Love the location in Noord. Waking up to a beach view every morning is something I can only get once a year. This year I accidentally booked a room without a balcony, which was kind of a bummer, but the windows were huge, and the views were amazing! Pools were clean, and there was always a place to sit. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented a studio and it was perfect for 2 people. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It has everything you could need. The bar and the restaurant are great. The staff are all wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The pool and the hot tub area are beautiful areas to be, both offering beautiful views. The location is terrific, with so many food options and shopping very close by. It was a wonderful experience!

The rental was absolutely perfect for our family- I cannot stress enough how beautiful the view was from our balcony and living room window. Also having 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer adds so much ease to the stay. We will definitely rent again on future visits

We didn’t get a warm welcome when we checked in. The unit itself 113 was perfect. Very comfortable well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was great . Perfect location! We rented a car. Pools were amazing too!

Great apartment and location. Short walk to eagle and palm beach. Plenty of loungers at the pools which were always kept clean. Lovely grounds with staff working hard all day. Views of the daily sunsets were spectacular! Will definitely be back!

This building has a fantastic location with beautiful views. They are fully equipped apartments with kitchen and laundry, and different # of rooms. The view, the pool are great. Cross the street and you will have a small beach with rental or bring your own seats for free, very nice. And a long and nice jogging, biking path for morning or afternoon exercise. Totally recommended.

Overall amazing experience. Very Nice staff and absolutely beautiful grounds. When we walked into the room, the air conditioner was shut off due to doing some service, but was quickly resolved, and the room was very cold throughout the stay. Love how comfortable the beds were as well. Plenty of room for the six of us all having our own separate showers, bathrooms and beds. There is only one major issue that I don’t assume happening at all on the regular. One of the evenings there was a significant disturbance of what sounded like to rival Gangs from New York. We don’t know what the issue was, but there was major fighting right outside our door with threatening the other party. We call down to security at 1 AM and they were unwilling to assist without calling their manager. Just put us in what we felt was a very dangerous position and the security guard would not call the police so we had to do that ourselves. I think there needs to simply be better training for the security staff. There was a woman from security by the pool that my wife became really good friends with and was so so sweet. We told her about the incident and she felt really bad. Obviously, we didn’t sleep that night and I was hoping to get reimbursed for one night stay due to the issue But that didn’t happen. Other than that issue, I would not hesitate to stay here as overall it’s incredibly safe, relaxing, and comfortable to be in with beautiful views of the ocean. Just train your staff better on dealing with dangerous issues.

My family of 5 had a great time at this property. It was quiet and fairly close to a lot of restaurants, but I wouldn’t say walking distance, so either plan on renting a car or we used taxis. The condo was great for us, we all could get our space when needed and we didn’t feel on top of each other. It was clean and they provided a lot of necessities such as shower and bathroom products, as well as kitchen products. We didn’t cook any meals but did use the food delivery option and it was awesome. It was a very limited selection of item but enough that it got us by. We would definitely stay here again!
