Lovely chef’s tasting menu. Each dish was infused with Caribbean flavors and ingredients. Everything was exceptional, including the service. One person in our party has a severe fish and seafood allergy and they adapted the tasting menu to accommodate. Such a great find!

First off, please don’t pick this restaurant if you are expecting large portions! This place is about the flavor profile! The beauty of combining various flavor profiles in to a delectable dish. It’s a tasting menu, not a let’s feed our child nuggets and give us large portions of fish or beef. This place is low key eclectic with its own quirks. I would say from a flavor profile it was almost on par with French Laundry Caribbean style, again low key fine dining. It allowed you to taste the delicacies of what the island offers from cassava, plantains, wahoo, among other items. Yes, it’s expensive! Yes it’s worth the price if you enjoy experimenting with your flavor pallet! We had decent service! Again, you’re on an island, it’s laid back and respectful. It saddens me to read reviews when patrons complain about price and size of dish but no one actually made comments if they even understood what was put in front of them. How much time and effort it took to mix that one dish in to what it is. We also really enjoyed a great conversation with the head chef at the end. We did not have any issues with the wait staff or timing of our meals or service.

This was probably the best meal we had in St Thomas. The service was great, the food was delicious. Just a great experience overall. It salvaged some of our dinner experiences on island as good food felt hard to find.

Really love what Chef Benji and his team are doing at Blue Eleven. We opted for the 7-course menu sitting at the Chefs table to watch each meal being prepped. The staff were wonderful! We asked a lot of questions about each course and how it was prepped you could tell the team took pride in perfectly plating each course. Chef Benji is elevating local cuisine with amazing sauces and unique ways to present their local food. Sooo many favorites from the evening .. the cheesy lobster with coconut biscuit, the green banana mash (SO delicious), the doughnut at the end but the boiled Halibut with passion fruit sauce (oh my!!) in a cassava foam may have been my favorite. Thank you for such a wonderful and unique evening!!! Bravo!!!!

This place is an amazing experience! The food has so many different flavors paired so beautifully with one another. The staff are all very nice and if you sit at the counter to watch the chefs they really draw you in to bring your dining experience to another level. This is a magnificent tasting experience i would love to do over and over again!

Incredible food, service & atmosphere! The vibes and energy were great. It was fun watching them cook (if you choose to sit at high top). We got 7-course with a drink each, and it was perfect. My fiancé and I ate here to celebrate our 5 years, and because of the great reviews, I chose Blue 11. They won’t disappoint, and we’re excited to try Indigo4 (sister restaurant) for brunch on Sunday before we head home :) Thanks for a great experience…and Chef Elroy, if you’re reading this, we’re the couple that talked about hollandaise sauce and risotto lol! You’re a great man, don’t ever change and also keep on singing! It’s good for the soul.. and so is good food ;)

What an incredible dining experience. We enjoyed our food so much we forgot to take photos. The service was spectacular. The presentation was wonderful. The food was out of this world delicious. This was a gem of our experience in St. Thomas.

Update July 2025 We overnighted on St. Thomas to be able to dine at Blue 11 on our way to St. John and the BVIs. It was THAT good last year! It was THAT good again this year! As noted in my last review, our plan going in was to not eat all day so we could enjoy the 11-course chefs tasting menu. So glad we did! 11 perfectly executed small plates, each one fantastic on its own, but as an almost two-hour presentation, heaven on a plate! The restaurant itself is very nice, cool bar area in the back. Nice dining area. But, counter seating is where it's at for a front row seat into the kitchen. Staff is first rate, fun, happy, on the ball! IGNORE reviews complaining about prices and portion sizes! Those are simply IGNORant folks who didn't check out the place before dining there. Blue 11 is foodie, gastro perfection. Pricey yes, small portions yes, but for those who truly appreciate fine dining and expecting a chef's talent, this is a must do in St. Thomas. Easily one of the top two or three restaurants in the USVIs! Simply outstanding! Highly recommend! March 2024 We dined at Blue 11 in St. Thomas, USVI, before a recent sailing adventure. It surpassed all expectations. We arrived when they opened and were the first to be seated. We chose to sit at the "Chef's Counter" so we could watch all the action in the kitchen first-hand. We had eaten earlier in the day, so we opted for the 7-course chef's tasting menu. What a gastro experience! If 10 stars were possible, Blue 11 would earn all 10!!! (Next time we won't eat all day to allow for the 11-course extravaganza! LOL). The service was awesome, the staff super friendly, and the chef and his staff interacted with us all evening. We started the evening with cocktails. A sorrel margherita (the Virgin Islands have their own version of this cultivated spice) and a cosmopolitan. When the drinks were finished, we opted for Eroica Reisling as a good pairing of what we understood the menu for the evening would be. It turned out to be a good choice. After dinner, we capped the evening with a Bushwacker frozen cocktail which was delicious as well. The courses served were as follows: tuna tartare atop a habanero-cucumber sauce; poached Caribbean lobster on an herb-cheese sauce with a coconut biscuit; deconstructed calaloo soup; NY steak with green banana-white cheddar cheese puree, tamarind glaze, and sweet pepper jam; poached halibut with a passion fruit sauce, served on a casaba foam; jerked chicken with plantain gnocchi, sour cream sauce, basil oil, and spicy annato aioli; and, homemade donut with whipped cream, powered sugar, espresso ice cream and guava sauce. The couple seated next to us opted for the 9-course meal, and the wife could eat her 8th course, so we also were able to taste a combination of conch, king mackerel, and onion sauce. If it all sounds delicious, it was! It was a fantastic meal, great setting, and a wonderful time! We will definitely return to Blue 11! Highly recommend Blue 11 on St. Thomas!

