We stopped on our way through to PA for lunch. Plenty of parking! We were seated immediately. The waitress, Kelly, was pleasant and professional. I don’t think she knew quite how to react to my jovial side, but that’s fine. We were seated right next to the baked goods - and there were lots of them! My hubby got a slice of cheesecake after his meal. The menu was extensive & it was helpful that the foods were divided by meals (breakfast, lunch, & dinner.) We ordered our meals and they were served quickly. The food was good. It’s a great place for a meal right off of exit 10 off of I84!

Google
Very neat place, found as we were traveling East and hopped off the highway to have breakfast. Farmers Market Omelet filled with ham, veggies, Swiss cheese. Served with a side of potatoes and toast. Also corned beef hash, eggs over easy, potatoes and toast. Really good but nothing over the top. What I would say is over the top, their multiple display cases of desserts and pastries. Wish we had been there later in the day so we could have tried dessert.

Google
This location is so convenient, right of the highway. Service was quick and efficient. The menu was a little excessive, probably 100 items to choose from. Everything I saw, even the baked desserts, looked delicious. The one thing I was not prepared for was the portion size. You could easily make two meals out of these serving sizes. So plan ahead and bring your appetite. I will visit this place again and try something new.

So much love for this place!!❤️Awesome 24-hr diner, great service and delicious food! And really nice waitress Kate. Makes for a great highway stop too, a good and safe break from driving. This place has been here since 1973 and I can see why. Late night 2am breakfast was awesome! Wasn’t rushed because they are open 24 hours and I love that.🏆 It’s top notch all around, the real thing. Great food, coffee, and awesome desserts. Stop and eat here, you won’t be disappointed!🙂 Update, March 23, 2025 - Stopped in for dinner on my way from NC to NH and 5+ stars again! The leg of lamb special tasted great and what a value - $16.95 for soup and salad, entree, and potato - I substituted the mashed. Also got the peanut butter cake for dessert to go with. Yumm! Server Areti was super professional, friendly, and helpful. Stop by anytime for an awesome food & service!!🥗🌯☕️🍔🥞🍰🏆👏🌅

Google
First time I would ever complain about food that is too much! A big salad a cup of soup, and a basket of bread. Way too much to eat and then my main course of tilapia was on top of a huge bunch of pasta. I just couldn't eat it all. But anyway the price was reasonable. And the service questionable.

Google
Terrible experience. Asked for a well done burger and got medium rare. Saw specks of hair on my cheese burger. Waitress was very disrespectful and was just very rude in general. Chili was disgusting, two slabs of cheese were put on chili that was barely seasoned. Would not recommend. We treated the waitress with respect and all she gave back was blank stares and a monotone voice while I saw her with other customers where she was happy and cheery.

Google
Old school diner food is good. I come here to revisit the high school days for French Frie, cheese and gravy and their awesome milkshakes!

While heading down 84, we decided to stop for breakfast at Blue Colony, which I’ve always been curious to visit. It was a pretty average experience, even for a diner. The waitress practically threw our dishes on the table and had zero personality. Food was okay but I definitely have spots I like better for breakfast. Good as a 24 hour option as there aren’t many around.

Yelp
we chose this diner to eat on our way to our destination and chose to stop here on our way back. The food was so delicious and the portions are very generous.

Yelp
Our second try - and our last! The monte cristo sandwich was bland, boring - blah. My husband's meal was equally so. Just not appetizing.

Yelp
We stopped here on the way back from Lake Compounce. Between Bristol and Brookfield, it was one of the few places still open. They operate 24 hours a day. They are located right off exit 10 for easy on and easy off access. I was surprised to see how crowded it was 11 o'clock at night. It felt familiar like the Greek diners I grew up going to. The food was very good and came out quickly. I got the Country Burger with a side of fries. I thought the plate was a little small for the amount of food on it, but then quickly realized the burger was huge. Bacon, bbq sauce, cheddar cheese and onion rings were packed into a huge bun that stayed together until the last bite. It really hit the spot after not eating lunch or dinner. They also have a huge variety of baked goods which are baked on premises. We got a piece of the rainbow cookie cake. Absolutely delicious. The layer of sugar on top really gave it something a little extra.

