Bleu Collar Sammies

We stopped in for lunch while our young daughter was asleep in the backseat. The chopped cheese, turkey rueben, and Mac and Cheese were all delicious and fairly priced. When they saw us eating in our car they came out and brought us paper plates. Great food and great service. We will definitely be back.

Great place to grab some to-go sandwiches. They offer breakfast and lunch. I had the "black and blue", roast beef and Bleu cheese, which was surprisingly extra delicious. My partner got a regular roast beef sandwich and my kid had a grilled cheese with ham, which was extra cheesy. Great job! Will return. The place is a bit small and there is nowhere to stay and eat is my only critique.

Wanted to go here for a while and have seen a lot of mixed reviews. This is a small spot that personally wouldn’t sit and eat at as it not very appealing. So is wanted to try the burger special they had posted on Facebook I wanted to try. I ordered three lunches to go. Burger special, black and blue and a chicken caprese sandwich. I was impressed with my burger as it was well seasoned and cooked correctly my only gripe is I don’t like the Sam’s club buns instead of a quality hard roll. I also had half of the chicken caprese for dinner as the wife couldn’t finish it and again it was a good sandwich that could have been better with a quality roll. I thought the pricing was fair. I would go back and try other items with the exception of a cold cut sandwich as I don’t think they have Boars Head meats as I didn’t see a decal or sign in the window.

I'm always happy to find "hHole in the wall" establishments, because they typically have the best quality food for the money. Bleu Collar Sammies is no exception. I was suprised to find they've been right in my neighborhood for about a year (as of my writing this), and I only learned about them a few months ago, on accident. I'm both glad and sad I did. I'm glad because I love great food. I'm sad because my poor wallet is going to take a beating. They offer a great variety of sandwiches of all different kinds. Everything I've tried so far has been great quality - the bread, the fillings, everything. The prices are surprisingly fair, too, especially for what I'm used to seeing these days. The staff are all really cool, too. Approachable, engaging... You actually feel like they're happy you're there. Anyway! If you live in Saugerties, or are passing through (they're not far off I-87), and are hungry... Stop by and give 'em a shot!

I'm from out of town and happened to come across this amazing spot! I ordered a pepperoni melt, which was to die for! Returned again and got a turkey triple decker and macaroni and cheese, which is FIRE!!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend! A+++

Huge delicious sandwiches with great flavor. Don't forget the napkins, you'll need them. Mac and cheese is homemade and very creamy. Have never had a bad experience or anything to even comment on. Our go to when traveling through Saugerties.

We’ve been trying to get to Bleu Collar for a while — finally did, and they exceeded expectations! We got the chicken cutlet and cuban, both excellent — special thanks to the team for packaging things up for easy reheating. We can’t wait to go back!

You will not find a better little hometown sandwhich shop. Best environment the most fun employees who provide the best service and such a fun place to be. The food is amazing and they have fun and witty specials every week!!! Definitely would recommend!!!

OMG! This place has outstanding breakfast sandwiches! We stopped in on our way into Hunter to ski for the day and this place does not disappoint. I ordered the breakfast Sammie with cheddar cheese and bacon. The sandwich was so filling and I love that the yolks are still runny which is delicious. The bacon was crisp and not greasy at all. 10/10. My boyfriend ordered their breakfast Bomber which honestly was amazing. It's a burger party, caramelized onions, thousand island dressing, eggs, and cheese. Yes it's messy but it's good. 10/10. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu here. Service was great and it's a definitely a to go spot.

We were passing through on our way to a hike in the Catskills and stopped for lunch. We decided to split a chicken cutlet sub and a small Mac n cheese. We had a bit of a wait but nothing crazy, it does seem like most people order ahead and pick up. They were definitely preparing a catering order at the same time too. The chicken cutlet was freshly fried and the Mac n cheese was excellent! Deserving of the "famous" title on their menu. Two outdoor tables to eat but primarily a takeaway place. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area or passing through!

Great food, ordered the cheesesteak. They used brisket instead of cheaper cuts of beef. Great toppings big sandwich great prices.