Yelp
What a great evening at Blue 11! The entire staff is super friendly and works tirelessly to ensure a great guest experience. We opted to be "surprised" by each of our 9 courses but they also have 7 and 11 course options. Be aware that it is not an inexpensive meal but totally worth it. Despite the small serving sizes, you also do actually get quite a bit of food as we all left very satisfied. Each course was well composed, flavorful, and thoughtful in preparation. If I had to find something to be picky about it would be to have a little more texture/crunch across the menu. There were lots of unique sauces and flavor juxtapositions but most were softy and/or creamy in texture. Otherwise it was fantastic. Sit at the bar if you can so you can watch the precision and execution as they prepare your meal. Definitely a 5 star meal experience!!!

Yelp
This was easily my best meal on St Thomas. Oh my. This food was absolutely incredible, such a creative interpretation of local cuisines, the chef is a real star. Ambiance was great, food was incredible, and the staff was extremely friendly, even giving us some new fruit picked fresh that we hadn't tried before. HIGHLY highly recommend if you're visiting

Susan S.

Yelp
A hidden gem! This is place for foodies! We had the nine course dinner with wine pairings and it was just wonderful. Sitting at the counter, we had such an epicurean experience. Each course was presented like artwork, with detailed explanations of the food and pairing. The passion and pride that goes into the food comes out in the flavors of each dish. They love what they do here! Absolutely worth the price!

Yelp
Talk about a paradigm shift. From the outside. we weren't sure the place was even open, then we get inside and have one of the finest meals EVER!!! The tasting menu is out of this world. 7 courses, each with artistic flare that would rival the best restaurants in NY & LA. The chef, Elroy, takes pride in his offerings. The wait staff, never missed a step and they were personable and knowledgeable. If you only had 1 night to dine in St. Thomas, make this restaurant your choice. You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
Food fine Portion sizes were much too small regardless if it is considered tapas or a "tasting menu" Ordered seven course meal ... it took more than one (1) hour for the first two (2) courses and three (3) plus hours for the full meal. I believe I burned more calories waiting for food than eating food. I am 100% ok with the caribbean vibe and low key approach. I am not ok with the price for seven morsels of food over three plus hours. I wish the best for anyone who decides to take a chance at the restaurant.

Sam P.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible, and the service was amazing. Merry Christmas to the crew and wish the best to the chef!

Yelp
This is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had!! The service is top notch, everyone is super friendly and informative, the vibe is nice/fancy but also really fun and chill, the wine list has a nice price range (from $30/bottle) and the food is just out of this world. Every dish we had was truly better than the last, I kept thinking they can't outdo that last bite and then they did!! It really everything you can hope for. I thought the pricing was very fair as well at $131 for 11 courses that were a good size for this type of meal. If you are in the area and can stop by you won't be disappointed! *online it might say no availability but if you call you can usually get in

Yelp
We came here for our 46th anniversary. It was an amazing experience. They played music celebrating and honoring anniversaries. We were presented with a card from the staff wishing us happy anniversary. Our server also presented us with a complimentary glass of Champagne and toast! The cuisine was fabulous spotlighting local and indigenous fruits, vegetables and dishes of the Caribbean. The menu offers a two tasting sampler offerings at a flat rate or you can order from the menu à la cart. We did the à la cart menu since to us it was more affordable. We shared a Whelks & Rice appetizer, I had the filet mignon medallions with a guavaberry sauce, my husband had the Wagu Beef Short Ribs. We shared the dessert a. Beignet.with local favor ice cream and sauce. Our dishes were delicious especially the short ribs & appetizer. We asked to meet the Chef to express our delight and appreciation for the marvelous dinner and celebration of our 46th anniversary. He came before we left and we were able to thank him personally for a memorable experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and the staff was most welcoming and hospitable. We highly recommend for that special occasion , be aware this was an Expensive $$$$$, undertaking for us but worth the saving up for !

