BLT's Breakfast Lunch & Takeout

Smaller place with great food and great service. We had breakfast and it was fresh and fast. The fruit was very good, the grits were made right. Definitely a place I would stop at again. Highly recommend.

I find it hard to find a good Chuleta Frita plate. AND they have a some good Dominican potato salad. I’ll be a regular here for a while. Great service and seems family owned and operated.

My husband and I decided to get breakfast somewhere new today and came across BLTs. My husband ordered the tres golpes ( mangu , salami, egg & fried cheese) we were told we had to wait 30 mins for the mangu but were offered to try the yautia ( yuca but sweeter ) we decided to just try it out instead of waiting. The plate was delicious and we are glad we decided to try a different kind of mangu. I ordered the scrambled eggs with white toast, sausage and home fries and added waffles with fruit for an extra charge. The food was delicious, tasted fresh and hot. We will definitely come back again.

We ordered two mofongo dishes from BLT's. It was delicious! Fast service, respectful staff and great quality food. It's a great place to order from in Lynn. If you're looking for a mix of American & Dominican style food, BLT's is the place to go!

Stopped in for late breakfast with a friend. I have a 3 egg omelet. Good food and friendly staff. Keep up the good work. Free wifi and they also offer delivery always a plus. Prices were fair. Nice quiet local joint definitely worth a try.

The service was amazing and the food was awesome, best we have had here in Lynn Ma. We definitely would be coming back. Great place you won’t regret it

PANCAKES BIGGER THAN MY FACE!! Delicious pancakes and beautifully golden! Who doesn't love a fresh pancake with a beautiful dollop of butter! Smoothies were excellent! It was my favorite part and they are honestly so delicious and fresh! However.... mozerella sticks were a no go. Obviously I expected them to be frozen and just deep fried like any other place but when they came out they were already kinda cold, crust was too hard and cheese was stiff. Marinara sauce was also kind of chunky more like a salsa which I wasn't a fan. My understanding was that they were busy and it took a bit for our food to come out, and so the mozzarella sticks were probably done and cooled down for a while. Overall, incredibly friendly staff and kind service. The people there are very nice people and I really felt welcomed.

Great little spot! Whether you want to dine in or take out. They're BUSY! The phone was nonstop and people constantly coming in for ToGo orders. You can dine in as well. Just limited seating. The food was incredible! Fresh, quality and great portions. They squeeze / make their juices by hand. New favorite spot! The staff was super friendly and smiley which is always nice.

Got takeout from here on a Sunday morning. I was able to pick up our order in 20 minutes which was ready as soon as I got there. Parking can be slightly difficult as it is off of a main road but I was able to grab a quick spot in a lot nearby (not sure if it was their property). The waitresses very nice on the phone and when I went in. My mother ordered the Swiss omelette with home fries and raisin bread as well as a side of bacon and blueberry short pancakes. The Omelet looked decent, however it would've benefited from staying on the skillet a tad longer to develop some color/texture. She couldn't put her finger on it, but the blueberry pancake didn't seem to be made traditionally. I proposed they may have used frozen berries but not really sure. The side of bacon was 2 maybe 3 slices as a heads up. I had the "monster BLT" with french fries and a single order of the chocolate chip waffle. Parentheses on the monster because from what I could tell, it was a traditional BLT without the stated double thick cut bacon, tomato slices served on sourdough bread. To say the least, I was pretty disappointed as I'm pretty sure I paid for the more extravagant version. It was a good sandwich otherwise but at that point, I would have tried something else from their menu if I knew that was going to be the case. Similar to my moms pancake, the chocolate chip waffle wasn't as I was hoping for. Instead of cooking the chips in the waffle, it was laid on top with just enough time to start melting. Fries were good so no complaints on that. Overall, mixed feelings about this place. Very reasonable price for the amount of food but not sure if I would order again.

We missed our hotels breakfast and wanted to grab something quick on the way into Salem. BLTs came up in a quick search so I placed an order online We got there early so had a seat at the counter. This spot is legit. Homemade style food, classic diner flavor, a local feel-good kind of place. They were very kind and we were enjoying our wait. We all got breakfast sandwiches and they were tasty!! I also got a sausage link- wow! Grilled and split with Tons of flavor. If we're ever in the area again, this will definitely be a MUST!

Breakfast burrito was delicious! This is a solid establishment that knows good food. Not much to look at but perfection.

I like the mafia breakfast. It's a twist on eggs and meatballs. I'm up for something different and unusual. This is the place. I'd like to go.