Yelp
Nice diner. Old school style with the good coffee, and the vast menus. Classic stuff. You can't go wrong with their wraps, but come on, you're at a diner, have the fries with your meal. I love the polite service. It'a right off a highway, as diners should be. Enjoy. Keep it open.

Yelp
It was a horrible experience from the owner that sat us to the waitress. Food was absolutely disgusting I have a picture of the Chili they brought and I had to send it back because it was not for human consumption.

Yelp
Hi, we love your good food and service. b t w, we don't get our information from a certain lady in Annapolis Md. A mrs g. she is polish and Slovenian serving her leader.

Yelp
Replace your rude hostess. I stopped in after driving all the way from Wyoming. I didn't want sitting near the kitchen doors and she got mad at me. Almost threw the menu down on the table. What the heck kind of people do you hire? Food wasn't very good either.

Yelp
You know. 24-hour diners are always a gamble. Great for a hangover meal, a meal before a hangover, or sometimes your only option left when it's a late night out with friends and its that or Taco Bell. Blue Colony was a gamble worth taking. Best of all, I decided to visit it with my family at NORMAL dinner hours instead of risking it all at 3am. Honestly, though, what a pleasant surprise. I looked at the menu and analyzed what their specialities were. It appeared to be Greek/Mediterranean. So what did I do, I ordered the Homemade Moussaka. What's that you say!? For those who don't know (like me), it's like potato and meat lasagna. That was my best guess when I saw the picture in the menu and said, "I would like THAT" (pointing to what could have been a stock photo). The server and my wife were laughing at me. It said "Homemade," and I was feeling adventurous. Anyways, so I get it and wow. It was delicious! Like I don't know what Moussaka should taste like but it may have just set the bar very high for my next Moussaka meal. The server was awesome. Very nice to my family. Very attentive. The atmosphere was not quiet but not super loud either. Typical diner volume. The food came out QUICK. I'd assume they precooked mine and brought it out. Not complaining. I was hungry and curious. Time was ticking. We also got some of their homemade cakes. I was tempted to get their famously large Blue Colony cookies, but I already had enough from dinner. I ordered the Cheesecake and my wife ordered their Chocolate cake. Both were very good. Top notch! The cake options behind the glass made it hard to choose, so we just went with safe classic choices. (Ironic, huh?) I would recommend Blue Colony diner for breakfast (menu is VERY large), lunch (menu = Large), dinner (did I say Large menu), and any period before or after a good time with friends. I will be back the next time I'm in the area for another daring menu selection

Yelp
We went here for a quick meal --- the check came and the prices on the tab were about $2 more per entre than what was listed on the menu. We really didn't have time to straighten this out with the waitress-- who wasn't on top of her station in the first place but did want to note this here.

Yelp
After driving for about four hours, I needed a break. While I was getting gas at the Mobile station, I noticed someone filling gas cans. I asked if he was local. When he said yes, I asked about the food. He assured me that it was great. After we walked in the door, we were quickly seated with the large menus and our waiter brought over water for both of us. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with lots of chrome and glass finished like you'd expect from an old fashioned diner. Our waiter waited patiently while we poured over all the options. My son ordered a hot dog and fries and I ordered the eggplant special. For $15.95 I had enough for lunch and dinner! The biggest side salad I have ever seen arrived first. It was fresh and the tomatoes tasted homegrown. A cup of hot chicken barley soup followed. The waiter told me it was homemade and, while tasty, was good but not great. Along with the soup, we were served 3 huge slices of sweet bread (challah?). By the time our food arrived, I was rapidly filling up! My eggplant was tender and covered with lots of marinara and cheese. The marinara was robust and bursting with flavor. The spaghetti was well beyond Al dente but still tasty enough to eat with the sauce. My teenage son ate his hotdog and pronounced it "good", but the crinkle cut fries were uninspired. This was definitely one of the least expensive meals we had during our trip, but also one of the best!

Yelp
This place in not what it used to be. We have been going here for over 35 years but today will be the last. Where do I start when everything we ordered seemed like it was cooked yesterday. My Wife's baked potato was days old and just reheated in a microwave. The center was still cold. The salad was just a plate of iceberg lettuce, nothing else. When we asked where are the tomato's, onions etc. We were told we charge extra for that. My coffee was so old it must have been sitting there for hours. I ordered a diner staple: a cheeseburger club. What did I get instead a plain cheeseburger. When asked what happened the answer was "this is what you ordered", I said "no" I ordered a cheeseburger club, the response was well you got a cheeseburger, same thing. The bun was so stale and hard, the cheese was not melted just laid on top. The fries were so old and hard, it seemed like they took old fries and dumped them into the oil for a second then put them on my plate. The coleslaw was very old and uneatable. I could go on because there is more, but why. Never going back, they just lost a loyal customer.