Yelp
This island gem forced me to elevate my thinking about what a Michelin restaurant should be. The tasing menu was delicious from start to finish without the stuffiness and judgement of what a typical Michelin is judged upon. Wine paired very well with every dish. Chef ensures local staples are incorporated in the flavors. Rising above any restaurant at which I have ever eaten. The restaurant walls and finishings are taken back to bare bones so the that the focus is on the food and not the "shine" of the space. Well placed artwork and an artistic mural warms the space. I wanted to "help" give advice about how to get them to Michelin status but then realized that is far away from what they are aiming for here...Blue 11 stands alone with what they accomplish here on the islands.... they achieved far beyond what Michelin could ever imagine...or rate. Very very very well done...although you will never need my yelp review. Some may not get it no matter how clearly you present it and I am sure that is very ok with you and maybe even revered.

Yelp
Not too bad. Not too bad at all... In actuality, this is true, gourmet, Caribbean cuisine- and the first time we've ever experienced such a thing. Who knew... So let's start with the food. It's a Chef's tasting menu- and that's part of the fun. You can choose the number of courses you want to indugle in, and go from there. In terms of faves, that butter poached halibut- a crowd pleasure and a guaranteed winner. I've never tasted anything like it- in a good way. So, so creative... I mean all of the dishes we had were at least tasty... so a good culinary experience all-around. But now on to the not so perfect part of the experience. Starting with the ambiance... Not so high-end. Not so great. The service- a bit too casual. A bit too efficient. And why don't you have menus? That's just plain stupid. And finally, the price. Even with 9 courses, we weren't necessarily that full. But you wouldn't be able to tell based on the check. Crazy expensive. We don't regret going though. It's nice to fancy-pants it on an island every now and again. But you're gonna pay for it.

Yelp
It has been a long time since Ive been able to do a proper tasting, and I'm glad Blue 11 was able to accommodate us. The menu changes so pay attention as they will list out all courses we had a choice of a 7, 9, or 11 course tasting. We both did a 9 course tasting, which was enough for me to be full. The cuisine is absolutely exquisite, most of the dishes were a Caribbean inspired/ deconstructed version elevated to the max. Everything from the plating to even the smallest of accompaniments on the plate were perfectly executed. An interesting dish that i wont forget was a halibut with foamed cassava and passionfruit butter, one of the most perfectly balanced and plate-licking delicious dish I have ever had. Hands down one of the best restaurants I have been to. Just a note, the tastings are quite expensive at the time of this review (~$120 for a 9 course per person) but the bold and unique flavors that this place boasts would put any foodie on cloud nine. The plates are quite small, so i would recommend at least a 9 course to get a full meal. If we ever visit St. Thomas again, I will be returning here without a doubt.
google avatar

Justine B.

Yelp
Do not miss Blue 11 it is a must to do in St.Thomas. Experience of a lifetime. You will want to lick the plate and feel free to do so! Every plate was as spectacular as the next. Chef Benjy is an outstanding Chef and artist for sure. The hospitality is impeccable! Service is amazing! The restaurant is so inviting you feel like home with a romantic vibe. Sit at the counter and watch the magic as they prepare your meal! You will not walk away hungry! I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. If you miss this one you have missed the totally taste and experience of the true Carribean in St. Thomas

Yelp
It's worth the trip to this place. Did the tasting menu and glad we did Will definitely come back for the food and service

Yelp
Absolutely incredible. My fiancé and I came here the night of the day that I proposed to her. They made us a card to celebrate the occasion. That's just a testament to the incredible service and hospitality that the staff and resturant exhibit as a whole. For the food, we did the 11 course tasting menu and it was immaculate. My fiancé and I are no strangers to fine dining. We live near Los Angeles, California and dine at many Michelin star resturant. Blue 11 easily ranks among the best 2 star Michelin resturants. The food Progression during the tasting menu is thoughtful and pairs flavors that contrast excellently with the content of each meal. For example, one of the dishes was a friend flying fish with mango and sweet gastritis sauce. The acidity of the mango and gastritis cut through the fatty oils of the fried fish and just made a heavenly medley of flavor and textures in our mouths. If you are looking for a unique dining experience reminiscent of Michelin caliber resturants, then look no further than Blue 11!

