BLT Steak NY at the St. Regis Bermuda Resort

We visited this steakhouse last Friday evening, and I must say - it absolutely exceeded expectations. The steak was outstanding - cooked exactly to my preference, and my companion ordered theirs a different way, which the kitchen executed perfectly as well. It’s rare to find such consistency and precision, and for this level of quality, I truly didn’t mind the price. The setting is serene and elegant. It’s tucked away in a more remote location, which adds to its charm - you feel completely removed from the buzz of the city. The view is spectacular, and the atmosphere is calm and quiet, making it easy to have a proper conversation without shouting over background noise. A small note for future guests: if you don’t have a car, definitely pre-book your return taxi. We waited about 45 minutes for one to arrive in the evening, which was the only downside of an otherwise flawless evening. We’re already planning to return - perhaps next time just for cocktails and a small starter, simply to soak in the peaceful view again. Highly recommend!

Great place for fine dining - first of all, servers were fantastic. Shoutout to Joy who took really great care of us. Everything we had tasted delish. They give you these humongous popovers to start the meal and they end the meal with these warm chocolate brownies!! Steaks were superb, we also had the lobster Cobb salad, grilled tuna (perfectly medium rare) and we were happy with everything we ordered. Must try.

This is an amazing steak house overlooking the water and fort at the St. Regis. Joy and Felipe along with Zu are super friendly staff at the restaurant. Felipe was attentive and friendly and very knowledgeable. He brought us popovers which were similar to Gruyère Yorkshire pudding breads. He also gave us some free specialty coffees and lovely brownie chocolate chip dessert bars. The food was delicious with also complimentary chicken pate and toasts. The steaks were tasty and the sides were generous portions. We had a lovely feta and watermelon salad to start that was a special and a red snapper special as well. Overall this was one of our best meals in Bermuda. Highly recommend the restaurant for the ambiance, service and food. Prices were reasonable as we also were given many complimentary accompaniments. Kudos to Joy also for such a well run dining experience.

As we were being shown to our table, we were truly amazed by the impressive array of food stations on display—everything looked absolutely delicious and incredibly tempting. Once seated, we were immediately welcomed by our server, Michael, who is not only a true gentleman but also an exceptional human being. The buffet-style brunch allowed us to sample a wide variety of dishes. From the comforting mushroom soup at the start to the countless main course options (many of which I couldn’t even get to!), every bite was outstanding—truly out of this world. We loved dining for our last evening at St. Regis at BLT. Although the food was a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. The atmosphere for dining was marvelous as well as our waiter, Alexander. The crab cake appetizer, the skirt steak, and grilled Branzino were out of this world! The dessert, a soufflé with passion fruit was a decadent piece of heaven. Top notch.

Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish! The service was attentive and genuinely warm, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, and the beautiful terrasse was the perfect spot to enjoy our meal. Every detail — from the presentation of the dishes to the timing of each course — was on point. A true gem that I can’t wait to visit again!

We were very disappointed with our experience at BLT Steak NY at the St. Regis Bermuda. Our hotel concierge made a confirmed reservation for 14 people two days in advance, which was accepted without issue. However, just two hours before our scheduled dining time, BLT called to say they could no longer accommodate us. For a restaurant associated with such a prestigious hotel brand, this level of last-minute cancellation is unacceptable—especially given the size of our group and the advance notice provided. It caused a major disruption to our evening plans and left us scrambling to find an alternative venue. Unfortunately, this experience has left us questioning their reliability and commitment to guest service.

I would give this steakhouse 6 stars if I could. My husband James and I went to the BLT steakhouse at the St. Regis Resort in Bermuda. The entire experience was absolutely fantastic! We went on our anniversary which was on June 15th, 2025. We arrived a little early and went to have a cocktail at the bar. We were served our drinks by a bartender named Zue. She had wonderful customer service skills. 10 out of 10. Just awesome!! Our waiter was also exceptional. 10 out of 10. His name is Mangala. He made you feel comfortable and provided the greatest service. He went over and above. Amazing!! The food was also very good. We had no complaints at all and will definitely go again. Do yourself a favour, and go to the BLT steakhouse. You won’t be disappointed. We went to this steakhouse for our anniversary in 2021 and was disappointed. We gave it another try and was blown away with the improvements of the quality of the food. Awesome experience in 2025.