Yelp
My husband and I stopped at this establishment while traveling home to PA from Maine. It is hard to find positives with this establishment. I'll start with the person at the register. He was rude. We walked up and he said name, how many!? I asked how long the wait would be and he said 5 minutes or something like that. I don't know. He had an attitude problem. When we got there, it was extremely busy since it was flooding pretty badly in the area. We have a feeling they're not used to being that busy, at least we HOPE that's the case. The wait staff was interesting. They were not friendly. We felt like we were inconveniencing them by having them do their jobs. The food was mediocre. We got burgers. It's very expensive for what you get.

Yelp
It's a diner, not a white tablecloth restaurant. But on a traffick-y ride back to NYC from MA, with gps taking us into unfamiliar territory to avoid traffic, this fit the bill perfectly. The waitress, when we told her that we were in a bit of a tie crunch, took our order and had it out very quickly. My broccoli omelette with cheese, and my husband's mushroom omelette with cheese, both were very good at a reasonable price. On the paper placemat was a statement that this is the home of the world's biggest apple turnover. I asked the waitress if it was really that big and she said yes. I asked if it was hollow or had a nice amount of apples inside and she said it was filled. So we ordered one to go. Next day we had it for lunch - and had almost half of it left that we put in a candle for my birthday and that was my "birthday cake !" I have no clue where we were, probably would need gps to find it again (somewhere in CT off of 84). But it was a good place to stop, we were in, fed, watered, pit stopped, and out in maybe 30 or 35 minutes. Our waitress said she's been there for more than 20 years. She was friendly and efficient and her help in getting us out quickly was great!

Yelp
First I have to mention the prices of the meals for what YOU GET. I would say leass the 50% from other resteraunts.. I ordered the Broiled Salmon, with a baked potatoe, cole slaw , soup, salald , and a piece of bread and butter. The bread happened to be a very large slice of Chala bread. The salmon was one of the biggest pieces I have gotten in any resteraunt and cooked to perfection. The Baked potato was perfect, and the cole slaw was amazing. For the salad, it was a typical Lettuce and tomatoe. I could not finish the meal. Cost was $16.95 plus tax. All meals seem to come with soup and salad. I had the Matza Ball soup which again was delicious. The service was excellent, the ambiance, well its a diner, but very clean. Their pastry selection was amazing as well.

Yelp
Heads up. I've been a customer of the diner for decades. The last few months every time I've ordered for pickup there's been something I've ordered missing. The 1st 2 times I gave them the benefit of a doubt and called and told them and have been given a credit for the next time. That's all changed . The last 4 times I've actually made them check the orders. All I've gotten is bad attitude from either the waitress or the man at the counter. When I explain there's been consistent problems with the orders instead of sincere apologies and offers to make things right I got attitude from the woman who then walked away! This bs is absolutely unacceptable. Long time customers don't deserve this treatment. After all this isn't a 5 star restaurant. It's a f_____g diner! Note to the rude full of attitude folks. Shape up.

Barbara W.

Yelp
The challah bread and black and white cookies are exceptional. I loved the moussaka. My husband enjoyed the matzoh ball soup. My daughter enjoyed the challah French toast. The menu is extensive. We've been customers for over thirty years. It's a great stop easy on and off Rte 84.

Yelp
Great service and the food was excellent. I had breakfast at Blue Colony Diner two days in a row- thanks!

Yelp
OMG, how is this 3 stars? The food was good, and they have decent diner coffee in big mugs. HOWEVER, they have the best house made cheese cake, by the cake, that I have ever had. For $22 you can get a 12" house made cheese cake that is 100% awesome. For $29 you can get an even bigger one. I wish i did! I also bought fresh challah bread and it was delicious.

Yelp
This is a great diner. My wife had the stuffed cabbage which had 2 large cabbage rolls plus a vegetable plus a salad and a cup of soup. I had the open roast beef sandwich which again came with two sides and a cup of soup. The prices were very reasonably and they gave you plenty of food. All the food was prepared properly. I highly recommend this diner.

