Positives: Rooms are tidy and minimalistic. Trendy and cosy furniture’s. Blanket and Bed quality is very good. Lounge available for killing waiting times. Breakfast is good and quality of food is good. Ambience is excellent. Negative: manpower is less so at times we need wait long for any service be it check in or any issues. But they are managing better.

I had the pleasure of staying at the bloomrooms @ link road, Delhi, for a few days, and I must say that Arbaaz truly made my experience memorable. His amazing helping nature and warm hospitality stood out from the very beginning. He was always attentive, polite, and ready to assist with anything I needed, no matter how small. What impressed me most was the genuine care and effort he put into making sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Arbaaz is a true asset to the hotel, and his professionalism combined with his friendly approach reflects the highest standards of service. Thank you, Arbaaz, for making my stay so enjoyable!

The hotel offers great value for money. Arbaaz was exceptionally friendly and welcoming during breakfast, which made the experience better. The rooms are well-equipped with all the essentials, though a fridge would have been a nice addition. The air conditioning (which is at the least mandatory due to the humidity) works perfectly.

We hosted some of our guests for a party here as this was close to our house. Had a pathetic experience. Although their rooms are neat and clean we got a feedback that their beds felt small for many (even though they call it a 'Standard Queen'). The more embarrassing part however was that despite providing them a proper list, they messed up the room allotment and wrongly communicated to one of our guests that no rooms were available which led to him having to go back and find his own accommodation. Even after that their staff seemed unapologetic and kept smirking when we complained about this. Guests feedback also was that despite being a double occupancy, they had provided only one towel per room and when asked for the additional towel, kept asking several questions before providing one. Don't go in for this until absolutely necessary.

pro - 1. all staff very responsive, helpful and friendly. quick service via chat or call. 2. food edible, breakfast decent. 3. bloom rooms are everywhere small but functional. I am ok with it because I go with the expectation. 4. nice tech with qr code on door and get your own snacks, utilities etc. cons - 1. room 015 ( value queen room) had the smell of a public toilet. unbearable smells of rotten garbage or something. I really did not have the bandwidth to move around because of a packed schedule and they anyway did not have any other room.

This review is for Arbaz at the hotel cafe. His service is so good and very helpful & friendly. I’ve asked for some additional poori and he went into the kitchen to fry some fresh ones for me 🤩 Glad I stayed at this hotel

The rooms are ok. The service is good. The cafeteria well maintained although small. The hotel is strategically located. Arbaaz at the cafeteria was cordial and quick. He ensured all guests were attended properly.

Arvada was welcoming in the breakfast room and quietly attentative, there was a good choice of hot and cold food. The hotel itself if clean, quiet and in a good central location
