The hotel is in a wonderful location and the management is incredible! We stayed two nights in a room on the top floor. Be aware that there are no elevators so you will have to climb the stairs. They will carry your luggage to your room for you which is very helpful. Our bed was great and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom is large, clean, and has everything you might need…even a towel warmer. There is a lovely patio on the top floor where guests can sit. A mini fridge is full of prosecco for guests to enjoy on the patio. Easy walking distance to St. Marks Square, Rialto Bridge, etc. |The breakfast is from 8-10 and delicious with pastries, cereals, meats, cheeses, etc.

We stayed 4 nights here whilst we explored the city and loved everything about it. We had a family room for myself, husband and 14yo daughter. Our shutters opened on to a view of a church which played glorious melodies on bells in the mornings and all beds were super comfy. We arrived later than expected, a little tired and harassed and were welcomed warmly and kindly by Samuel and made to feel immediately at ease. It was a great place to explore the city, breakfast was simple but delicious and the roof terrace was a lovely facility. Would recommend spending a little more to gain a lot

Located in Campo Santo Stefano, this Boutique hotel is a must. Very well situated, and not too crowded with tourists, it offers all that you need and walking distance to everything. Francesca is a great host, she is very kind, attentive and helpful. The rooftop is a great place to unwind after a day of exploring, with a good view and free bottles of proseco daily. Breakfast is perfetto. Hope you will have the same experience. No elevator, but it adds to the charm. Pasquale Colavecchio

We loved our stay at Bloom b&b. Rooms were really clean and spacious, comfortable bed and the whole building smelt lovely! Plenty of toiletries and drinks in the room. Such a hidden gem and perfect location. Not as much hustle and bustle in this area, plenty of lovely bars to enjoy locally and a beautiful roof terrace that we made use of! Water boat stop is very close to get to and from the airport (3 min walk). Staff were lovely and so helpful with their recommendations. I would definitely return and will recommend to family and friends when visiting Venice.

We absolutely love this place! So much so we have been coming here for 3 years in a row during carnival. The rooms are beautifully designed with lush fabrics and gorgeous details, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast served in the communal room overlooking the church. The Bloom has a beautiful terrace where you can indulge on a glass of Prosecco whilst watching the sunset, we really love this spot ❤️The team is super friendly and nice, special mention to Anthony who is extremely kind and always ready to give excellent insiders tips on restaurants and activities. Venice is a special city and staying here makes the Venetian bliss even more magical ❤️‍🔥See you next year!

Got upgraded to this hotel from the one next door. Really pretty, clean and well ventilated rooms (helps so much from the outdoor heat), wifi was fast enough to watch movies, breakfast was included and really good, drinks are offered in the mini fridge but they cost a lot, bathroom was separated from the room but right across from our room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to pay an unexpected city tax when checking out (only 6€)

Amazing stay! The owners were absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. Recommended a few places to eat that were delicious (google reviews can be deceiving!), booked a private water taxi for us at 4am AND had breakfast outside our room for when we left that early. We loved the rooftop views and split a bottle of wine we got from right down the street. I could go on and on, but just do yourself a favor and book your stay here! Location was perfect too!

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great experience. It is centrally located but not in the middle of the tourist crowds. The Grand Canal is a short walk and Piazza San Marco is a 15 min walk. The area is somewhat residential so we saw kids going to school, locals stopping at one of the two cafes on either side of the hotel and out walking their dogs.|The B &B is clean, had daily housekeeping and our room was spacious. The breakfast was somewhat basic but met our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. |We booked this because of the rooftop terrace and it did not disappoint!|The directions from the water bus were spot on, but arriving in the dark made it a bit difficult to notice as there is only a small sign indicating a lodging location. Reception is actually in a hotel right around the corner which we did not know. But when we pressed the door buzzer, we were granted entry and Rosa came right over to show us to our room.|It was a fabulous place to stay and we would not hesitate to stay there again!