Yelp
If a packed parking lot says anything about a place, it should be "great place to eat." It says just that about Blue Colony. Every plate was loaded and apparently very good as a chatty family breakfast got quiet quick, lol. I went big, lol, with the Deluxe Griddle Combo of 2 pancakes, 2 Chullah French Toast, 2 sausages and 2 bacon strips! I needed help and a take away box to clear my plate. The only thing I'd change is the breakfast links. A hefty plate needs a hefty sausage to match. Don't let the full lot turn you away; the wait is not long and worth it.

Steven P.

Yelp
Enjoyed my omelette even though it was over done. My wife couldn't finish hers as she got several pieces of eggshell in her omelette! We saw omlettes placed on table next to us and they were perfectly cooked! Having food service experience,as a waiter I would have never served our omeletts! Toast was so under toasted the butter didn't even melt!

Lola F.

Yelp
I give it three because it's just a diner. Driving thru and it's right off the highway. Very convenient. Also busy for a Friday night (despite the picture). Place is clean, service was fast, big portions (three stack of French toast was way more than I needed!). Very large so no wait. Great place if you are driving by. Seems like a lot of locals.

Yelp
My husband and I went for breakfast today. His meal was alright mine was not what I ordered. It took a while to get hold of our waitress. Since I didn't want to wait much longer for my breakfast I ordered 2 eggs with bacon and grilled tomatoes. When I finally got my meal there were eggs only no bacon. and cold sliced tomatoes again had to track down my waitress. Eventually the bacon came and not even an offer to refill my coffee. Mind you 3 weeks ago my grandson got a 3" piece of stainless steel scrubber in his meal. When paying for today's meal I complained to the owner. He told me it is busy today and if I wasn't happy with the food or service not to return. Some customer service this place offers. To say the least I won't be back here!!

Aleah W.

Yelp
Me and my family stopped here on the way to Boston; the first thing I noticed when I got out of the car was the old timey 50-60's music playing and the retro lights. I was so excited! Inside we were seated quickly, and the booths were clean but not perfect. The service was nice and the menu had a wide selection. Our food came out very quickly, and we all got BLTs. The fries were amazingly crispy and good, and the BLT was good although it had tons of lettuce. Like so much that it was kind of weird how much lettuce. On the way back from Boston, we stopped here again, and this time my BLT did not have a lot of lettuce and was much better. All in all, good spot because the food was so tasty besides the fact of the lettuce mound.

Dave M.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch, ordered the spanakopita, menu says served with soup or salad,I said I'll have it with a salad, waitress laughed, you want bread?Yes please, she came back with bread that tasted as good as it looked.Ehh Then my meal,Spanakopita large plate with a salad thrown on the plate salad dressing with three inches of oil on top,the olives were very good, the spanakopita was soggy, waitress did come by and asked how is it? I said ok,she repeated OK? And kept on walking. This was an almost ok dining experience,ONCE WAS ENOUGH FOR ME The woman at the register was about as friendly as a tick, there was a bus boy/man working with a tooth pick hanging out of his mouth and a guy in the parking lot wearing an apron working in the garden along side the parking lot! Unbelievable Like I said, once was enough for this place.

Yelp
This place is a nice little spot off of the highway. Food was amazing highly recommend the quesadilla probably one of the best I've had. Service was ok. Highly recommend
google avatar

Yelp
It was decent. Food was alright and not seasoned too much, but it was good. Waitress might've had some respiratory problems, but she was nice. The whole place had a nice retro feel. Bathroom didn't have much privacy though. Overall pretty good.

Yelp
Well on some level a dinner is dinner....however with that statement it works for me. I was in the mood for egg omelette with spinach/baked potato and ice coffee. Well that what I got which a perfect Comfort food I desired.

Yelp
Unexpected stop that became more than just eat and go place on the highway. A 24 diner that has a lot of choices of breakfast lunch dinner and dangerous desserts station only that give even more choices from doughnuts to chocolate cheesecake to blaukua to mini cakes etc. Had a mixed of breakfast omelette ham cheese to London boil...really large portions and you will take it home the extras. Definitely make a pit stop back again!!

Yelp
We have gone to Blue colony diner a few times. This last time was absolutely great, and there was so much food for the money. We will definitely return as we travel from New England to New York.

