Bleu Brook

Bleu Brook has become one of our fave spots in philly. I love that it’s 30 and up (might be 21 and up i can’t remember) one of those. Either way been going for a few years now and never disappointed. They can get extremely crowded and busy some days depending on the type of events happening. I’ve been for countless bday celebrations, karaoke, happy hour you name it. Food wise I’m still making my way through their menu but I’ve had the lamb chops highly recommend delicious, the seafood Mac n cheese was good but a bit too creamy and cheesy for me, salmon Cesar salad was good, fries are good, seafood platter are really good. I wasn’t a fan of the mussels or the tacos. But everything I’ve had on the menu was solid. The service depending on who you get some bartenders are friendlier than others same as with some of the servers. Live dj does a decent job. Overall highly recommend their happy hour i think they do two but either one you do definitively worth it.

Overall I was not pleased. I went to meet some friends whom suggested I shouldn’t get food. But, I was so hungry and couldn’t wait to try these wings that always look so good online. I was lucky to get a seat at the bar it was super packed. I ordered a Don Julio margarita which was $30😳 and buffalo wings with French fries. Drink was good but not $30 worth. I asked to send my food back because it was extra salty. So unbearably I didn’t want another order. The staff was unpleasant once I said i just want my money back for the food. I finish my drink and left.

I wanted to give 5 stars on this review but with our experience there, I cannot. 😐Two friends and I went last Saturday for a "FISH FRY" event with 3 paid tickets. This new bar restaurant is a beautiful design. The security staff was respectful and professional. Seating was limited at 6pm so we waited for a bar stool. After sitting patiently for almost a half hour we ordered drinks from 1 of 4 bartenders. After another half hour we wanted to refill but our bartender was on smoke break with no one to take her area. We left the bar area deciding to get our 3 fish platters to go. After waiting almost 40 mins for them we were told all that was left was fish fried rice and chicken wings. The food server said "here hurry up and take this and go", as if we got major 🐟. The 1 rice pilaf platter we received had 1 chunk of fish the size of a fingernail, with a bone and the chicken flats were a burned along with burnt fries. Drink prices were good but that food was less than desirable and did not look like the pics on the website. Wish we could have enjoyed what we paid for😞.

First off I was on a date the security made me feel safe to enjoy my night. The waitress we had was very knowledgeable about the menu, she helped me figure out what I wanted to eat leading me to their Lollipop lamb chops.. The food was AMAZING lol The reviews are not giving too much Justice so I will! If you want good vibes and AMAZING food come here I promise they won't disappoint😊❤️

Purple was so great and amazing!! She works on Wednesday and I come every Wednesday she’s the best !!!

The litesskin, didn't get her name, waitress was super excellent, good seafood fries, nice mature crowd, awesome DJ and music on Thursday for cousin's bday when I went...but prices are a little expensive..

First of all $10 cover charge at the door and dont even say nothing to u afterwards. Went to get some food drinks and hookah and nobody said a word to me and my friend smh.we went to both sides of the bar and all of the girls kept wakin by us no ill be right with you, nothing. But they helped those men tho. Do yourself a favor and just go next door to checkmate WAY BETTER SERVICE AND PROBABLY BETTER FOOD ! Such a shame for a black business cant even support

I found this place while passing through Philly. I came in before the crowd and the service was excellent! The food was delicious and the drinks got me right. I will definitely be coming back here when I get a chance. I had the salmon, rice pilaf, and asparagus. When I learned that they have salmon bites I had to order those as well!! They did not disappoint me. Highly recommend for the food, drinks, music, and all around good vibes

The Best Food in West Philly! Old skool bar and grill where the Blue Collar folks hangout. Bar tenders mingle with customers as if you're their best friend. Drinks are spot on for the price... Burgers and seafood a must

The food was good. I had the lamb chops and my friend had a good looking salad. The service was good. The ambiance probably depends on your age. Up to date music was being played. But, as I am 80 years old, Motown is more my style and some up to date music is a turn off for me. There was a patron there smoking from a hookah. Second hand smoke is still harmful and a turn off for me. Again, the ambiance probably depends on your age.

Local urban watering hole with delicious food available. Enjoy watching the game on the vast amount of televisions throughout the establishment. I recommend visiting on karaoke nights for entertainment. They also offer hookah and happy hour deals. Unlike many local bars the waiters are friendly and the wait for food is not long.

Terrible service from the hookah people they were very rude in this establishment I came all the way there from California and I was treated poorly. The whole staff as a whole was terrible and rude. The only good part was the bartenders they made the night I would rate this this place no stars

Well I tried Bleu Brook , myself and my cousin was truly disappointed. Karaoke night not one person sang. But the most disappointing was the food horrible prices. I don't mind paying if it's good. French Fries with butter and crab meat. Drinks , exspensive. And weak. Manager was nice . Bar maid , should have explained, pricing. Needless to say We will not be back .

Good food, music and drinks! Great Hookah variety! DJ played current and older music! Fun and friendly service

I had an awesome time and a great experience. The crowd was ranged from 25-60 and it fun having the music span thru so many generations. Drinks were good and the food was amazing.
