Another fantastic hole-in-a-wall! Cozy place, fast service and awesome pancakes! Amazing how they managed to cook the pancakes just right (considering how thick it is), with just the right crispness on top and fluffiness inside! Good thing we got there early. By the time we finished our breakfast, there was a line up outside.

We came here for some thick fluffy pancakes since the spot we were originally aiming for was over booked. Cash only, and you can't enter with a party of 5+. We had 5 so had to walk in with 2 first, then the other 3. You also must order a drink (tea, coffee) with your meal. A lot of weird rules it seems, but once you're settled in the staff are kind and the food is good. Cool aesthetic, they were playing 70's rock. Not a bad spot to stop if you're just looking to get your fix for a thick pancake.

Blue Fir Cafe – Lovely Experience We had a really nice time at Blue Fir Cafe. The atmosphere was cozy, the service was warm, and the food was both charming and delicious. The heart-shaped pancake was not only adorable but perfectly fluffy, with thoughtful details like the heart-shaped butter and delicate whipped cream. A great spot for a relaxing treat!

Second time today as we’re neighbors. Not exactly fluffy pancake, more than a fluffy fluffy crepe. Delicious. Gracious service. Relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Will be back!

Wonderful pancakes made with love. You feel a beautiful energy of the owners. The music of Eric Clapton was totally lovely. We didn't wait in line. And started a very happy day! 💜😄

Excellent fluffy pancakes! It's a small place. No parties over 4 ppl. No kids under 5. Two fluffy pancakes options, and they were delicious 😋. It's worth waiting, and once you order, it's like 25 min wait.

If you don’t want to wait in line for the fluffy pancakes at other locations, stop in here and get seated right away. Fluffy pancakes were good, but not the best we had in Japan. Coy little spot. Friendly staff.

i would give this place 6 stars if i could, i don’t even know where to start. the atmosphere inside is so cozy and welcoming, i practically want to move in. the place is sort of dimly lit, and they have such nice music playing, beatles and the wallflowers make the ambiance that much nicer. and the ladies who work there are so friendly and kind. now to the most important part, the food. they have a pretty small menu but that’s not a problem, because everything on it has been amazing so far. the pancakes are perfection and all of the topping variations are wonderful. finally, the selection of drinks is great, from yummy hot tea to milk tea to coffee. they even have cute little miniature pitchers that hold just enough cream for a cup. the attention to detail overall makes this spot a staple !!
