We stayed at this hotel during our June 12–16 Baguio vacation. While there are areas that could be improved—such as the limited amenities and a shower heater that was tricky to adjust—the hotel still offered a pleasant stay overall. The weekend buffet breakfast, complete with self-serve taho and a variety of regular breakfast options, was a delightful touch. Plus, Patch Café offers some creative drink mixes and a cozy bar with a great vibe.. I’ll have a separate review of the Patch cafe when I return to Baguio for another vacation The real highlight of this place is its prime location—right beside SM Baguio and just a short walk to Session Road and the downtown area. Very convenient for exploring the city on foot. What truly made the difference was the exceptional service. The front desk staff, cleaners, and other team members were warm, attentive, and accommodating, which more than made up for the shortcomings in amenities. I’ll definitely consider booking here again for future Baguio trips.

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early. Their customer service is also commendable. Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel the staff was accommodating and very friendly. 100% recommendable

Stayed for a couple of nights, but price was not even worth the experience. At first, we booked the Deluxe Rooms - Twins because it was relatively affordable compared to the other rooms. And it seemed okay in the pictures, that is, only in the pictures though. It was at the basement where it was pitch-dark save when you switch on the lights. Having no windows, it was like a dungeon. We had no choice but to book another type of room, this time the Suite A, which was at the 2nd floor where there was at least more ventilation and windows. The breakfast was not great at all. Below-average to average. Considering the room rates, the complementary breakfast should have at least been memorable. If you're looking for a great accommodation in the city center, this might do, but there are much better hotels, condos and transient places. Its location is great, being a stone's throw away from Session Road, SM and other key city sites, but its services and facilities give it away.

Lacks parking. Hot or cold drinks are pricey. The hot drinks are served in too small cups for a hefty price. Should be more generous in service and servings.

2nd time staying here but this time, I traveled Solo. Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Session Rd / SM baguio.||Cons:|1. Hot shower not working. Had to call receptionist for assistance. Ended up lavatory faucet should be opened the same time for hot water to go out.|2. Toiletries are not even complete, no toothbrush/toothpaste. Just a motel like soap/shampoo sachets are available.|3. AC not functioning at its best, you can see unit has been reopened multiple times.||Pros:|1. Staff were kind.|2. Food at patch cafe was good (though usual store bought longganisa was served, what could go wrong right?)|3. Close proximity to session rd / sm baguio.|4. Check in/out process was fast. ||Valued at 2680php, do not expect it to be a good hotel.

Rustic feeling, clean rooms but could use some upgrades and maintenance since my bedside lamp was not working and the air conditioning was noisy. But for me service will always trump everything which I found it beyond excellent. You were always greeted by their friendly and accommodating staff. Plus you just have to cross the street to get to SM Baguio

Been staying here since pre pandemic times and some fixtures in the rooms needs upgrading. Beddings are also not as white anymore. A/C was not working, though at the time we were there a fan is enough. Busted comfort room light upon check in but service was quick to replace it. Plated breakfast during weekdays are so-so. Buffet during weekend is good. Location is very accessible as its just infront of sm baguio, few meter walk to Cathedral and 12minute walk to Baguio market passing by session road. Available parking at the front of the hotel and they have one in basement too. Kudos to their staffs who helped us especially Jomar when my car went flat after our trip to john hay. He thoroughly helped me take out the flat tire and bring to the nearest vulcanizing shop. Also kudos to the guard on duty as he has been of great help from our check in time. He reserved the front parking for us since I was with a 70 yr old senior, a PWD and a 1 yr old baby. I could definitely rate their service 10/10. Good job to its management for keeping employees like this.
