Very experienced staff and I’m super pleased with my brows following a threading reshape. Sara did a wonderful job and knew exactly what shape I was looking for after a brief description. My only issue is that the whole process feels rushed. You’re sat in the chair immediately, the conversation is fast, and it’s demanding to keep up with the questions and the information the technician is sharing given the pace of the whole interaction. Lastly the staff member at the till was curt and impatient, though I did have a good experience (despite the brevity of it) with the technician.

Very good and experienced staff member. She made me feel comfortable and the treatment did not hurt at all. Usually threading hurts but the lady was very skilled at threading carefully. I will definitely go back because it’s worth the price.

Cinthia was amazing! She really understood I’m trying to grow my eyebrows. Did a great job and shaping them so they are more balanced and explained what to ask for next time so they continue to grow. (I think she was doing a cover and usually is in white city)

Rather than go to my usual beauty salon I chose Brow Bar for convenience. The lamination was fine, unfortunately the threading and shaping wasn't. Instead of a minimal tidy up which I asked for, I have uneven eyebrows, with one having lost a third of the brow. I was in pain with watery eyes, so didn't complain at the time. I have since contacted the company, but haven't received a response.

I used to avoid doing by eyebrows because everywhere I went, they would over tweeze them. Nadra was amazing! She fit all 3 of us in at short notice. She understood my concerns re not wanting my eyebrows to be too thin. All with a smile and top customer service. Will come in regularly because of her. Thanks

I had a terrible experience. I booked a brow shape and tint at 6:04pm on Saturday 1st April and the receptionist said that both can be done. After my brow shape I was refused a tint as the consultant said I needed a patch test. I said I'm more than willing to wait for a patch test but she refused. Besides the patch test, the brow shaping was done so bad. There was no arch in my eyebrows, no definition and what made it worse was that it was done so unneatly. There was no neating of my brows, random hairs along my brow shape both above and under which was all over the place. I had gaps in my eyebrows which was not filled in. The hairs was not removed at all. There was no shape at all.The total job was done within 5 minutes and I felt rushed. When I paid for the bill, a walk in customer was granted a patch test for a lash and eyebrows tint! This was so insulting. The brow bar was also empty with no other customers besides the walk-in customer. The worst experience to date.

Overall disappointed with the experience. It was my first time getting my eyebrows laminated so was a little unsure of what to expect, I told this to the practitioner in the hope she would explain what she was doing but she just put stuff on and off without talking, there were times when the formula had to sit for a while and rather than say ‘I’m just leaving this for a few minutes’ we just sat in complete silence with me wondering what’s happening. I know it’s not a big deal, but a bit of explanation would have been appreciated. The real hit came with the bill at the end though, I was expecting to pay £65 for lamination and tint, but it ended up costing me nearly double as the practitioner insisted I had to buy this eyebrow serum for £50 to keep the brows hydrated post treatment. This wasn’t mentioned ANYWHERE on the website or aftercare instructions, and I was left really upset by this. If something has to be used in aftercare then it needs to be disclosed to the customer beforehand. I felt really cheated and upset by this. So, overall not the best experience.

Absolutely love getting my brows done by Bhavna. She takes so much care and has amazing memory. She always remembers how I like my brows and overall is amazing at her job, a complete professional and joy to visit! Blink Brow Bar are lucky to have her!