Mica A.

Yelp
This restaurant provides a very intimate setting to have a meaningful dinner! Food came out relatively fast and plates were cleared once course was finished. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a memorable experience!

Robert L.

Yelp
Woa woa woa If Michelin came to the USVI, this restaurant would definitely get a star or two. Every dish in our 7 course tasting menu was amazing! Creative, fresh, dare I say: Brilliant. The ambiance could use some help, but the staff is equal to the task and our experience was lovely. This is an expensive night out, but well worth the price.
google avatar

Joe P.

Yelp
The best place on earth. Sit at the cooks counter and watch the action. It's ne of the best three meals I have had.

Xingying R.

Yelp
Best taste among all restaurants in St Thomas and St John combined. It is a tasting-style, similar to Omakase, which is serving by courses. You got to pick 7/9/11 courses. Expected $110-140 per person at minimum, but definitely worth the price. The restaurant isn't that pretty... but the taste is amazing. Blue 11 is really good at making sauces. Have tried same Tuna tartar at La Tapas and Cabernet mushroom at Prime at Paradise point, not even comparable. Blue 11 definitely worths #1 in my heart.
google avatar

Mikey M.

Yelp
Every single item on this fixed tasting menu was a five out of five star plate Every single item was a burst of flavor texture and magnificently pleasing to the eye No fancy view or crazy cool ambience but hands down the best food on the island Definitely not cheap but worth every penny if you have the money to spend

Aaron G.

Yelp
Chef Benji has created one of the best tasting and most unique food experiences I've had the pleasure of taking part in. My partner and I went here for our anniversary and decided to do the 11 course meal. It was absolutely worth doing 11 courses. The food is absolutely delicious and each course that was offered had its own unique flavors. They were also able to cater to any dietary requests we had, and they were able to make every course gluten free upon request. The staff is amazing, if possible try to sit at the chef's counter as you can interact with the staff much more and they'll tell you details about each dish. The restaurant is gorgeous and takes extra care to ensure that the guests have a pleasurable fine dining experience. One of my favorite dining experiences ever, this is a must-go if visiting the island.
google avatar

Diwakar S.

Yelp
Food was excellent, but the 7 course meal is about 2.5 to 3 hrs. I cannot imagine doing the 9 or 11 course. I like the restaurant and service except the duration between courses.
google avatar

Alice P.

Yelp
A culinary delight. Wonderful food. Incredibibly welcoming and gracious people. Do you pallete a favor and don't miss this treat.
google avatar

Paul V.

Yelp
We had an amazing experience at Blue Eleven... ordered the eleven course tasting menu and each item was delicious, innovative, and beautifully presented. As other reviewers note this is easily up there with Michelin restaurant cuisine we have had and has all the trappings of high end French cuisine with a strong influence of the local/regional Caribbean flavors. Service was friendly and attentive and the wines the staff recommended were on point. Will definitely return next time we visit the USVI!
google avatar

Cyndi W.

Yelp
WOW Can't say enough about it. The food is absolutely amazing. The experience provided by Jerry, Moses & the Chef was out of this world. They put together a great tasting menu. Best food we've ever had. Check them out for a special night out! You can make reservations on open table.
google avatar

Samantha O.

Yelp
One of the best dinning experiences I've ever had. They had the option of a 7 or 9 course meal tonight and we went with the 7. They gave us complimentary non alcoholic shots filled with minerals and good vitamins to start. We got a bottle of whispering angel. The service was phenomenal. I definitely recommend sitting at the bar instead of at a table to see them cook and interact. The courses were all 11/10 and the pictures speak for themselves. Absolutely amazing meal and experience.
google avatar

Kristel T.

