No one should go. The rooms are very dirty. The pool is muddy... The bathroom is very dirty. There is not even a lid to close the toilet... A single person cannot even sleep in a single bed. They give two small beds together to families. No one should go to this place.Please dont look at this place.

Do not beleive the pictures of the hôtel on internet. They have been taken years ago. It needs a big refresh, airco is not working, shower is broken, the swimming pool is super dirty i would not put a finger in it. I could have accept all of this considering the low price of the place BUT how was my surprise when I saw the bill on the table for 2 nights. More than twice the price that was indicated on booking! More than 60 dollars. Owner was quite confused on the explanation... apparently we had the best room of the hotel...without view, without balcony on so on... compare to the other rooms. I am in holiday so i didn't waste my time to argue with him and paid. I should have book online to avoid this. If this is the way they treat tourist...Don't go to this place.

Nice location. Great view for room Number 11. Amazing swimming pool. But bathroom needs some urgent repairs.

Maintained well property , pool is an advantage. Could have been better if they can address the issues faster and better. Frequent WiFi issues, no room amenities.

I had a wonderful experience at Blue Haven Guest House. The hospitality was exceptional, making me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Moreover, the affordable rates added great value to the overall experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a welcoming atmosphere without breaking the bank. 😎

Great value place to stay for Kandy. Very peaceful, green setting in the hills just above town. We'd walk into town in the morning, catch a tuk tuk back at night (it's a bit remote for walking after dark; tuk tuks are super easy way to nip about!). Really friendly and helpful staff - they looked after train tickets sent to me before we arrived. Friendly budget place with a great breakfast and a small but serviceable pool. A real bargain!

Bathroom fittings are bad. Access to location not practical for big vehicles. Paid same rate for driver room also. No water provided. Only point considered is cheap rooms.

Bit difficult to access and limited parking next to road side . We got a room in 3 floor and had to handle our baggage alone. No lifts . Room was prepared , but wasn't that clean . They had old bed wrappings from OYO Kandy. However the bed was very spacious and they provide us with another bed since we requested a triple room. Bathroom was clean and dry . But they didn't provide towels and toiletries. Upon request they provided two towels, which we didn't feel comfortable to use . They were bit old and looked odd. No hot water at first. And we had to go to another room to wash our kids. However they fixed it the next day. No racks to hold the towels and clothes inside the bathroom. It was so uncomfortable since we had to use the door hinge to hang our towel while taking a bath. WiFi strength was so low . We didn't feel like using the pool cause it appeared not been cleaned for a while. Staff was friendly and they apologised for the inconvenience. Overall, not happy at all .. and will not recommend this to anyone. Plus there are so many well maintained places around for the same price range.
