I’ve been coming here for years and the recent renovation has made this place even better. It’s such a good sign seeing the same staff over the years and being a family run hotel gives it even a nicer feel. I extended twice being here recently because it was just the perfect base, quiet and therapeutic, but close to the action when I wanted more. Highly recommend.

Beautiful set up however; Really really noisy place to stay, the noise from the bass speaker from the restaurant by the pool on full volume non stop from morning until night. Rooms had zero soundproofing with only grass alang alang roof. Could be a great place but the noise pollution is way too much to be able to relax. Classic example of staff not understanding the importance of peace and quiet

If Google Review has zero star, I would give zero star instead of one star. I booked the room through Booking.com, last minute but I confirmed that I will arrive late and received a text from Bloomfield management saying "thank you for your info, our security guard will help you to check in" I arrived at Bloomfield late night 12.30 on 20th June, the asked the security guard to help me check in, he looked very confused. He said that I already checked in. Then I asked him if he see the ID card of who checking in, and he took loooooong time to read, and to see the paper multiple times. Turns out he gave the room to a person named Valentina, and my name Ferlina. Then he told me "Ferlina, Valentina, Ferlina, Valentina?" I showed him my ID card. Then he made multiple phone calls, then it triggers me a lot since my flight was delayed.. and arrived late night, I just want to rest. After I spoke to a woman on the phone and if the security is illiterate and not able to read and spell, the security guy got insulted and immediately showed me an empty room. Turns out there is an empty room! The door is difficult to open and close, when I complained to the management they said the door is actually broken and they are fixing it. I just can not believe Bloomfield selling a room with broken door, like its a total fraud and not safe. After I woke up in the morning, there is construction going on NEXT ROOM. Literally nailing the wall. The wall is super thin and I could hear full conversation of the room next door. It has been a truly WORST EXPERIENCE staying in Bali. The ricefields view also lie, its a wall of somebody elses house / villa

During my 1 night stay, I experienced more than 5x power outages..... Most annoying is when i need to get ready to catch my flight in the morning and the power outage keeps on happening. The shower's warm water is basically inconsistent, the water is also slow. The room, medium clean. Simple amenities were provided. The service is meh. There was one person handling breakfast, he's pretty attentive. The others, just ok. Went to the reception to report the power outage, no one was on the reception table. Overall, never coming back.

We booked the best room, the king room but moved after 45 minutes since the aircon only cooled down part of the room meaning it was boiling in the rest of the room, as it was an old one and the room was large, we also moved because the room had no sunlight whatsoever, so we moved to the normal room by the pool. The doors were extremely hard to open and required a workout to pull them open. We also would have appreciated if someone told us that the construction which is adjoined to the pool would start each morning at 8am before we moved , as we might have stayed in our hole if we knew that would wake us every morning. We also did laundry and ended up with 3 pieces of clothing from someone else and missing 2 of our pieces, however we eventually got them back since we had fotos. There is also 2 different menus for if you have preordered breakfast on your booking or if you buy it in person, which i found odd. Wifi was basically non existent however most places you stay seem to have issues with the wifi. However the staff were some of the nicest people we have met at any place we stayed and the pool was amazing even though the view of what once was rice field is covered my concrete slabs of construction.

We are currently staying at this hotel and love it! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is super calm and relaxing and there are usually only a couple of people at the pool, it’s never crowded. We also like the design and although there might be cheaper hotels in Bali we feel like we as tourists should not save money at any cost when we can support local people and good service. There are also a few restaurants and Cafés around which can be reached by walking.

I recently stayed at this property and, while the location is convenient, I found the price-to-quality ratio to be quite exaggerated. It feels more like a villa that's been repurposed into guest rooms. The service was slow and lacked the friendliness you usually expect in Bali, which was surprising. Breakfast was limited—you're allowed to order just one option with no chance of getting seconds. My "palm view" room was labeled as such simply because there was a planter with a single palm tree outside. My friend’s standard room was right next to the reception, and she could hear the staff chatting and playing videos on their phones late into the night. The photos online make the place look much more appealing than it actually is.

Room: As shown in the Agoda app, matching expectations. Location: Close to beaches like Seminyak and Canggu, but far from the airport. It's 2.5 km from Finns Club. Staff: Very helpful and accommodating. Property: Beautiful, featuring two swimming pools and an in-house restaurant. Room Amenities: Clean washroom but lacking basic amenities like a hair dryer and hot water kettle. Value: Good value for money, although it's distant from many other attractions. You stayed for two nights and had a good experience visiting Finns Club.
