I always look forward to shopping at Bloomingdale's, especially with their fantastic sales on top brands. It's a great opportunity to get a deal on high-quality merchandise. During my last visit, I was particularly impressed with the diverse selections of perfume, sunglasses, bags, and shoes. Beyond the merchandise, the sales associates are exceptionally helpful, making for a very welcoming and reassuring shopping experience. I confidently recommend this Bloomingdale's location to anyone looking for quality and great service.

Bi stars My bloomingdales order was totally wrong. Come on martinsburg, can't u do anything right?? They mailed it in a macys bag, glass bottles and charged me extra

Went in looking for a new fragrance for my birthday. Heather was amazing, she showed us several scents and which scents to layer with those. Customer service was superb!

Google
The beauty department is awesome! Staff if kind, helpful, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable. They had many great brands. Clean and organized. Would come here again. The store itself, however, was not as good as the girls in the beauty department were.

Google
the cashier argued with me about the price reduction on the item, once i figured out i was right i called her and she tells me to come back in and no problem for a refund? im over an hour away. totally ridiculus how do you not know what promotions are available to your customers. BAD cust serv . wont be returing, sorry bloomies i will no longer support this location.

Do not shop at Bloomingdale’s! As much as I wanted to stay a loyal customer and start shopping here again… I will NEVER again. They false advertised and lied. They destroyed my Christmas by guaranteeing items they did not have. I called to guarantee that the item would be on by Christmas, I then called gain and was told it was being shipped from NY, I then get an email the day before Christmas that my order was cancelled, and I would not get my refund for 5-7 days after christmas and they don’t offer store credit . This was a present ($700) for my mother, who is coming here from Florida and now won’t have a Christmas gift. After 5 hours on the phone today they insult me by offering $50 in loyalist rewards for the inconvienece. I am so over this, better customer service is given at Walmart, literally

Very nice staff all throughout the store. Loved it. Thank you Bloomingdale's! 💗

Not like it used to be... Service has deteriorated. The Personal Stylist of the King of Prussia store is useless. She should not be in the role.

Yelp
On the subject of retail my first impulse is always to grade on a curve simply because in most department stores there has been such a rapid deterioration in the entire customer experience that sales help is now only a rumor to say nothing of the dishevelment and gloom. At Macy's, search parties dispatched to find a cashier always return empty handed. That's why I like Bloomingdale's. While I've trained myself never to pay MSRP on anything, sales are constant (they are currently running 40% off in honor of Mary Todd Lincoln's birthday) and to my great surprise, clothing can be found on shelves and hung up alleviating the aggravation of having to search for your size on the floor. And, if you feel the need to actually pay for your merchandise a cashier can be found without a subpoena. Will wonders never cease. A very easy five stars.

Yelp
Talia and Joan were extremely helpful and courteous. They took the time to show us plenty of options and even gave us some tricks and tips!

Yelp
The KOP Bloomingdales has been a consistent and reliable go-to department store for me and my family for decades. It was my great grandmother's favorite store! This location has 3 floors and escalators at the center of the store. There is a wide selection within the many different departments. I love that they regularly run 30-40% off sales on high end brands. I frequent the women's clothing, jewelry, handbags, shoes, cosmetics and gifts sections. Another thing I love about Bloomingdales is that if an item I want is not available in store, they can find it at another location and have it shipped for free! Occasionally, you'll walk around and find departments with no staff person working at the register. Most often, you can head over to the nearest department and find someone there. The staff I've encountered over the years has been incredibly helpful. The personal shoppers are great too

Yelp
Lots of workers just standing around in men's dept around polo just talking to each other. Not helping customers nor the other female employees. Barely folded the clothes when putting in the bag. Barely any men's socks; place looks like it's getting ready to shut down.

