twice this year, in April and again in August, for a total of seven nights. The food is excellent and the rooms are really well equipped. My personal highlights were the amazing breakfast and the outdoor pool area. I especially enjoyed the afternoons with resident DJ Ivan Garci, who creates a fantastic atmosphere with his house music. That is the sound that made me fall in love with Ibiza many years ago and it is the main reason I keep coming back year after year. Another highlight is the rooftop bar. What impressed me most, however, was the hospitality. Everyone working here is not only well trained but also genuinely friendly and attentive, with a strong focus on customer service 🤝. I have stayed at other five-star hotels on the island, but BLESS Hotel Ibiza - The Leading Hotels of The World is my number one choice 🏆🌴.

Terrible experience. We previously stayed at the Aguas de Ibiza, also a 5-star hotel, but for half the price — and it was much better in every way. In this hotel, the room was freezing cold from the very first day. The air conditioning is automatic and constantly keeps the room at a low temperature, even though it’s already October. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in such cold conditions. We asked the manager at the reception to switch it off, and they did — but only for about two hours. After that, it started again. Even if you press the “off” button, it keeps running all day and night. I got sick on the very first day because I’m pregnant and my immune system is more sensitive, so the constant cold really affected me. On a positive note, the hotel has a great spa and a beautiful pool with sea views. The breakfast is okay — not amazing, a bit too focused on sweets and lacking in healthy options. That said, the staff are wonderful and do their best — they deserve 100%.

Overall we had a nice trip. The hotel is in a great location although you don't get the amazing sunsets, the sunrise is perfect 👌 there are some good beach bars and restaurants next door and the roof terrace at the hotel was good with a fantastic view. The food at the hotel was not great Limited selection and not well prepared or presented for the price point I expect better. The drink selection was good. Alot of flies around at breakfast which is annoying as it put us off the fresh fruit, it should be covered. Also check the availability of the roof terrace during your stay, there were 2 private functions on Friday and Saturday night ( we were not informed before or even after we checked in, we just read the notice and then asked staff)so no entertainment at the hotel, not a problem if your off clubbing but if you want a relaxing glass of wine after dinner, you will have to go elsewhere. We had massage at the spa which was perfect, the spa itself however is very tired.

Very unimpressed with the customer service. Our flight couldn’t land in Ibiza due to storms so we returned the next day to check in. We had paid in advance for the hotel and enquired as to whether we could have a refund for the first night since it wasn’t our fault we couldn’t check in. Despite having to then wait to check in to a room we had already paid for, and confirmation that we wouldn’t get a refund, they then confirmed that they generously wouldn’t charge us a cancellation fee for the first night!! I also caught a couple having sex in the outdoor spa pool at about 6pm, both naked and swim wear floating in the pool. Unbelievable customer service. Will definitely never return

Had a great stay here. Beautiful hotel and pool area. Great beach access with nice restaurants. The breakfast is also very good and excellent staff. We only discovered the rooftop pool on our last day which is a must see. Highly recommend! The only note of improvement I have is that the gym is pretty poor. Surprising for a hotel of this standard!

Amazing stay with an EXCEPTIONAL TEAM that made our time at Bless Hotel unforgettable. From the first minute we felt welcomed and valued and everyone was taking care of all our needs.(flowers / room / reservations / birthday-surprise) We travel quite a lot and see a lot of high class hotels. This team made an absolute difference and the Hotel itself is super nice. Can highly recommend to take a relaxing holiday there as a couple and also as a family. - read more below...

10 outta 10 this was fabulous, The Four Seasons kind of service and touches, Liz at the front desk was incredible, helpful and sweet! Fernanda at the pool went above and beyond for my friends and I and made our pool/bed experience super special! Thank you Fernanda!! Paula from room service was helpful, funny and yet still elegant and remembered small details. We will defiantly book here again! Location is quiet in a northern town, great beaches, calm nights, still plenty of things to do and shopping in nearby areas and an easy 35-40 min drive to Ibiza city.
