The service is really good. You can request over app and they provide assistance. Room, bathroom and overall the hotel is clean and hygene maintained. The canteen is really good. Great breakfast every day. The chef is really good and so are all the staff members. Omprakash served us in the canteen really sweet and kind. Waiter Monu and Chef Arbza provided spectacular curries for us - and I was so excited to see the menu was labelled gluten free. What relief!! Waiter Monu provided wonderful prompt service. The prices were incredabily reasonable - less than 400 rupees for a main dish - most under 300. The room was comfy and room service did spectacular job making up the room. From the front desk to the security staff, were attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Just note, the traffic noise did not stop, but the proximity to the metro (and the airport train line) was a definite plus. We would definitely stay again.

⭐ Polished Version (Final Google Review) I stayed at Bloomrooms near Delhi Railway Station at the beginning of my trip, and I never expected that I would return again on my last night in Delhi — but I did, and it was entirely because of Mr. Sharad Singh. During my first stay, Mr. Sharad was incredibly kind and attentive. Even after I checked out and continued my journey to Agra and Jaipur, he messaged me to ask about my well-being and to make sure I was safe. When I went through a difficult experience in Jaipur and was feeling upset, he listened patiently and genuinely cared. As a solo traveler in a new country, that meant more to me than words can express. Because of his kindness, I chose to come back and stay here again on my final night before returning to my home country. Once again, I felt comfortable, safe, and welcomed. He even helped me find some souvenirs at a nearby minimarket, which made me really happy. I also want to be honest about the Paharganj area. The location is extremely close to the railway station, which is perfect for travelers like me. However, because the area is very busy, it can be difficult to get an Uber at certain times. Thankfully, Sharad always made sure I was safe — even helping me find trustworthy tuk-tuk drivers whenever Uber wasn’t available. I truly enjoyed my stay here — both times. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, stylish, and very convenient, but what makes it truly special is the people. Staff like Mr. Sharad bring warmth and humanity to the experience, and that is something I will never forget. I hope one day I can return to Delhi and stay here again — and I also hope I’ll have the chance to meet Mr. Sharad once more. Highly recommended hotel, and deeply appreciated service

I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Rooms. The hotel had a quiet, cozy atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always quick to help. A special mention to rahul and Nitesh — they were super helpful and fun to talk to. I had a few light, funny chats with them that really added a personal touch to my stay. Their warm attitude made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was nice with a good variety, and the chefs ensured everything was fresh and tasty. The location felt completely safe and it’s conveniently close to the railway station, which made travel very easy. Overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable, and cheerful stay. I’d definitely recommend Bloom Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-managed place with a genuinely friendly staff.

Review for Bloomrooms Railway Station, New Delhi I recently stayed at Bloomrooms near the railway station and had a mixed experience. To start with the positive, the staff are excellent. Everyone from reception to the kitchen and general services was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. A+ for the personnel — they really do their best. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms need improvement. The building itself is old, and while the bedsheets were clean, the floors and corners were not well maintained. I also noticed cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was mold on the walls and around some room accessories, which gave the space a damp and neglected feel. For the standards in the railway area, this hotel is not the worst, but it could definitely be better with more attention to deep cleaning and maintenance. The staff deserve a well-maintained building to work in, and guests deserve rooms that feel clean and comfortable. With proper upkeep and pest control, this could be a much better stay.

Located near Paharganj railway station, 5 mins walking distance to the station. So, it is highly convenient if your train is departing from platforms #1-5. Now coming to the facility and amenities, unfortunately, the rooms are tiny, stuffy with with only an a/c to support ventilation. The bunk bed was an interesting concept with charging stations, shelf. Bathroom was neat and tidy with clean towels. However, we couldn't imagine the place to have such grossly limited space to move around. Interestingly, they have kept the common outside seating area spacious with hot water dispensers near the staircase. Travellers who are okay with no natural ventilation and claustrophobic space should go for Bloomrooms, for us it's our first and last!

Great place. The area is quite busy/ run down but the hotel is good quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable with nice bedding. Water station (hot and cold) which is very good to have.