Yelp
I used a gift card to buy Bobbie Brown make-up. When I got home I did not like the way the foundation shade looked in my lighting or daylight. I went back to Bloomingdales later that week to return for a different shade. The same lame sales lady told me I could not return it because I used a gift card and they did not have a different shade available. Rude and just wrong. I will not shop at Bloomingdales ever and make sure all my family and friends don't either. Never heard of that rule she was just not helpful and very lazy!!!!!

Yelp
Bloomingdale's brings back memories to me of being a little girl and seeing people carrying the Big Brown Bag brown shopping bag. Even as a kid I got it. That bag is still iconic. I stop in to very now and then to see what's new and I must say if you're looking for faux furs and teddy bear coats they have one of the best selections around. I am personally loving my Aqua faux fur vest. The women's shoes selection is also top notch. Most of the employees were friendly but on one visit a friend I was shopping with complained that an associate would not ring up her clothes because it was not her department. I asked another associate about this and she said the employee technically works for Sandro who is renting the space in Bloomingdale's. Okay, not sure how to process that but okay.

Yelp
Hated this job ! A vipers nest of evilness and backstabbing from Mark downward which made life miserable for us ; especially the ones who positions were less prestigious . They literally thought they were better than you and were NEVER afraid to show it . I expected that from customers but never from a company that boast innovation, creativity , inclusiveness and family. On top of that the selection of clothing was very bland and BLAH!

Cash T.

Yelp
Another non-seamless curbside pickup experience at Bloomingdale's. Another lengthy wait of 20+ minutes while they either find my order or maybe find someone to bring it out. If you are unable to provide the service, I'd recommend removing it. And again, your order confirmation says 11-7 for curbside service not 5pm.

Laken D.

Yelp
To preface this story I am a 19 year old black small business owner who does pretty well for myself . Yesterday I came in with my disabled mother to spoil her and buy a suit and shoes for me. I came in with $6,000 cash to buy a three piece suit for an important business meeting. As I was walking back to check on my mother from the shoe section an older worker near all saints in the men's section (for descriptive purposes) she was wearing leopard print leggings inappropriately stated "are you enjoying your tour" I replied yes thankyou kindly however backhanded customers service is NOT customer service it was my day off so I was wearing a comfy cheap sweater but this is absolutely not okay any establishment that does not hold there employees to higher standards does not deserve my hard earned money needless to say me or my mother will not be returning I am appalled

Yelp
Bloomingdale's puts a ton of scent in their clothes. There is a misconception that scenting clothes increases sales, but I find it disgusting. For the longest time I thought it was scent left behind by other customers who had tried on the clothes. Yuck. Bloomingdale's puts SO much scent in the clothing that I cannot get it out after multiple washings with Borax. I will never buy another item from this store. It's a shame because I found the sales staff very helpful and kind.

Yelp
Bloomingdales has been through so many changes. It seemed so odd that they ended up as part of Federated Stores, the group that owns Macy's and a long list of acquired store names, such as Bambergers, Burdines, Rike's, Shillitos, Robinson-May, and Lazarus. They've kept Bloomingdales going and some values are better than ever, while clothing seems to have kept more traditional values (read prices). It would be a bit sad to see the name disappear, but do they offer much more than Macy's now?

Yelp
Bloomingdales is basically Nordstrom with much less selection and customers. Considering how little people go into Bloomingdales the customer service is pretty bad as other Yelpers have reviewed. I've had bad customer service at Nordstrom before but that was during a really busy sale. In the Bloomingdales KOP location I've walked into the Mens section before on a empty day and could not find a single sales associate in the entire department and had to walk to the next section so she would phone in a person. Also some of the sales associates are really socially awkward people. Not kidding a barista at Starbucks is more courteous than some of the sales associates. The short young girl who works in the mens department is very odd. I've actually purchased an item from her and with no "Thank you" at the end of the transaction....just silence. Lastly the selection is pretty lame. Some nice items but it begs one to wonder how these guys even survive with such little foot traffic in the store. I mean it's not high end luxury like Sakes or Neiman Marcus. It's basically the same stuff as Nordstrom but Nordstrom has a much bigger selection and is always crowded.