Great place to stop for a bite! Everything served was quality and reasonably priced. Not the quickest but I could see they had a ton of business going out the door through take out orders. If I lived in the area I'd probably make it a regular thing.

So so delicious! Great for takeout. There is a counter and a few booths and the staff was very friendly if you prefer dine in. We ordered the turkey club, tuna club and mega blt with ham. Everything was delicious. Usually with takeout the food ends up soggy but the fries, bread and bacon all held up really well. Highly recommend!

just ordered lunch simple ham cheese asked dont toast bread they toast and cheese they use is yellow ghetto cheese fries are cardboard no thank you!!!! all set 2nd time disappointed didn't say anything now i must sorry not for me

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Small town diner feel, GREAT customer service. I was greeted by the owner and had an extensive conversation about the Boston area. I'm here with my daughter. We're from Charleston SC. The food was excellent. I got the Cubano special omelette. If you like Cuban style pulled pork, it's amazing! He has a unique story about where the recipe comes from. I won't spoil it here, ask him yourself when you go. PRICED very reasonably. The owner AND staff were super friendly, courteous, and attentive. My coffee never got low. This guy has a great business and I'm glad I can say I've been to BLT'S in Boston!!

This is a ma and pa diner, that being said. They have really nice staffs and if you were to sit at the bar, you'll see the cook chefin' it up. I walked in on here by accident when I went for a walk and this is before the co vid thing happened. I ordered a side of steak fries and they made it fresh for me. Cause the lady in the back had to go get that spud and hand cut steak fries for me. After you pay the cashier gives you a piece of hard candies. Like the ones you be stealing from grandma's bag. They are a very friendly establishment , do give this place a try if you are in the area.

Their breakfast is soooo good and so affordable. Their sausage is unique and flavorful. I've gotten delivery from them at least 5 times since March. I even got some delivered for my mom all the way across Lynn from me. Scrambled eggs by delivery is NOT easy. They managed to be delivered warm and fluffy every time and never dry. They have GRITS! And my son said they are the only bacon that isn't salty. Give them a try.

Yummy stop in the middle of my mural exploration. It is a good and cheap diner with high quality food! You get a lot more than the price suggests. A lot of options and seems to be pretty popular with the locals. Definitely will come back if I stop by Lynn again.

Ever since I discovered this place I have been coming here at least 2-3 times a week. I get the Mangu with fried cheese, eggs and salami. The best mangu I have ever tried ever. And trust me I have had my shares of mangu in life from different places. I highly recommend it. The girls are super friendly and nice. The whole staff is awesome and the cook is very nice. Love everyone there.

Found this place online as we were looking for a breakfast place while driving from Salem to Boston. As we pulled up, we were a little hesitant based on the location. However, we were most pleasantly surprised by the food! The omelettes were delicious and the pastelitos were a surprise find that we didn't see on the online menu (along with a lot of other Cuban/DR foods). The pastelitos were hands down the win of breakfast, particularly the beef ones and at $1/ piece! I wish I had ordered some to go!

This has become my all time favorite breakfast spot! The food is delicious, fairly priced, and best of all is the variety! Anything I am craving they have here. Definitely it is a must to eat here!

Small family owned, quick and friendly service. I ordered something to go as I was in a rush. Fries were nice and crispy. Chicken sandwich would've been better on a wrap but that's just my personal preference. While waiting I saw someone from across from me eating french toast with bananas-looked amazing! They have dominican specials they've added like tostones, mangu, chuleta etc. I wish I saw the a la carta menu before ordering I would've ordered the tostones. I look forward to trying out their dominican breakfast next time.

This place seems like it must have reopened under new ownership, and oh boy where do I even start? I almost hate to write this because they seem like very nice people, but they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They kept the same menu as the previous owners but don't know what is on it. Food took a really long time, but at least we got our food. A group next to us had someone order an eggs Benedict and they spent over a half hour figuring out how to make it. My "monster blt" listed on the menu as made with sourdough and chipotle aioli with fries came out on plain white, regular mayo, and no side. My husband's omelet came with home fries that were inedible over seasoned and slightly burnt. At least it was cheap? Again, the people were very nice at least, but they have a long way to go before I would ever go back.

I'm not from the area but I came up to visit friends. We came here for breakfast after a look weekend of adventuring. This place has such unique food options which were all really good - but the wait staff were amazing. The owner, I believe he was, was just so outgoing to every single patron that walked in the door, whether he knew you or not. So yea, the food was great - but the staff made the experience even better.

