5 Stars – An Exquisite Evening at Blue Jazz Cafe My friend and I were looking for somewhere special to enjoy a Saturday night, and Blue Jazz Cafe exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, elegant, and incredibly inviting. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The presentation of each dish was beautiful—true fine dining in every sense. We ordered the crab cake pasta and the Mardi Gras pasta, and both were absolutely divine. The meals were well seasoned, packed full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. Every bite reflected the care and creativity behind it. We also appreciated how convenient the downtown location was, with just a short walk from parking. It was a wonderful experience all around. We’re already planning to make this a tradition and will absolutely be recommending Blue Jazz Cafe to our friends and family. Please keep up the great work—highly recommend! Thank you for such a memorable night!

got the creole crabcake pasta, and it was the best crabcake that I’ve ever tried. The pasta itself was very good, very flavorful and creamy and not too heavy on the stomach. Good portion sizes and the bread that comes with was also great. Overall, the food came out fast, service was good, highly recommend this place and I would come back.

The food is always scrumptious at Blu Jazz! Tonight, the music was loud for our table--we were seated closest to the live musicians (father/daughter act, last name Hudson). The music was wonderful! Perfect for the ambiance. Just a tad loud. Pictured are fried green tomatoes and shrimp & grits. Definitely will be coming back soon

Who do you contact to get paid to say nice things about this place!? The chicken was not fresh it was frozen, maybe even precooked and warmed up. Actually over warmed up tough and nasty. Would not recommend this place at all!! On the other hand the service was great, absolutely incredible service and the sweet tea was the great. The music was loud and annoying though. Especially when you factor in other guest talking, staff and then the music on top of all that; yea it was a lot!!

The food was great. Got crab cakes and the amount of crab that was in it was great! But it had a creole sauce on it that tasted more like ravioli sauce. It was good but not what I would consider creole. So i took a star off cause I was hoping for real cajun food. The stuffed pork chop was amazing. 10/10 would recommend getting it. But my kid's tenders were dry and so was my husband's fish. I expect better for those prices. So I took a star off for that. I gave 3 stars but I would go again just for those pork chops!

We stopped here after visiting The Lucky Rabbit and the food didn’t disappoint! The Redfish & Grits was a 5/5! The atmosphere was very nice and subtle. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

The crab cakes were insanely good. My husband's rare steak was perfect and my shrimp and grits were creamy and delicious. The portion size of the grits was huge, I couldn't even finish them. Cocktails were all very good as well. It was our first time coming and we'll definitely be back.
