Cozy place ideal for a hightea or coffee and cake. If you're claustophobic this is not the place for you as its quite small and can get crowded. The pastries are just fine but nothing special. The owners are friendly.

Authentic tea room with a nice selection of teas, delicious cakes, friendly service and lovely decor.

A wonderful cozy, little tea house. I tried one of their lattes, my wife had tea, and we were happy with our choices. We also ordered two of their cakes: a slice of the blueberry cake and the brownie with white chocolate. They were very-very delicious: the cheesecake light and creamy, the brownie deep and chocolaty. Besides the top-quality cakes and drinks, the place has a special vibe as well. The kind that you'd really like to return to. The location is also perfect, not to mention the friendly service. So there is no doubt that we are going back and try all their sandwiches and cakes.

Nice place to go to if you like high tea and home made cakes. When we went here, there was a sweet sixteen birthday going on, so it's also suitable for groups. I had a pumpkin soup with nut bread, which was very nice. The service is very friendly, but the coffee (I had a cappuccino) a little bit less.

My friend surprised me with a high tea here. The high tea was served in two parts, first different kinds of sandwiches, quiches and scones. The second part was all different kinds of cake. It was delicious and fun. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The cafe itself was very cute. Lots of brocade details, tea cups were used as lamps. It was a great gift !

Didn't found the name of this wonderful place on Google map but there we are. We were passing by, visiting the city and we stopped for a piece of cake. The tenant is quiet and nice. We came back for another cake, cheesecake, carrot cake (wayyyy better than dudok'sone btw) with cream and vanilla ice cream, everything was delicious. Cheer mate, well done

Very cute and cozy place. The quiche was great and the dirty chai latte too.

Everything was ok but the price is quite high for what u get. Service can be friendlier and more inviting. Will not go back with alternative available around there.

We loved going to BLOEM well in de Hague. The cheesecake was amazing! We will definitely visit again on our next visit to the Netherlands

I can't believe I haven't written a review for Bloem yet, as we've been coming here for almost a year now! It's an adorable spot for lunch or an afternoon treat...the decor is SO cute and cozy. We've had the high tea here, and it is the best we've had thus far in the Netherlands. The baked goods are so, so, so good, and they change frequently, so you will never get tired of the selection. My favorites are the club sandwich for lunch and the strawberry cheesecake for dessert. They also have an extensive selection of decadent drinks and teas to go along with your treat. LOVE Bloem!

Bloem is definitely one of the Hague's hidden gems. I had the brownie tart and it's one of the best I've ever had. The owners serve a variety of homemade cakes/tarts, as well as tea and coffee. The establishment exhibits an adorable vintage type decor and the eating space is cozy, albeit a bit small. I will definitely return for a slice of the blueberry cheesecake!

We had breakfast here when we spent a weekend in Den Haag in April 2015. Outside in a lovely street. Great foe breakfast brunch or pause. We had a club sandwich and blueberry pancakes with coffee. The coffee was great (white chocolate machiatto and caramel machiatto). Nice staff, great business. We'll come back!

It's a lovely, very lovely place, great coffee, perfect homemade cakes, cosy and the owners are very friendly. Definitly one of the best places for a good snack/coffee!

BEST CHEESECAKE EVER!!! My husband and I have been to Bloem twice, coming all the way from Amsterdam, just for the blueberry cheesecake :) Very cute cafe as well.