Outside looks just ok but inside is great food and good prices. Location: right on broad street. Parking options on street and lots. Interior: basic diner, stools and booths Food, can't find anything more than $8. They offer Omelettes, burgers, salads. I got the french toast which was tasty. Omelettes were great too. Home fries crispy. Portions pretty good, 3 egg omelettes, 3 slices of french toast. It was nice and had that small restaurant feel. The staff works hard and was prompt and efficient. Loved everything that we ordered. Will be back again. A trur hidden gem the city of Lynn.

This a small spot with a few tables. The staff is friendly but take a while to check in with you and take your order. The food is okay, but would probably be more enjoyable as take-out eaten at home.

The 2 stars are for the hospitality of the the staff. As for the food, it was not good. They had a new cook and he was in training. The pancakes were too thick and doughy. The home fries were clod as ice. The beef has was not eddiable. We had to remind them of the toast twice. Their excuse was the toaster broke down. We were their and the place was quite. The waitress did not how to use the credit card with a smart chip.

Came with my husband and 6 kids ranging in age from 3-12 and couldn't be happier with the service as well as the food!! We ordered everything from omelettes to breakfast sandwich to French toast and pancakes- everything was amazing and the home fries were the best! Great location, staff, and food!

With the closing of my favorite breakfast place and my refusal to enter the alternative down the street from my old favorite place, I decided to give BLT's a try this morning with my uncle. I had been here before for breakfast when it was owned by the previous occupant and was not impressed, it was dirty and dated in there. With new ownership came mucho improvements. It's clean and bright and the owner and staff were super nice, be nice to the waitress, she seems shy. I ordered a special: banana bread french toast and it was simply DE-LISH-SHUSH! I recommend it as a great place for a good sized meal at an even greater price.

I wish I could rate it zero. I looked this place up since I live down the street. Wanted to try a new breakfast/brunch spot around the area for the times I'm dragging ass on the weekend and want to stay close. The reviews looked good, so I decided to go today. Walked in and was immediately greeted. Awesome. Then, I was ignored as I sat at the bar. The diner had maybe 10 people there at the time (11:00AM). Staff was counted at 5 that I could see. One woman behind the flattop to the right, 3 younger girl wait staff and someone I saw poking their head out behind some window area (no idea if it's kitchen or more food going on back there) between the front and back. I proceed to read the menu through twice while waiting for anyone to acknowledge me and ask if I would like a cup of coffee. One wait staff member was explaining to the cook something and the cook was arguing. The waitress left obviously befuddled and spoke to another girl who brought her back to the cook to explain the issue. Obvious lack of communication. Then the cook started dressing her down to people she knew (or didn't) right behind her seated at the bar. I expect a little venom from short-order staff at diners, but she was being pretty salty about an obvious miscommunication. Passed by at least 20 times by all three girls without so much as "Can I grab you a coffee?" They were putting iced coffee in the fridge, playing with cups, doing this and that, all the while I'm sitting there with nothing in front of me and a menu in my hand trying to make eye contact. Then two girls came in and sat down next to me, again, at the bar. They were also greeted with the hello, but left to wait. A few more minutes (longer than they should have waited) pass and the waitress comes to them and asks them what they want to drink. WTF? What am I, chopped liver? As soon as the girls were asked, I got up, put on my coat and walked out. Not even a whiff of asking why I was leaving or if they could help me with anything. If they had at least made that gesture I would have stayed and tried the food. Everyone can have a bad day, but all 5 of them when they were not even close to slammed? Note to owner/manager. Your staff are the ambassadors to your livelihood. The 5 people working today were at best ambivalent, at worst completely incompetent. 10 minutes and never asked if I wanted a drink... at the bar... in a diner... filled with 10 people and 5 staff? I have been to diners all over the country, from cities to po-dunk towns. Some rough and tumble places. But I have never once sat without a coffee for 10 minutes. I expect swearing. I expect bitching. I expect regulars getting priority. I don't expect to be completely ignored. -5 stars.

I had one of their morning breakfast meatloaf omelette and omg it was so delicious! Great atmosphere and environment, makes you feel like your family! Love this place and highly recommend!

If you don't want to cook BLT's is a great option. I have only ordered breakfast here. It is a good value and the food tastes great.

They just changed their menu and it looks like there will be some good options! This place is very diner-esque. I have had their eggs benedict, monster blt, and a breakfast combo. The food is fast, the service is friendly, and the place is clean. Stop on by when you have a hankering for a chocolate chip pancake at 2pm on a Tuesday!

