BLT Steak NY at the St. Regis Bermuda Resort

Great place for fine dining - first of all, servers were fantastic. Shoutout to Joy who took really great care of us. Everything we had tasted delish. They give you these humongous popovers to start the meal and they end the meal with these warm chocolate brownies!! Steaks were superb, we also had the lobster Cobb salad, grilled tuna (perfectly medium rare) and we were happy with everything we ordered. Must try.

Nice steak restaurant on the ground floor of the ST Regis hotel. Steaks were well cooked.

We loved dining for our last evening at St. Regis at BLT. Although the food was a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. The atmosphere for dining was marvelous as well as our waiter, Alexander. The crab cake appetizer, the skirt steak, and grilled Branzino were out of this world! The dessert, a soufflé with passion fruit was a decadent piece of heaven. Top notch.

Went with a party of seven everyone’s food was cooked perfectly and very well presented. Despite the prices holy s#^* was it worth it. The quality is worth every penny. I went with the tuna tartare; a very clean and smooth experience but the taste was distinctively amazing some kinda if soy sauce infusion that was wonderful. My main was the Skirt steak with some mash potatoes. You👏🏼👏🏼. Can’t👏🏼👏🏼. Go👏🏼👏🏼. Wrong👏🏼👏🏼. The drinks were very well balanced but after four they make this review truthfully true if that makes sense? ** atmosphere was a 4/5 because I was a little hot could’ve used some AC.( I do work on roofs so I might just be cooked) **

Everything was great. The service was impeccable, steak was delicious (cowboy ribeye), and the donut dessert was to die for. I read reviews about it being pricey, which it was, but you’re dining at the St. Regis, so I don’t know what else people can expect at a 5 star hotel.

We booked a dinner out for 11 of us to celebrate my Mum's 70th birthday while in Bermuda and the food was incredible, they were very attentive and made it special for her by surprising her with a cake! Popovers were a fun way to start the meal, and the space was great, as we had a semi private space. Thank you!

Truly a nice and relaxing experience for dinner. Our server, Aniket, is a rockstar and made us feel right at home throughout the meal. The food was very good and the dessert was even better.

This review is for Lina not BLT The two restaurants share the same facility with Lina serving breakfast and lunch and BLT for dinner, which makes it a bit confusing to the uninitiated The restaurant is well appointed although a bit sterile and not very warm The waitstaff was friendly but completely inattentive. We had to flag them down twice during the meal. We ate lunch on the late side and there were very few other guests so the restaurant cannot blame the poor service on being busy. Besides this is a St Regis! We ordered the seafood rice bowl and were disappointed by the minimal amount of seafood and the fact that the rice was completely without taste. Two of our friends stayed at the St Regis and were equally disappointed by their meal as well This was probably our most disappointing meal in Bermuda
