Unfortunately, this place has gone all the way down hill.. the staff walks around with an attitude and does not greet you or make you feel welcomed. No one knows what is going on, a staff member from the fine jewelry department refused to help me meanwhile my diamond bracelet that I paid $8k for is already missing diamond stones!? I have proof of purchase too but she made me so uncomfortable with her attitude I’ll just drive to Manhattan to hopefully get real professional assistance. The store is completely empty and never any customers and I used to wonder why, but now I understand there is no life in this store all the retired old ladies are miserable and I will never return. Corporate needs to come down and fix this place ASAP!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I walked into the mall after finishing school and was not greeted by any associates, I was never asked if I needed help. I was so excited to come here to stroller shop and look at the car seat I have in my cart to ensure I really did love it. One associate looked at me and fixed her face as those she was disgusted by me. I heard the associates greet other customers and I watched them smile with other customers. This was truly a disappointing experience.

I will never ever shop in this Bloomingdales again! I went to pay for something, and the cashier told me that a "man standing nearby was making her uncomfortable."LOL, that man was a paying customer and my husband. He was just looking at clothing on a display. So.....Nope, no sale, I left my item right there at the register and decided to leave immediately. How absolutely deplorable of her. She tried to explain that something had happened to her (in the past) blah blah blah as I walked away. This is MY problem? Wow. Racism at its finest, maybe? Or maybe a just problem with men? I'm not sure why she was working in the men's department in that case. Either way, she was very inappropriate and unprofessional. It's funny because she looks like she needs to be drug tested. Very unfocused and weird behavior at the register from her. Quite the audacity. As a long-time customer of this store, I'm shocked and disgusted.

Jose Miranda was super helpful with making it easier to choose a car seat for me and my wife. From showing us the different styles to how to dismount the stroller and car seats.

Returned an item ordered online. Quick, easy and fast. Woman who helped was nice and efficient but not friendly.

I see more sales people than customers. The prices are outrageous. Definitely not for the average person.

In my last few visits, the dining experience was delightful—service was stellar and food was enjoyable. However, my shopping experience has fallen noticeably short. In these times, I found that most of the sales associates did not greet me or offer any form of assistance. I’m not seeking royal treatment, but at this level of retail, common courtesy should be a given. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way. I truly hope this is addressed, as the environment and brand deserve a standard of service that matches the rest of the experience.

Jehona Gjikokaj from Bobby Brown should be fired!! I had an allergic reaction to the foundation that I bought and she wouldn’t take the foundation back. What kind of store is BLOOMINGDALES? What kind of product line is Bobby Brown? How do you hire a manager who does not stand up to a store’s name and a product’s reputation? On top of it she’s got the nastiest personality. When I reached out to BLOOMINGDALES, they said they would take care of my issue and they fell on their sword as well!
