Bloomingdale's

Very disappointed with my experience here. I always purchase high-end colognes I recently bought one a few months ago for $500 that has a leaky atomizer I called up the store they told me to come in and speak to Nicole the men's fragrance manager I brought the bottle in and show them that it's leaking and it's wasting the perfume. She then proceeds to look in the system tries to scan it and says she can't return it I provided the receipts as well. This is horrible customer service especially from a loyal customer years ongoing. I ended up walking out and leaving the bottle of perfume there for her to keep it since she refused and wasn't very helpful at all in the exchange or something that wouldn't waste the perfume. 100% not shopping here again

Food is good. Yogurt with s outstanding. Portions plentiful which helps digest the relatively high prices. Good place to catch a nice lunch. Rarely crowded too.

The staff was helpful, the furniture is stylish and high-quality, and delivery was quick. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

I only go there to get nespresso coffee. The staff at nespresso are very nice and professional. They always take time to chat. The workers around they don't even say hello. So I only go to get coffee.

Racist people working here. I was there to buy a winter jacket and was wearing my leather jacket, which had one of the tags I forgot to take off since I wore it out for the first time. After trying on the winter jacket at the store I was about to wear my leather jacket to leave and the salespeople asked me about my jacket and accused me of stealing it. I wanted to get home quickly so I told them to scan it which they did and they looked like idiots. The guy was really aggressive about it too and we felt like we couldn’t leave until he made sure we didn’t steal. They said my jacket looks similar to jackets they sell and tried to play it off…lol I was so close to calling the manager and reporting these people but my wife said to leave it alone. We both felt embarrassed and said we’ll never shop at Bloomingdale’s again. We’re happy Nordstrom customers now :)

It's too hot to shop! I am a black card holder trying to shop Hobbs/Reiss/Intimates/Skims, but it's too hot to try anything on! I shop frequently and have had to turn around and leave because of the hot temperature. I prefer to try things on in-store, so I will have to head to the mall. Additionally, I have called multiple times to check if it has been remedied, but I am still waiting for someone to answer the phone! I am highly disappointed. On to Neiman's!

Great store, stand alone building with convenient free parking and friendly staff. Love going to this store