Beth S.

Yelp
While Bloomingdales is supposed to be operated separately from Macys, the are aligning more and more. Specifically the customer service is no longer of the quality in the past. Bloomingdales is Macys with higher prices. Better with Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Saks

Yelp
I ordered shoes for a wedding. Knowing it was time senitive I made sure the delivery would conicide with my timeline. I checked my order and for three days it was "processing" . I called to cancel and was told it wasn't to be shipped until next week but they could not cancel the order. I would have to receive it and send it back. Completely unacceptable since I am not going to be here to send it back and it hasn't even shipped yet. I haven't shopped at Bloomingdale's for some time and know I remember why, last time for me!

Yelp
Last friday, January 20, myself and two co workers went to Bloomingdale's KOP looking for some pants that were to be for my new uniform. We first approached a woman in the men's department describing what we are looking for. She was nice enough and passed us off to the sales man in formal dressing department. He spoke two words to us, then pointed to a wall where the merchandise was located. Before I had the chance to ask any other questions he disappeared. One of my co workers and I just kind of looked at each other, since we had questions on pricing and sizes. I tried to get his attention; which he acknowledged by eye contact and then turned his back to send a text on his cell phone. Needless to say, I walked out of Bloomingdale's without making a purchase.

Yelp
I'm bored every time I walk in here. How much Ralph Lauren clothes can you have in one store? It's a snore fest. And they still carry Ivanka Trump products. No thank you.

Yelp
Yesterday was a shopping marathon at King of Prussia--a new job means a new chic and professional wardrobe. While every store was wonderful, and all the sales associates were helpful, Rebecca at Bloomingdales was a standout. She pulled pieces from Theory, Vince, Sandro, Equipment, Ted Baker, and more to help create a wardrobe that stood up to professional standards, while still maintaining my personal sense of style and self. She was patient and immensely helpful, taking the time to find pants that fit me properly, and curating a selection of beautiful tops to complement the outfits. She also kept in mind what I already had on hand from other stores, to avoid duplicating anything and keeping everything in harmony. Even better, she found plenty of options that were also on sale, which made my wallet happy too! I cannot thank her enough for her help--so I will continue to sing her praises from yelp to Bloomie's tell us about your experience option. If you ever need help picking out pieces, search for Rebecca (a fellow milspouse) in Bloomingdales!

Yelp
My shopping trip started off a little shaky: I got a half-hearted offer of help only to be told she doesn't know because she doesn't work in the section I was shopping in. She also didn't offer to ask anyone else so I'm not sure why help was offered to begin with. The experience got much better but that's mostly because they had everything I was looking for in stock and I didn't require assistance. They had a ton of cute nightgowns, the baby items I was looking for, and the Sorel snow boots I've been on the hunt for. Successful shopping trip!

Yelp
PROS: They have clothing that actually fits. Frequent sales. CONS: Horrible staff and customer service. The worst Bloomies I have ever shopped at. If you are just as happy with the selection of other departments stores in KOP mall, then go to them instead. Customer service at Bloomies sucks. When I shop Bloomies in Chicago and NYC I get great service. Not so at King of Prussia. In my five times shopping here, not once has anyone asked to start a fitting room for me. On my last visit I lugged around a pile of clothes so heavy I could hardly hold them up, had to place them at various registers so my hands would be free to look through the racks, and sales folks walked right on by me. I finally had to ask one of them to find me a fitting room. This was a weekday, I was one of five shoppers in the whole department. There were plenty of sales people on the floor, just none who would interact with me. Then they put me in a fitting room, as I gather more clothes I take them there myself, and nobody checks in on my while I am trying them on so I have to get dressed again and flag someone down for more sizes.