Yelp
Pastries beyond belief. We just stopped here for sweets and we're not disappointed. They had everything you could imagine.

Yelp
we recently went here with a group of friends for lunch. The only positive thing I could say is that they didn't kick us out and let us have a lot of time to talk although we did leave a big tip. The waitress took the order. She had no idea in the world what gluten-free meant and didn't do anything to make me feel like I would have a gluten-free meal. I ordered a basic salad thinking that I'd be safe there and I brought my own salad dressing from home. When I got my salad it wasn't what I ordered but I was with so many people I didn't wanna make a big deal so I basically didn't eat it and on top of that I felt I had to leave a tip . My bad , should've told the truth when she came by and said, is everything OK? I said nothing and my back was to her because of where my chair was. We had a very hard time understanding the bill we asked for separate bills which she was not happy about so she put all of our orders on one piece of paper and then when it was time to pay We had to figure out which was ours, it was scrambled and some letters and numbers weren't English . So that was really tricky because we couldn't read the handwriting so easily , so no one really lIke's their meal the only positive like I said they did not kick us out but I would never go there again and I would never recommend anyone to go there. It was really bad. I took my stuff home and I threw it in the garbage. The owner and staff didn't appear happy to see us at all. One waitress was nice but she just seated us. The one taking the order didn't understand us and we didn't understand her too well.

Yelp
When we lived in CT...all my life btw... the food at Blue Colony was hit or miss, but mostly miss. The place is typical diner which we actually like. Unfortunately, its one of the only diners or early AM breakfast places right off rte. 84 so we can hop on the highway and head back to PA after visiting family in the area. As usual- we had a lackluster breakfast. The staff is nice enough, and the food comes out fast but its the quality of food. Simple dishes like an egg sandwich with cheese (no meat because they still haven't heard of turkey sausage or turkey bacon ) and basic french toast. My spouse said the sandwich was literally next to tasteless (or hospital food to more exact). My french toast was made with overly thick challah bread and UNDERCOOKED to the point it was still wet! Not moist- just... WET. Its was inedible. I think I tried to eat 6 forkfuls and was done. I couldn't say anything to the waitress because she never came back... literally. I had to pretend to go to the restroom in order to find her and ask for the check as we waited over 15 minutes for a check after the 5 minutes it took to attempt to eat the outer edges of wet bread on my plate. Long story short. Not all diners are good - OR fast.

Gwen G.

Yelp
This was, hands down, the BEST breakfast I've ever had in my life. Absolutely delicious, fluffy challah French toast (not soggy or undercooked), perfectly crisp bacon. My husband's eggs were truly over easy. And I swear they must have read our minds when we walked in the door because our food arrived less than 5 minutes after we ordered it. Efficient service, cozy interior. Too bad we don't live nearby, I'd be there for breakfast every day. Fresh desserts and homemade challah at the counter. Was too full to try any though!

Yelp
This place is huge, open 24 hours and has TONS of choices! They have the best matzo ball soup. The pastries: it is a ridiculous amount of choices and they are all HUGE! They have everything to eat you could imagine. The staff are all friendly.

Arthur R.

Yelp
I hate to be mean but this was probably the worst food I've ever had. I don't know how they stay open at all, let alone 24 hours. The place is huge and nobody was in there except for 2 other diners and it was dinner time. Tried to order the simplest thing possible - I had a burger and my husband had meatloaf. Both were terrble and almost inedible. We only ate because we were hungry and tired. We spent close to $60 for this horrible food. The waitress was pleasant enough but moved at a snail's pace. I would stay far away from this diner, which is too bad given that it appeared to be newly renovated. Just don't know how they're staying in business.
google avatar

Jonny F.

Yelp
The drinks were mediocre at best. Lumpy milkshake hot chocolate and coffee that tasted like hot water. The actual food was okay. It tasted the same as when it's made at home almost as if they used the batter from Costco. The service was pretty good. Overall would not recommend. Your better off just eating at home.
google avatar

Yelp
Average diner conveniently located off of I-84 in CT. They serve normal diner food. Good for large groups. Service was good as well. Large parking lot.
google avatar

Sofia D.

Yelp
We had a breakfast here: Small cup of soup, Eggs Benedict, 2 sunny side up, home fries and toast. The food served fast. But unfortunately it was just not tasty.
google avatar

Jay S.

