This cozy little restaurant-bar, by the harbour, completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped in, the warm atmosphere made us feel instantly comfortable, but it was the food that absolutely blew us away. Every single dish we tried somehow managed to top the one before it — each plate was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care. What really elevated the whole experience, though, was our server, Sanita. She was incredibly friendly, attentive without ever being overbearing, and had a genuine warmth that made us feel more like guests than customers. Her energy and engagement added so much to the evening, turning a great meal into an unforgettable one.

An amazing discovery! The quality of food is excellent! The Peruvian ceviche was just out of this world! Simply delicious (and I’m from Lima!). Everything was delicious! I recommend this place anytime! Bravo to the chef and everyone else!

We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Bloom Restaurant! The food was outstanding – especially the fish, which was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and simply unforgettable. Every dish was beautifully presented and exceeded expectations. What made the evening even more special was the impeccable service. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly professional – making us feel welcomed and cared for from start to finish. I had dinner here with my girlfriend after spending all day at the St. Peter Pool. We decided to stop here because the average review was quite high, and I definitely can confirm that! We had a bottle of local rose wine with a fresh fish and an Octopus. All the dishes had an interesting flavour with Asian influences. Everything was very tasty and the waitress was really kind and very professional. Excellent!

We had a great time here. The food was great and the staff were lovely. We shared a prawn bisque linguine dish and a seafood share platter. Everything was reasonably priced, the wine was really nice (they had by the glass options), a d they made good coffee. For some reason, a lot of places in Malta struggle with coffee. This place didn’t.

We ate at Bloom for dinner on a Thursday and it was just okay. We waited outside by the hostess stand to get a table and it took a while for anyone to come by and seat us. The restaurant brought us a complimentary starter which was good and we enjoyed that this was offered. We ordered oysters with basil and chili, burrata and mussels. When we ordered the oysters, the waitress seemed confused and had to open the menu to look. The mussels were advertised as with white wine, but it was not served this way. It had saffron in it and the sauce was thick. It was still good, but not what the menu advertised. The burrata was good but needed seasoning. We noticed that the mussels look different in every photo across the google reviews which have been posted.

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at this charming seaside restaurant, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The highlight of our meal was, without a doubt, the fried seafood platter, crispy, golden, and perfectly cooked, with each bite bursting with fresh ocean flavor. Equally impressive were the mussels, tender and succulent, served in a rich, flavorful broth that we couldn’t get enough of. To accompany the meal, we ordered a bottle of white wine that was simply outstanding, refreshing, well-balanced, and the perfect match for the seafood. It elevated the entire dining experience. What truly made the evening special, though, was the exceptional service. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful, making us feel welcome and genuinely cared for from start to finish.

Highly recommended!!! We ended up at Bloom by chance since everywhere else was fully booked—and honestly, it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. We were craving seafood, and Bloom delivered. We ordered a seafood platter for two, even though there were three of us. The lovely lady serving us kindly suggested that the platter would be enough, instead of letting us over-order. She was right—it was perfect. The food was amazing, the decor was beautiful, and the two ladies who took care of us were incredibly kind and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed. The prices were surprisingly affordable too. We’ll definitely be recommending Bloom to our friends and can’t wait to go back soon!
