I would like to recognize Lily in the Women’s Intimates department for her exceptional customer service. Although I did not ultimately make a purchase, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right options. She took the time to measure me and thoughtfully selected several pieces tailored to what I was looking for. I truly appreciated the personalized attention she provided, especially while she was assisting other customers as well. She made the experience both positive and memorable.

Absolutely wonderful staff in every department. Very knowledge and available at every turn.

This was my third time visiting Bloomingdale’s SoHo. I’ve been here before and purchased Birkenstocks, a pair for my sister, and New Balance shoes, so I do come back when I’m in the area. I This was my third time visiting Bloomingdale’s SoHo. I’ve been here before and purchased Birkenstocks (including a pair for my sister) and New Balance shoes, and I visited again yesterday. The sales representatives are attentive and helpful, and the store is clean and well maintained. While the overall selection feels more focused on high-end luxury items and somewhat limited, I’ve still found a few great purchases here. Overall, it’s a good shopping experience with excellent service. With a bit more variety in merchandise, it would easily be a five-star visit.

The men's clothing department is always a pleasure to visit. The employees in that department are helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the beauty department. The employees in this department are adamant about pushing products other than what you are seeking. I'm also not ever interested in hearing about why the product you have in stock is superior to the one you are sold out of.

A nice department store as always, and convenient location for shopping in Soho. It is a just a small slice of contemporary brands of what the flagship 5th Ave store offers. It was also nice to take a break from the overcrowded smaller stores in Soho. We enjoyed growing here and there's plenty of staff to help you. Tip: bathrooms are easily accessible on the bottom floor.

Unfortunately, many of the staff here are appearing lacking of enthusiasm.

I needed some new cologne, and after a few weeks of online sleuthing and visits to a few SoHo boutiques, I was pretty confident Bloomingdale's was the right destination. Even though I had a scent picked out, the folks on the main floor were very helpful, taking time to explain more and suggesting a few different brands for me to try before making my final choice. The store itself is clean and organized, with helpful staff and signage throughout. Items are grouped by section and brand, and there's no clutter or random inventory strewn about like you might find in some big box stores. I found the experience a little intimidating at first, even just for browsing given the higher price point for everything. But still a solid shopping destination!

They have skims on the 3rd floor Loving the new selection the store is bringing The service is really top notch and sweet everyone is helpful and lots of bathrooms if needed But they have a 40 carrots good gelato Plus you earn some amazing points and gift cards when shop

Looks small on the outside but the inside is huge and multiple floors! I don't remember going there a lot as a kid so it could be that I had different expectations. The shoe department was a lot of fun and the person helping me was fantastic. The floors had a decent selection; my favorite floor was the 4th. I didn't get anything at the end of the 2 hrs but it's great for a lunch time window shopping session.

I love this outpost of Bloomies. It's way smaller than the flagship, but it's also I'm SoHo, so much more convenient if you live downtown or in Brooklyn. It has a good, curated men's department. Lots of designers like Rag & Bone, Reiss, Madewell, Theory, Paige etc. but a small selection from here. Staff are always lovely.

I've been in the SoHo Bloomingdale's numerous times. It's compact but there's a lot of people working here and a lot of carefully curated merchandise. I was here to look at a sweater again I had looked at about 6 weeks earlier. I tried it on and decided I needed 1 size up. The salesperson tried to order that for me but was unable due to "low stock." I left and ordered it myself!

I have tried to contact this store multiple times with no luck. I really liked being in the store on 12/13/25 but now no one will answer the phone now. Horrible customer service.

The ladies in the Women's department are very helpful and attentive, but not overly so. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and was able to find a few key wardrobe items. They have an extensive selection of clothing to choose from, there is something for every taste and fancy. I will definitely return when visiting NYC next month.

Don't shop for bras here. When I requested a size and style Mila a salesperson looked at my chest and yelled to her boss "that's not her size. " not looking at me, No apology, no accountability my mouth dropped open. Women don't need to be talked to this way when they are shopping for something frustratingly hard to buy at best. Please keep your comments to yourself, especially when nobody asked your opinion. At the very least, when you tell them this made you uncomfortable have the decency to apologize. Unsafe place for women to shop. Many of us have been professionally fitted and don't appreciate being snapped at this way. No 30" bands carried in store.
