Bliss Boutique Hotel

All I can say is AMAZING!! We had a rough day with flight being delayed and car rental issues, we got there much later that we said, and they still welcome us, most friendly ánd professional. Assisted us in still having a very nice and delicious dinner, even though the kitchen was almost closed. Still very helpful and professional and gave us 5 star service! They walked the extra mile for us with our requests and we would definitely recommend them!!😁

We had my father's 80th birthday at this hotel, and it could not have been better! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make the celebration special. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented and full of flavour, with something to suit everyone's tastes. The venue itself was elegant and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a memorable occasion. Every detail was taken care of with such care and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for making this a truly unforgettable experience! We highly recommend this hotel for any special event.

This place is a special gem! The accommodations are so comfortable, the space is restful and the staff is outstanding! The bartender and restaurant server Archford is so very kind and accommodating. He goes out of his way to be sure you are well taken care of and pampered. The head chef Shanice at the restaurant is a genius! Every meal comes out with love, beautiful presentation, the perfect temperature and mouthwateringly delicious. She goes out of her way to be sure every guest walks away with a smile on their face and their belly happy. Truly a remarkable place that I hope to return to. The front desk gal is lovely and even the laundry service is top notch. I felt so grateful for a stay that exceeded my expectations.

My wife, son and myself booked for 10 nights in February. Unfortunately we only have only 2 here left.🙁 This hotel can only be described as a paradise on earth. The staff are wonderful. Words cannot describe how exceptional they are. To mention but a few, Vimbai, Sam, Archie and Vanessa. The others, behind the scenes, whose names unfortunately do not know, are just as helpful and friendly. The atmosphere, food and drinks, comfort and cleanliness is second to none. This place is very small but it is paradise, especially for single people, couples and small grown up families. As to rooms, the King room we have is the best. Views of Table Mountain, Cape Town and the Atlantic from our bed and window.... see video. The veranda is only big enough for 2 chairs but the pool, albeit smallish, is quiet and hardly used..... with 4 sunbeds and 2 arm chairs. A few miles outside of Cape Town but the excellent and cheap Uber service in and around Cape Town make travelling to and from the City and elsewhere, using the Uber App, so easy. All Uber drivers are friendly! Cape Town is beautiful and there is lots to do and see. We started off with a 2 hour hop on hop off Bus... the blue route... Amazing and well worth the money. Then an organised one day trip to Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, Cape point, Boulders Beach to see the Penguins. Another day trip to Robben Island. All booked through Get your Guide App before the holiday. Then an organised game Safari at the Aquila Game reserve and the following day a wine tasting trip to 3 excellent wineries with a private Chauffer. These were organised by the hotel and are a must. The Chauffeur who took us to the wineries, Siraaj, went out of his way to meet our needs for the whole day. He made the trip so easy and enjoyable. Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens by Uber is also well worth a visit. Many good restaurants around Cape Town and Bloubergstrand. The food is inexpensive and very good. We highly recommend the Bliss Boutique Hotel. Thank you to all at the Bliss for making this a wonderful holiday.

First off let me say....We will definitely be back. We arrived at night and promptly and pleasantly greeted by the head chef Shanese(pardon the spelling). I was blown away by the room and the next morning, the views! The food was so good and so freshly prepared. The hotel was clean, quiet and in a gorgeous neighborhood. Anything we needed or questions we had, they were more than happy to assist. I cant wait to go back.

You truly lived up to your name : BLISS. Stayed for 4 nights from 14 September 2024 and did not want to go home! Beautiful views, excellent friendly service. Rooms so comfy with extra details. Loved the Nespresso coffee. And the pool ... glorious, not to mention the beach right on your door step. Wow. Yummy breakfasts to get us going. A very big THANK YOU to Venessa, Samuel, Shanice, Kuda, Sharon and the rest of the team. You can be proud of what you do.

Wonderful hotel. It's located in a quiet area with a 5 star beach in front of the hotel and fantastic views over Cape Town and the sunset. You can reach Cape Town city centre quite easily with Uber though. The service is exceptional and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We felt absolutely welcomed from the first minute we arrived. We can highly recommend the food and drinks as well. All in all 10/10.

Loved our stay in this stunningly located hotel. Food and service were up to standards and we really enjoyed the panoramic views. Recommended for an ocean view stay in a more quiet part of Cape Town.
