Blue Bird

Blue bird restaurant is one of the best authentic Goan style restaurant you can find in Vagator. We did not stay in their rooms but visited couple of times for breakfast and dinner. This restaurant is a family run restaurant . Very homely couple . They serve food with love and passion. We ordered vindaloo and fish fry . For breakfast we ordered French toast and scrambled eggs . One of the best taste we ever had. Must try

The food here is delicious, it’s well priced and flavorful. The people are so lovely and friendly, and the place is beautiful too with a great garden and a sweet dog! Definitely recommend

Such a lovely place for traditional Goan food. A real family restaurant with Antonio and Janet giving us great advice on what food to order as well as talking about other things to do in India. Would recommend the calamari in particular (and all food was great)

I had a wonderful time with my husband here. We stayed for 3nights. The stay was so peaceful as this area is not very crowded. The location is great..walking distance from the beach and good places to eat. The rooms are basic but clean. Their in house restaurant serves the tastiest food. Try the goan and continental food. Antonio and family is very warm and friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. We used to have chats with them. Antonio is a great cook too and he himself prepares all the dishes and it was so good that we ended up having 5 meals here in 3days. Prices are very reasonable. Their daughters are really sweet and even the dog, Rambo is super friendly. Must stay in Vagator area.

Excellent food and above all excellent humans who own the place!!! The hospitality and the delicious food made it a great evening for us! Cheers to the lovely family that run Blue Bird! And Cheers to the love four legged Rambo, too!

We visited this place to have food at the restaurant. This is a superb place for Goan cuisine. For a healthy meal "made with love". Ms Janet is a wonderful hostess and we had a wonderful time here. Will certainly visit again.

Till date I highly recommend this restaurant to people❤️ It was in Oct end, 2022. Randomly came across the restaurant as we were wandering the street looking for a Goan authentic place to dine in lunch. It is run by a Goan family. ~The chef clearly asked questions on how I want my sea food cooked. And I loved ittt. I still feel the essence of prawn curry I had. ~They donot refrigerate food, all are freshly brought and cooked. ~Chef has the passion for cooking. ~Price is also very reasonable and worth it!! ~ Fresh air ambiance ~ They also have wifi so you can sit there and work. The couple gave us company throughout the lunch by speaking of Goa’s history and current on goings that we weren’t aware of. ~Lovely people ~Really wish, people visiting Goa could become aware of this place. ⚡️Apparently their room stays are cheaper and decent as mentioned by couple. Unfortunately travel sites have put incorrect fares in a way of scamming them.