Yelp
Came here for breakfast and ordered the bacon omelette. Good size portion, eggs were good, home fries were bland and flavorless. Toast had a little butter in the center but was mostly dry. Huge cup of coffee but was never asked if we wanted to refill.

Justin F.

Yelp
I have been going here for years. I have lived here on and off, my whole life and going here since I've been able obtain thought... I am pretty sure there are new owners because in a year this place has went down hill... Prices are pretty bad (well yes the economy is bad but for the taste/look of the food hell no) yes they have so many options but most of it is gross... and not edible once reheat. I am a service dog handler and have had a service dog since birth. I have never had a issue there... I came back after a year and was asked for a card for my service dog... The ADA doesn't have license for service dogs. They are required to follow the ADA law- and only are aloud to ask two questions (They ask for license and registration, then treat me like shit) The server even had a public conversation in front of everyone about asking to not to have us as a table... The waffle with chocolate chips-- FYI the chocolate chip are on top, not in it so it is like a chocolate spread... gross yes. Food is only good not sober... or its 12am! While yes it looks the same at has... with no change of carpet, chairs but the food and baking goods did... and for the best of me to say it is now not even worth it or edible sith the cost, taste, look and the way the treat customers. Truly miss the old folks, and if they still work there but it is now this bad... well please turn it around again!!! Gross will not be returning, so happy there is oneless places to eat in are small town!

Susan F.

Yelp
Convenient stop along I-84. That's the high point. Service was lackluster as was the food. A corned beef sandwich was ordered on rye- came on white that was falling apart and was super dry. Hubby's eggs were overdone and his toast underdone. Awful coffee. We'll be looking for another rest stop.

Yelp
Stopped by for dinner on our way home from a get away. Just read that this place was good (a post by i95 radio) The place was clean, the restrooms were clean. The breakfast food was good. The roast beef panini was AWFUL. Thick sliced overcooked roast beef that was tough and gray in color. The old school crinkle cut French fries were limp, not well done as ordered. Matzo ball soup was AWFUL. The broth was only warm and had a poor taste. The Matzo balls were yellow on the outside and light on the inside. Didn't taste like Matzo balls at all. The deserts looked amazing but didn't dare try them. Has this place changed ownership? Will not return unless we want standard breakfast food. The 2 stars because it appears clean. The staff is as friendly.

Yelp
The Blue Colony is one of our favorite spots to stop at on the long drives between New England and New York! We discovered this hidden gem a few trips ago, and ever since then, it's been a must-stop spot on our road trip adventures! The food is pretty standard diner fare, but the menu is sizable, and there is something for everyone. I always tend to order an omelet, and I haven't been disappointed! Go for the Italian Omelet, stuffed with sausage, tomato, onion, and gooey mozzarella cheese, or the California Omelet with a refreshing dose of avocado. If you're in the mood for something more savory, be sure to check out the Matzo Ball Soup - a steaming and flavorful bowl of chicken broth with pillowy matzo balls - the best pick me up after a long drive! But the crown jewel of Blue Colony has to be the house made challah bread. Oh my GOD this is the stuff that dreams are made of. Seriously, a 3 hour car ride to this place is worth it for the soft, eggy, tantalizing bread. They'll give it to you in a basket, fresh from the oven and slathered in butter, or you can order it toasted to complement a breakfast dish or piled high as part of one of their decadent incarnations of French Toast. I haven't tried the French Toast yet, but when we return, I have my sights set on that for sure. They also sell it by the loaf as well, so you can take it home and savor it even after memories of your meal fade. So the next time you're driving through Connecticut, be sure to venture off the highway for some amazing diner grub (and challah) at the Blue Colony diner!

Yelp
Very large menu, lots of specials and cuisines galore. We had stuffed cabbage, shiskabobs, a thanksgiving plate. All were very large and covered the plates.

Yelp
Always enjoyed this place unfortunately my last visit was not good. Ordered roast beef club and the meat was all end of the cut mostly grizzle and fat. Why the cook decided that serving this to a paying customer makes me think what else they would feel is acceptable. $80 bill for 3 orders of pancakes 2 being child sizes without any meat or sizes and a quesadilla platter is a bit much. Pastries looked great but that's about it. Very sad day