Yelp
Wow! Simply amazing and in my opinion a "can't miss" stop while visiting. First, I want to address a few of the negative comments 1 either portions have gotten larger or some people eat A LOT OF FOOD at one sitting. I had the 7 course and left stuffed! Couldn't finish dessert. We got to know the staff, spoke with kindness and really felt a connection with everyone that worked there. Maybe kindness kills and that made a difference. Of course they have a kitchen, how else could they cook?! No, I'm not a food critic but I do know good food. It's not McDonald's so no fry station or microwave if that's what your looking for. They do now have an à la cart menu as well as the tasting menu. The food is top notch! If you're a foodie, you've found your place, if you like chain restaurants keep driving. They are all chefs, not cooks. Every bite we had was amazing, the food and service was some of the best we've ever had. Oh yes, one other negative review feedback, they do indeed have an indoor ladies restroom, very clean and nice tp
google avatar

Monica J.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible best restaurant on the island! Must do the tasting menu!! Completely unique, delicious and amazing! Every dish was phenomenal! Beyond amazing friendly full descriptive service!
google avatar

Michael M.

Yelp
Great atmosphere I recommend doing the local tasting menu. Food was very good, but this is a pricey Restaurant.$$$ great place for an anniversary dinner or a special occasion. They have a very nice wine selection. The only downside was the air conditioning inside the restaurant needs to run colder because there were a lot of people eating inside

Jennifer H.

Yelp
This spot is a lot of fun. I would give it 5 stars for service alone. Everyone touches the table and is incredibly friendly and not overbearing at all. Fine dining and absolutely zero pretentiousness. Great original spins on on Caribbean favorites. Check them out.
google avatar

Jordan L.

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful meal that was worth every penny. I'm still daydreaming about every dish. We travel for food, that's what makes us happy, and afterward my wife and I were trying to figure out when the last time we had ever had a meal this well prepared, and we're still thinking on that answer. The scallop was without question perfectly cooked. What's also amazing is that they will work with dietary restrictions and still provide an amazing experience. The table next to us was vegetarian, and we couldn't eat raw meat (tuna tartare was the first course) and they adapted to both of those restrictions well. The ambience is nothing notable but who cares when the food tastes like this.
google avatar

Jonathon J.

Yelp
If you enjoy a high end tasting menu, then I highly recommend visiting Blue 11 for an evening adventure. They have a 7, 9 and 11 course tasting menu. I selected 9 with wine pairings. It. Was. Amazing! The food, pairings, service and music made the evening magical. If you're in the area and want a truly special treat, check out this restaurant.
google avatar

Alexandra B.

Yelp
Wow wow!! Grateful we had the chance to have dinner at this beautiful restaurant. The servers and whole kitchen staff were amazing. Very knowledgeable and passionate about what they are serving. I can confidently say, this is the first tasting menu I've had that I wanted nothing but more. Each dish is well thought out and has a wonderful story behind it. Short rib and halibut dishes were my favorite but the rest come in a close second. Highly recommend getting the 11 dishes.
google avatar

Doug S.

Yelp
Best meal I've ever had in the USVIs, and certainly one of the best meals I've ever had anywhere. A true dining experience.
google avatar

Sonia H.

Yelp
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! This is a must do experience when in St. Thomas. On recommendation, my husband and I decided to have dinner at Blue 11. The chefs story is great and the reviews were high. We were blown away! You can choose up to 11 courses, we chose 9. Fabulous food!! My favorite was the butter poached halibut in a casava foam w/guava. Words cannot describe the amazing taste. The food was wonderful and the staff give a wonderful experience.

Veik S.

Yelp
The food, wine pairing and service is excellent! We chose the 9 course meal but look forward to trying the entire 11 course menu- I cannot wait to return. My only disappointment is the ambiance and decor of the restaurant. It does not match the presentation of the food and unfortunately, waters down the classiness/elegance of the restaurant. The color and poorly painted walls and cheap wall hangings has to go.
google avatar

Kobra E.

Yelp
Overall experience was great. Service was on point and the waiters didn't wast anytime on getting to you. The time between each dish is just enough so the taste of what you just ate is gone so the pallet is clear for something else. The food doesn't seem like a lot but by time you hit number 7 you will start feeling a little full. Drinks were great they were not watered down and wasn't to strong where it seems like the flavor is out the door and all you have is rum in a cup. Now for the food. Overall it was awesome. Everything was cooked properly with no problems. The spicy jerked chicken was as said spicy and full of flavor. Every dish had its own unique flavors and sauces.

John M.

Yelp
This restaurant was absolutely amazing. I could give it a 6 if that rating was possible. The 7,9,or 11 course tasting was very nicely done. Sit at the bar and watch food prepared and chat with staff. So many amazing dishes and complimentary foods from multiple fish, shell fish, beef to the dessert course with a homemade donut and ice cream. It's a bit pricey but frankly a 3 hour dinner was worth the experience!!
google avatar

Charity R.

