Our group visited the Gardens and Butterfly Garden close to the resort. The gardens are beautiful and offer a variety of garden styles and plants to enjoy. The butterfly garden is not large, but there was a good variety of butterflies in abundant numbers. It was lots of fun to try to catch that perfect photo! This is a lovely spot if you want to get away from the city for a while. This was our first visit so we didn’t know what to expect. I saw on the map that there was a butterfly garden and was surprised to find a large garden area also. It wasn’t nearly as busy as the animal viewing area so it really makes for a good change of pace.

Clean, well kept national park. The pavilion and pathways are well kept. The Bahamas National Trust has done an excellent job of making these blue holes accessible and accommodating to both locals and visitors alike. Make sure you jump in the blue hole!

My husband and I enjoyed walking the paths and learning about the geology and nature of the area. There was a restroom near the blue hole as well as a picnic pavilion, but we had the place to ourselves. Road is unpaved, but very smooth.

Absolutely amazing experience. Did not explore the park too much, however the information boards scattered around were very interesting and informative. The blue hole itself, Captain Bills blue hole was wonderful. Refreshing and as we ended up being the only 3 people there, serene and peaceful. A definite must stop for everyone

The Blue Holes National Park was owned by a hero in the Bahamas since 1889. His name was Bill Cousteau. He dyed the holes and suddenly disappeared now. It became the best tourist destination in the Caribbean Islands.

On a trip led by Barbara, told us the unexpected beauty of Andros Blue Holes and Nature. Not only was the guide a professional, but she's also another example of really beautiful Bahamas.