Yelp
I went into the store when it opened, i was kindly greeted by the security guards and cashier at one of the front desks. i went over to the chanel makeup stand and was amazed! besma is the best. she helped me so much, and even remembered me when i came back to the store later. she was incredibly kind and patient with me. i was looking forward to buying my first chanel makeup project for quite some time and she made it so memorable and fun. i will definitely return here for all my chanel makeup :)

Yelp
This Bloomingdales are great! Theres never to many people so its relaxing. The Associates are very friendly and helpful. The selection is pretty good but not as petite friendly for those with smaller builds in the suit section. But Overall this place is great!
google avatar

E W.

Yelp
The mens section usually has a decent selection of the latest fashions including XXL sizes for the men who actually eat 3 fucking meals a day. What's up wit the small clothes nowadays? Seriously? What guy wears a fucking extra small? All I ever see left in the racks anymore. They have a larger selection of Polo than the actual polo store except the big difference is the service. This place always has helpful employees and I rarely wait in long lines. Plenty of parking and milfs. Can't beat that.

Amy H.

Yelp
Bloomingdale's is by far my favorite store in King of Prussia. The sales people are exceptional. They go the extra mile to help you. Connie in Fine Jewelry is wonderful. Lora in Eileen Fisher is great, as is Susan in Ralph Lauren Bedding. This is my go-to store for everything from a Mitchell Gold sofa to Chanel Beauty- Foro knows her products and keeps me informed on all the latest products. Thanks Bloomies! You are a great place to shop Amy H Chester Springs PA

Yelp
Was excited while walking into Bloomingdales today However when I got to the mens section I was kinda let down The mens store here is very, very small and limited as far as merchandise Compared to the other stores this one was by far the smallest... The associates were very nice and despite it being Xmas eve, they were all very jolly I didn't buy anything but it was an odd experience

Yelp
The store gets a 4 star review... Tina who works in the Men's Polo section and who will start working as the men's specialist receives 5.5 stars. There are two Bloomindale's that are my go to stores White Plains, NY and KOP, PA. Corrine in the Polo section in White Plains is why I go there. I'm not a high maintenance shopper, but it's nice not to have salespeople stalk you for commissions. When I see a stalker I run and give the commission to other people. Anyway, I digress. This Bloomingdale's has a great Polo dept, a decent Jeans dept and the rest of the men's department is solid. They also have a really nice bed and bath dept. I can't comment on women's clothing, because to be honest I don't wear women's clothing. There are more choices at the 59th street store in Manhattan, but it's just so much more pleasant to shop at KOP. The Willow Grove store is not that bad either, just that the men's section does not have the same selection as this store. That's it for now. I hope you have enjoyed the review... and if you buy men's clothes... ask for Tina. She is awesome at what she does.

Alex B.

Yelp
Staff need to understand that this is Bloomingdales. Not a wal mart. Not a tj maxx. I am appalled at the lack of customer service at this location. Your loyal customers who have been recurring visitors are going to start going elsewhere. Get it together.
google avatar

Ayanbu O.

Yelp
12/3/10 was my first time at this store. I usually go to the one in Center City inside Liberty Place. Very nice, clean, and organized inside. The staff is nice and helpful but it's costly. I wasn't surprised about that. Sales are always taking place.
google avatar

Courtney J.

Yelp
Bloomingdale's is not a store I shop at too often due to the high prices of most of its merchandise, but when I do, I've been pleased with my experience. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews on here about the service. I went to the King of Prussia Bloomingdale's to check out the Memorial Day Weekend Sale a few days ago. The prices were really good for some nice high end items. I fell in love with a beautiful black faux fur bolero jacket on the clearance rack. The original price was $128. However, after the discount it was about $16/17. I got to the cash register and the friendly sales associate let me know there was another percentage off of that price, so the bolero was really $13.90 after all the discounts. Score! We also browsed the men's section, and housewares and the sales people were friendly. I have come in the past looking for a formal dress and received excellent service as well. I find the sales people to be helpful, but if you say you're just looking they won't be pushy and will leave you alone. If I had lots of cash, I would shop here all the time. Bloomingdale's has many beautiful things and brands that other stores around here just don't carry.
google avatar

Duane B.