I tried the mangu and the mofongo. The mangu was perrrrfect!! The mofongo chicharron was amazing too. It is so filling!! It comes with plenty of chicharron. I also had the morir sonando. Everyone makes this differently and it was more on the orange juice side than I would have liked. However, this is something I could have communicated with the staff because its strictly preference. It was still very good!

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Everything was hot, cooked well, and the waitress was very nice. Everything is cooked fresh and there are lots of specials to choose from. The owner was very personable and checked on us a few times as well. Cant wait to come back and also try lunch!

First time coming in and it was freezing inside, might as well just ate outside. My man ordered a simple 3 egg, home fries and sausage with toast and the toast was COLD and the eggs were bland no taste, the potatoes were old and hard drenched with rosemary. Then I order a SIMPLE egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. For everything we ordered we got charged and extra $1.00 for every order. She gave us a receipt before we started eating then made us pay at the register then charged us extra there and so the price of the receipt wasn't valid, it was what she wanted to charge.

I was exploring the neighborhood and stumbled into this cute little cafe (mom and pop) style. The staffs are really friendly. Foods decent here and The cutest thing is a candy after your transactions. They do close at 2:30 pm when I was there on Sunday.

This is the best breakfast in Lynn. Not only do they do classic breakfast food wonderfully, but they are innovative and try new things. Everything we have had there is amazing and the food comes out of the kitchen quickly. The staff is attentive and friendly. The owner is a great guy and is always willing to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a delicious breakfast!

One of my favorites. Great breakfast. Very inventive specials every day. You can tell that the owner is very passionate about food and you can taste it as well. The staff is very friendly and the coffee is always fresh. Very glad this is in my neighborhood.

Had breakfast at this staple restaurant in the Lynn location. Recently opened under new management and has a typical American breakfast but with a Latin touch. Had the eggs Benedict and a cup of coffee both of which were excellent. Looking forward to coming back and trying their Mangu breakfast plate!

0 stars.(but yelp made me choose at least one star or i couldnt post)..homefries are terrible...they are soaked in paprika and burnt like charcoal...my brother ordered a bagel and cream cheese and side of corn beef hash..they completly forgot the hash...and there was barely any cream cheese on the bagel...also they asked me how i wanted my egg on my sandwich cooked five times....asked for a side of hollandaise sauce for my homefries they came back and said .."sorry we dont have any honey mustard"...wtf?? Horrible...ill never go back...i wish it was still sams breakfast...

I've gone here twice so far and both times my food was delicious. The first time I went there I was greeted by the owner. He was awesome! Loud, cheerful and seemed like an overall happy person. I felt like a regular. I had the special, the New Yorker panini and let me tell you...AMAZING! I had fries on the side which were made to order..nice and hot. It was great. I will go back again and hopefully soon drag my husband along with me! Great little place! FYI..I think about the New Yorker panini all the time! :)

Stumbled across this place while we were waiting for our car at a nearby dealership. Seems like it's a popular neighborhood spot. Greeted by the owner and asked if I wanted a coffee by the waitress before I even sat down (the answer is always yes!). The breakfast menu offers good choices and the specials of the day (at least 5) made the decision very tough. We got a Lobster Benedict and an order of biscuits and gravy. The Benny was delicious and unique .. the biscuits and gravy were flavorful without being over the top filling. Wish we lived closer (would make it our neighborhood spot) but next time we get our car serviced we will definitely be back! Thanks for the hospitality and good service!

Awesome breakfast Mike is the best. I felt welcomed and the food was awesome!!!! The homemade hash was great and my wife loved her omelette. Coffee was the best!! Person next to me had pancakes and they looked great

My boyfriend and I order breakfast from here anytime he's visiting. The people who work here are incredibly nice. Fast delivery and excellent food. Yet to be disappointed. :)

Great local old style diner. great place for breakfst or lunch. The menu is standard fare, basic ingredients and well prepared. I tried the special eggs benedict (yes risky in a diner) and they were good! Attentive staff and a congeneal environment make this a great local choice to get together!

I love this place. The daily menu has your average diner fare, but BLT's really shines when it comes to its specials. Specials I have had and loved: pulled pork eggs benedict; banana bread french toast; fajita omelette with steak; an eggs benedict with an amazing pesto sauce. The food is delicious, service is always fast and friendly, and it is CHEAP. Highly recommended!
