Food was tasty, about what you’d expect. The fries was surprisingly one of the best parts of the meal - fluffy inside and crispy exterior. Shrimp rolls were tasty as well, but found the crispy shrimp roll to be on the saltier end. Served decently quickly.

My wife was walking by the food area and spotted Lobster Rolls at Blue Claw Lobster Shack. She loves lobster rolls and ordered one here. She chose the East Coast Classic Roll Combo. It was an average lobster roll. The photo on the screen looks better than the actual product. I can see why they offered double meat at an additional cost. You really need more meat as there's a lot of mayo added for volume. It might be unfair, but since the price point is similar to a local food truck in my city, my mind automatically compares the two and the amount of meat is much more generous at my local food truck. However, I am sure the operating cost for a mall stall is much higher than the food truck, so that may be reflected in the food value. At the end of the day, the East Coast Classic Roll is fresh and flavorful, and we finish it. The fries were Costco cavendish ones. Unfortunately, those tend to absorb a lot of greasy. I wished that they would take a page from the chip trucks and make them fresh. I would not order the lobster rolls here again, but I would consider trying their fish sandwiches next time.

While the service is fast and courteous, the quality of food is average. At least the chicken burger that I ordered was. There was nothing special about it, nothing to differentiate it from any run of the mill burger that you could buy off a sidewalk stall. Even the size of the burger was about medium. Expected better from them.

Tasty Bun & Great Service! I ordered a burger from Blue Claw and while the patty itself was pretty standard, the bun had a unique texture and flavor that really stood out! Overall, I was happy with my meal fair pricing and very polite customer service made the experience even better.

Tried the East Coaster lobster roll (first time trying a lobster roll) from their food truck during pride. It was very very underwhelming. There is almost no taste to the lobster. The bread was more overpowering and I wasn’t a fan of the taste of the bread. Also, the fillings are on top and is not pushed down to the bottom of the sandwich. The bread was also pretty greasy. For $24 I expected a lot more flavour.

East Coaster Here and I've been missing the east coast..I thought this would be the perfect place to try but...Food lacks a ton of flavour - soup was served at room temperature ( not hot at all) and salad was served without dressing - we had to go back and get it. By the time we got everything sorted everything was cold. Overall pretty disappointing and especially for the price.

We had come here for the first time, I was expecting the food to be a bit more flavourful, they were pretty busy, for the price it was decent food, just lacked a bit in the flavour department. Would definitely try again to see if my opinion would change. Nonetheless worth checking out if you love your seafood!

Yelp
The market at the well is now open! I saw blue lobster shack and was so intrigued by their lobster rolls. I got 2 lobster rolls, 1 as a combo with truffle fries. It was about $50 for everything (yikes). The truffle fries were too oily. They weren't that enjoyable. The lobsters rolls were packed with lobster though and it was delicious. The only thing is that is place is a bit too pricey for fast casual food. It'll be a place I'll go back to but not often.

Yelp
A very average lobster roll that is overpriced ($20+). The bun is overly buttered and the lobster filling has a bit too much mayo. Service was quick when I went. Fries were well seasoned but a bit soggy.

Yelp
A solid lobster roll but nothing too crazy to write home about. It lacked some flavour but was a decent portion of lobster. Good to get cravings out but for $25 total (with tip?) for this combo, the slow service (for their most recommended item) and Costco-like fries were hard to justify it's worth

Yelp
I've been to their restaurant location so decided to try this foodcourt version. Really liked the east coast classic roll, with its chunks of lobster and pillowy bread. The Halifax burger was ok, though seemed to have less lobster and wasn't as tasty as I remember. Prices are good for the portion sizes. Service is pretty quick. For a foodcourt, this is an elevated treat.

Yelp
First time trying blue claw and I got the east coast classic roll which only had lobster. The bun was soft but prefer brioche bun for an airier texture. The lobster mix was ok in flavour with a mild mayo taste. I'd recommend paying extra $3 for the fries and drink.

Yelp
Located in the Well food court, this lobster roll place caught my eye. I got the Barrington spicy roll combo with included fries and drink, and I upgraded to the truffle fries. While the truffle fries were amazing and tasty, the same could not be said for the star of the menu. The lobster portion of the Barrington spicy roll was bland and was not seasoned well.

Yelp
We ordered a lobster roll, fries, and a drink. It's not the best lobster roll in the city but it had a pretty fair portion of lobster. I've definitely had more generous portions. The bun was nice, warm, and soft. The fries were great.

Yelp
Ate here a few nights ago at new food emporium at The Well complex. This is billed as a high end style food court with unique restaurants of which The Blue Claw is one. I ordered the classic combo with cold lobster in a hot dog bun, truffle fries and a coke. The lobster was very tasty but the portion was by no means generous for the price. The truffle fries were tasty as well. The atmosphere here is very busy and noisy like any food court.

Yelp
New store at The Well. Very popular, there was a line up to order when I arrived. They had a promo spinning wheel where you can win, free pop drink, 10% off, free t-shirt, free combo upgrade etc. I had the Barrington Spicy Roll, and it was very tasty. Don't worry, it's not very spicy. It is a bit small, leaves you room to try other foods at The Well.

Yelp
I've only tried their lobster poutine fries and OMGGGGGGGGG!!! need I say less. the lobster is fresh, fries are cooked to perfection and the sauce is the most delicious thing I've eaten! 10/10

Yelp
Order the East coast classic roll. $20 it was awful extremely wet and drippy. They also didnt find it necessary to put the lobster meat in the bun. They sat the meat ontop of the bun. I had to open it up and put it in myself. I felt sick after 2 bites. I brought more than half the roll back to the counter and proceeded to politely tell the manager at the counter who was standing there with her laptop out that it wasn't good, offered me more food. I denied it but I should have asked for refund. I will not recommend this spot to anyone.

Yelp
cracked My molar on a piece of actual crab claw. Biggest disappointment ever not worth the hype. There was a hard piece of shell in the sandwich and I bit down into it severely cracking my tooth.