Yelp
Bloomingdales has great sales from time to time, but this location is pretty awful. There are rarely any associates in the men's section and even when there are, they more or less do nothing. While there are a few friendly staff members most do nothing to help. I've just stopped going all together, and I have a feeling I'm not the only one judging by the few people at the store.
google avatar

Sumera K.

Yelp
I have been shopping at this location for years and have not had a bad experience. Most recently I was in need of a gown so I popped into the dress shop. The BCBG gown that I wanted wasn't in my size so I approached an employee for assistance. She looked up a gown at a NJ location and was able to order it for me. It shipped promptly and she did not seem bothered by my request one bit...especially because it was on sale and she was probably commission-based. I've had similar experiences throughout the other departments of this location. Overall, the employees are eager to help and assist. They are professional and enthusiastic. How refreshing!

Yelp
If I buy any more shoes or clothes I will have to move out to East Mama-Can't-Find-You, Massachusetts just to be able to afford a place big enough to keep them all. However, on a recent trip to this Bloomies I just couldn't help myself. Those who know me know that I pretty much only wear Onitzuka Tiger sneakers so how could I resist a pair of kicks that were regularly $85 on clearance for $21.60. Then, on top of it all, the extra-friendly salesman gave me a 20% off coupon when I went to pay which brought the price down to $17.28!! I also snagged a great pair of Kenneth Cole NY boots for $32.76 after the clearance + coupon, down from $195! Whilst it appears I was just at the right place at the right time I felt I had to write a review based on the fact that the salesman was so kind. He did not have to give me that coupon as I didn't know it even existed; I would have bought the shoes anyway. But he saw an excited shoe-lover having a fun day of shopping with his cousin and he decided to make a nice gesture and give me an extra discount; a discount that lowered his sale and thus his commission. That is good, kind hearted service. Also, the selection at this Bloomies is far better than the men's store in Boston (Chestnut Hill) so I'm a fan! ^^

Erin P.

Yelp
Absolutely horrible staff and customer service. And Order that we placed has been completely screwed up with no rectification from the store. Last time we make a big purchase here.
google avatar

Daniel C.

Yelp
The best selection of John varvatos of any department store.
google avatar

SANDRA R.

Yelp
Selection seems hit or miss depending on what you are looking for. I agree with the others in regards to a majority of the sales associates. For the most part they seem to be snobby and not very available or helpful to customers at most times. You would think they were the ones who created some of the high-end merchandise the store carries based on their attitudes alone. I think they need to be retrained and more friendly towards the customers. They also need to keep in mind that just because they work around mass produced hi-end merchandise that does not make you better than the customer. The key word here is the sales assoc is the WORKER-ie wage earner NOT the creator of the merchandise.
google avatar

Savanna M.

Yelp
Terrible customer service in the women's dress department! We were given so much attitude because ANOTHER customer left all her dresses in the fitting room. Instead of helping us, the attendant assumed we left them and shook her head at us and rudely told us we better not leave dresses in that fitting room. I've been shopping all day for a dress for my mom to wear to my wedding and we've put every single dress back where we found it. Just so unnecessary.
google avatar

Jacqueline C.

Yelp
I needed to build up my wardrobe for work and a number of stores in King of Prussia were having good sales this weekend. I went into two other stores and was disappointed by the selection and also by the fact that no one ever even acknowledged me. What a wonderful experience I had shopping in Bloomingdales. Izabela helped me and was fantastic. She gave me just the right amount of assistance. She didn't ignore me, but she also gave me some space when I wanted to browse so that I would not feel pressured. I am really thrilled with my purchases, and am planning to go back this week when she is working to look at a few other items.

Ally W.

Yelp
I bought my prom dress here (with no $25 tax like Formal XO) and I love it and the employees. They were so polite and the return policy is amazing. They had Apple Pay and it was just an overall great experience. Keep it up Bloomingdales
google avatar

Crista Z.