Yelp
If you are in St Thomas this place is a MUST stop for their delicious tasting menu. Every course was amazing and the blend of flavors was like an explosion of taste to the palate. Be sure to make a reservation though as it is cozy and intimate. Our group of 8 sat at the bar to enjoy the 9 plate tasting menu with a fabulous bottle of cab franc. I half heartedly joked that I was going to lick the plate after each tasting, then I heard a complete stranger at the end of the bar say the same thing a minute later. Sitting at the bar also offered a first hand view to watch the chefs create their magic and I won't mention the fabulous scents that pleasure the nose and tease the tummy for what's to come. Enjoy the pics!
google avatar

Sin L.

Yelp
I just had the best meal of my life at this place. We were lucky enough to get a counter seat with full view of the magicians in the kitchen. We opted for the 9 course dinner, and I can't say what was best, everything was perfectly delicious in its own way. If you.come to St. Thomas and don't eat here, you are missing out an amazing experience.
google avatar

Kate S.

Yelp
Hands down the best dining experience on St. Thomas. First things first - this is fine dining and only serves tasting menus. This means highly conceptualized courses served in a meaningful progression. This isn't everyone's cup of tea, which is why you see some negative reviews about this place. You will not find a burger and fries here. But what you will get here is extremely attentive service and a very tasty coursed meal with artistically plated courses derived from classic West Indies cuisine. We have enjoyed a special dinner here once a year since they opened and they have always impressed. They recently expanded so it's a little more airy, less cramped, and has a bathroom on site. Pro tip: we love sitting at the chef's counter to watch the carefully choreographed movements of the kitchen staff moving as one to prepare food. It's dinner and a show.
google avatar

Susy G.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic! Went last night not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised especially as the courses were mouth watering dishes. No menus just an explanation of of each dish. Option to order 7, 9, or 11 courses. We sat at the bar and loved it. Service was wonderful with all the servers working to make your experience perfect! Place is not to be missed!!
google avatar

D P.

Yelp
The absolute best local food prepared and served by people who care about each dish and will tell you it's connection to the islands. Well worth the evening. Truly one of the best spots for locally prepared food that is scrumptious! Don't miss out on this place. If you can only go to a few places, this should be one of your top choices!

Yelp
This was probably the best meal I have ever had in my life. We ordered the 9 course tasting menu and every single course was delicious, without a single complaint. Our server, Jerry, was phenomenal and the entire staff was extremely friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to come back.

Yelp
I called and the app confirmed my reservation. The restaurant didn't even have a kitchen. Don't waste your time.

Yelp
By far the best restaurant we went to in St Thomas. We got the 11 course meal and every dish was delicious and unique. Highly recommend getting all 11 courses if you go to Blue 11. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. The only thing we regret is not doing the wine pairing option (next time we will for sure). We've eaten at plenty of Michelin star restaurants at home and Blue 11 competes with the best of them. If you are staying in St Thomas and love food you cannot miss out on Blue 11.

Yelp
Before I start, I should mention that this restaurant has only a tasting menu and our bill for two including wine pairings came to nearly $500 with tip. Given that , both Kate and I agreed that the meal was definitely worth it (although we can't afford to do it often ). Each dish was well conceived, perfectly cooked and amazingly plated. The service was excellent and the ambiance was nice

Yelp
This restaurant was so amazing, I want to make sure they have a great presence online. The owners Benji and Shameka (I hope I spelled their names right) make the restaurant a truly delightful experience. The only marketing they are doing right now is through word of mouth.... and they are already doing a great job. The restaurant is packed, you will definitely need a reservation! Let me first say, it is a tasting menu with either four or seven courses, and optional wine pairings to match your meals. According to Benji, the restaurant's ever changing menu is meant to "surprise and delight" by infusing local flavors into combinations you may not expect! The food here was so good, I came back two nights in a row, just so I could be sure!! Also, service on STT, can be a hit or a miss, but their professionally trained staff is a hit! Kerry and Gary really elevated my experience both nights and the young woman the second night was incredibly sweet... she beamed happy energy. I won't comment on exactly what I ate... because when you come, you will have something completely different. But be prepared, your taste buds will be taken on the journey of a lifetime!

Yelp
The best! I went to Caribbean Fish market and The Easterly (the food and service was good there too) but Blue 11 was AMAZING! Top notch service. Delicious food. Can't ask for anything more. I will recommend this place over and over again
