We had a great time here on Christmas day! It had a great vibe with the live music and overall great vibe! The food was amazing and service was really good! Great spot to bring the family! We got in on a last min booking on the high bench.

We had a really nice evening here. The live music gave the place a warm, friendly feel, the pizzas were genuinely tasty, and the drinks were good. It felt relaxed and welcoming, not over the top, just an easy place to settle in and enjoy the night. A very positive experience and one I’d happily recommend to others visiting Hakuba.

We stopped by this spot accidentally for a drink and didn’t regret it at all! It’s a two-story building a few steps away from the gondola, with a parking lot conveniently located across the street. The atmosphere was fantastic, with great music and a ski-themed interior that added to the charm. Although the staff seemed a bit overloaded, they were still very friendly and attentive — special thanks for that! We only had drinks, so we can’t speak much about the food, but the fries were excellent. Would definitely recommend dropping by for a relaxed drink!

Probat the best pizza and pasta place in Hakuba. Their pizza is prepared in the wood-fired oven. One of the best! However probably because of the ventilation, the place is a little smoky. I would still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a change from the Japanese cuisine. Love the staff too as they are super friendly and professional.

Food was excellent. Only giving the service a one star because there was an employee working with a terrible cough. He kept coughing and sneezing into his hands and then proceeded to touch everything including the tops of our drinks and then served us our food. He was walking around coughing and not washing his hands afterwards. Luckily we had sanitizing wipes to wipe off the handles and tops of our drinks otherwise we would have refused to eat and drink. Other employees were commenting on him as well and his reply was “well send me home then”. You would think if you work in the service industry, you should know about proper hygiene.

The pizza was great (we ordered the meatlovers and jalapeño) and the atmosphere was nice too. We came as a walk in and managed to get a space (which is rare for hakuba). Highly recommend!