Yelp
I gave 4 stars because I tend to place my satisfaction in the bargain to be had rather than the service or parking but I always leave happy with a bag full of clothes so 4 it is. So ...everyone knows Bloomies is pricey and it is the place to go if you want a great pair of designer $200+ jeans or and $80 t-shirt but what you don't know is that you can get amazing deals on all these items. They regularly run 40% off clearance sales and a few times a year during those sales they send me 4 $25 off $100 coupons on top of it. Two weeks ago I hit the clearance at 65% off. I got a Trina Turk sweater dress that was originally $216 for under $20(ok so my boyfriend happily names it a dress but in the interest of propriety, as a mother of 3, I say it's a top--either way it was an amazing deal). And if you go the day before an event you can pre-shop all the clearance and come back during the sale and pick it up--worth the extra trip since I get first dibs. You can be put on the mailing list w/o having a credit card although finding an associate who will do it w/o getting a credit card is hard but it can be done(that's how u get all the coupons and sale notices). Be ready to work hard for the bargains'cause you don't get much service when you are hitting the 65% off racks and an armful of bargains gets heavy quick and only once did I have someone start a fitting room for me. You can also get a credit card and get an extra 15% off on top of all that and go upstairs and pay it off right away if you don't want the ridiculously high finance charges to devalue the bargain you just got. Now you know almost all my tips for getting those names you want at a bargain the only thing I won't tell you is my secret fiting room that no one is ever in because like I said all those bargains get heavy and I don't want to wait for you to get out of my fitting room.
google avatar

Alex P.

Yelp
I love it here! I come regularly for the lingerie and sleepwear. But they also have an interesting selection in fashion. I've seen some cute dresses and coats here. Sometimes, the employees can be snobbish though. I've learned to ignore that and find most of them to be helpful.
google avatar

Kat J.

Yelp
I shopped here last night and I had a pretty good experience. Some of the associates were friendly while a couple I ran into were a bit grumpy and unhelpful. One in particular was VERY helpful in helping me find the perfect pair of jeans. She was in the fitting room and I asked her to bring me an alternate size in a sweater. Then we moved onto jeans and she kept bringing me pairs to try after asking me a couple questions about what I wanted. She was friendly, honest and totally helpful. I think her name was Rochelle. The bathrooms were also nice and clean and all the clothing racks were decently organized. I've been to nicer Bloomies but this one was in a good state.

Yelp
READ THIS? IMPORTANT REVIEW!, I went today to the men's section and was checking on a Hugo boss jacket that was on sale about a month ago. A young gentlemen in the department was new and not helpful. It wasn't on sale and now I went to shôes. The guy there was Richard I think, there was a pair of Hugo boss shoes that were the only and had a sticker that said 25% off but he told me the sticker was incorrect but he would honor it, when I asked for a few minutes he said well I'm removing the sticker and I won't be able to honor it after that... SERIOUSLY??? WTF??? So you ask why the good rating after that....WELL I went to jewelry and asked for a manager. Within five minutes Tracey arrived. What a breathe of fresh air. She helped me and took me to mens, we addressed the jacket situation and I was given to Eli. He was very helpful and kind. He even tired the jacket on since his body shape and size was similiar for who I was shopping. He helped me find some more Hugo boss shirts that were on sale too. I the. Opened a Bloomies credit card to save another 10 percent, I got a great deal on all the times and went home happy. What started as a disaster ended much better than I hoped. With staff like Tracey and Eli I would shop here again.

Yelp
This is for the SHOE department. I have been a loyal customer forever. I always have great (not good but great) experience at this department store. I was just at the shoe dept this morning for the 20% sale event. I had a very horrible, lazy, bad attitude sale rep. If I could rate this dept zero star, I would. I still continue to shop here but I will stay away from this department. What happen to good, professional sale reps that this place had before?

