25 Best Things to Do in Bermuda | Condé Nast Traveler

"Bermuda’s west end might be home to some of its most beloved beaches , but its east end boasts some of the island's most pristine green spaces. Next door to the Walsingham Nature Preserve, and just around the corner from Grotto Bay Beach Resort, is the Blue Hole Park, named for the blue hole at its center—a 12-acre destination for swimming, cliff-jumping, and cave exploring. (The swimming hole itself, framed by mangroves and teeming with bright fish, is your final destination.) Entry to Blue Hole is free, and because it’s relatively secluded, it tends to be frequented mostly by locals." - Katherine Cusumano

Blue Hole Park, Hamilton Parish, Bermuda - Park Review | Condé Nast Traveler

"So, can you tell us a little about this place? Bermuda’s west end might be home to some of its most beloved beaches , but its east end boasts some of the island's most pristine green spaces. Next door to the Walsingham Nature Preserve, and just around the corner from Grotto Bay Beach Resort, is the Blue Hole Park, named for the blue hole at its center—a 12-acre destination for swimming, cliff-jumping, and cave exploring. Speaking of exploring—what should we check out? The swimming hole itself, framed by mangroves and teeming with bright fish, is your final destination. There’s also a small nearby beach that can occasionally get crowded. How easy is it to find? As you head toward the Causeway from the west, Blue Hole is located just off the last right turn before the bridge—a left, if you’re coming from the airport or St. George’s. The only challenge is finding it in the first place—once you’re there, you’re there. All said and done, what—and who—is this best for? Entry to Blue Hole is free, and because it’s relatively secluded, it tends to be frequented mostly by locals. If, somehow, you’re suffering from beach fatigue, Blue Hole should be your next swimming destination." - Katherine Cusumano

Absolutely wonderful place! Easy walk into a secluded lagoon that makes you feel like you entered another world. Took a swim jumping off the short cliff, beautiful water, and some small caves nearby. Lovely park.

Wow! Stunning park next to the ocean to walk and explore. The blue hole itself is gorgeous and was fun to jump off the cliffs. There is no cost to enter the park and no cost to jump into and swim in the blue hole. Definitely a must see if you’re visiting Bermuda. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a bit of a lengthy walk and there are no directional signs - but don’t give up, because once you find it- it’s so worth it!

One of the spots in our tour that caught me off guard guard. The park is full of wonderful things: caves and a blue water lagoon. We did some jumping into the the lagoon. Water was refreshing. Must visit.

I think this place is definitely worth a visit. Continue the path north east to reach the blue hole. It has a viewing platform where you can leave your stuff and get changed. And then walking around the perimeter there are different spots where you can dive at different heights. Be careful on the last spot from where you can dive as on the left side of it on the water there is a pipe. I’ve also seen beautiful massive red crabs in the area. On the park before getting in the viewing platform there is also a waterloo.

Hard to get to, walking by the side of the road with no sidewalk. Interesting little caves, and a water hole to swim in, but you enter off a viewing deck where there are 30 other people crowded. Pretty if you just want to meander before/ after the caves or the Swizzle Inn.

Lovely place to hike . We went here when we couldn't get into Crystal Caves because of the lines. Really lovely hikes through the forest with caves and lagoons scattered throughout.