Yelp
I have shopped at Bloomingdale's for years. From Chevy Chase, MD to Willow Grove, PA to King of Prussia, PA. Bloomingdale's has always been the best department store I have ever been in. The brands are always classy but trend forward in all the right ways. (TOPSHOP Nordstrom is cheap shit). This Bloomingdale's has it all. I have gotten everything from my mother's birthday gifts to my own personal wardrobe. My biggest insight is the Men's shoe department needs a refresh and expansion. (Take note from the Chevy Chase shoe department). You guys still rock and put Nordstrom to shame. Including your home department, which Nordstrom embarrassingly does not even have. Bloomies you are my fav. This location will not disappoint. (Also check out the sales rack when you go; they will astound you.). Mainliners still love a sale. And (Nordstrom a sale is not carying cheap ass merchandise like TopShop). Cheers.

Ann N.

Yelp
Bloomingdale's is my favorite department store, but this location leaves something to be desired, at least as far as women's clothing goes. If you're a rich high school student or a Main Line housewife with a large shopping allowance, you'll do OK. If, like me, you're a 29-year-old looking for good quality basics to wear to work in a conservative office environment, you're not going to find a whole lot of choices. Also, the place is understaffed. At times on the first floor there isn't a sales associate to be seen for miles.

Yelp
The customer service at this location is truly atrocious. There were only a handful of patrons in the store but I couldn't get a single person to assist me. Everywhere I turned, associates were on their phones or talking amongst themselves. THIS is the reason department stores are closing!!! Consumers want a pleasant shopping experience. As a longtime customer who is also in commissioned sales, I have no desire to give a lazy, inattentive employee a commission check. I'll buy online or better yet--go somewhere else!

Yelp
I purchased a gold bead bracelet 6/2019 during a sale event. I purchased the bracelet as a early birthday gift to myself. I did not start wearing the bracelet until 8/2019. The bracelet popped 5 months later. I was simply washing dishes and saw a bead roll across the counter. Only one bead fell off the bracelet. I took the bracelet back and asked that I exchange it for something made a bit better. I was more than willing to pay the difference in cost. I simply just do not have confidence in the quality of the bracelet. I was told the only thing that could be done is a restringing with a better stronger wire. Well for the price point of this bracelet it should ha e been strung with better, stronger quality in the first place. I will be closing my account and I will not be shopping at any Bloomingdale's in the foreseen future. I gave them a two stars because I knew the bracelet was flimsy when I purchased it. I should have left it there in the store. I purchase two bracelets that day and thought I was getting a "deal". Absolutely not! I should have went to Tiffany and Co and purchased one bracket for my birthday. I have a Tiffany bracelet that I have been wearing EVERY DAY for 20 years!!!

Yelp
Great Bloomingdales picked up some ray bans, sale on a bunch of summer stuff! One of the best I've had the pleasure of browsing through. :)

Yelp
Sometime in the last decade or so, Bloomingdales upgraded their stores and the brands they carry. They went from a typical department store to competing with the likes of Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. My overall feeling for the last several years has been that they're very nice but they're not quite there yet. Selection is good but not great. They carry certain upscale brands that other high end retailers don't. Prices are high but usually not as high as Neiman. The sales associates are generally helpful but their tailor is a joke. I bought a $1,000 Hugo Boss suit here. When I got dressed for work in the morning, I put my foot through the right pant leg and ripped the cuff out from the inside. I was surprised to discover that the tailor had stopped hemming the cuff half way through. In other words, he tucked the fabric in and sewed the back half together but not the front. This resulted in a pocket of fabric for my foot to get stuck in. I had to drive back there from NJ on 3 separate occasions to have them fix it and they never did. I finally gave up and they paid to have it fixed at Nordstrom across the street where the problem was solved the first time. Afterward, their regional manager offered me something like $10 off my next $1,000 purchase to keep me as a customer. I also thought this was kind of a joke but I've been back several times since.

Yelp
Fairly nice store with decent selection. They seemed to have an after-Christmas/Holidays sale going on, so I picked up a few items that were 80+% off. The sales associates were a bit snobby.
