Blue Horizon Boutique Resort

This place is gorgeous! Such an oasis. The pool is beautiful. The grounds are spacious and beautiful. They only have a few rooms so there are not many people around and it’s so quiet. The food is excellent and well priced. The staff was all very helpful. We loved the servers at breakfast. They were both incredibly helpful with tips about the island and with our food service. Really loved speaking with them. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend it

The setting is sublime. The pool is so serene & the palm trees add to the relaxed vibe. | The staff is friendly, helpful & professional. | The restaurant has good breakfasts & a beautiful view of the grounds. We had dinner at the resort one night & it was very good. | Our room was large & nicely appointed with a private sitting area outside. | I would 150% stay here again!

I have to admit I was really surprised by this hotel. From the moment we drove in to the moment we had to leave it was very nice. The view coming in was amazing with the ocean in the distance. The front desk staff were inviting and professional. Our room was not ready and they politely told us that we could bring our luggage in and leave it with them while we enjoyed the pool, lounge area, have lunch or even visit the bar. The general manager (David) came in and heard us talking about this being our first year anniversary and poured us each a glass of champagne and told us congratulations. Each room has it's own private porch with chairs to relax on. Ours even had a view of the ocean (it looks like most if not all do). The pool was clear and clean and they had plenty of seating around. Our room was well laid out and the bed was really comfortable. It even had a large closet to store all of your luggage. The attached bathroom was spacious and well provisioned. The shower had a wide window with a clear view to the ocean, very beautiful! You could stay on the resort property your entire visit if you wanted, but we had rented a car so we took a few trips around the island to explore and visit some beaches. Overall we had a very fun and relaxing stay. We highly recommend you consider them for your next stay. Some things to note: 1. This is an adult only resort. 2. If you plan to explore the area you will need transportation (they do have taxis here) 3. There is a small convenient store that is bout a 7 to 10 minute walk.

Room was amazing! Views from anywhere on the property are breathtaking. So quiet and clean. Staff is wonderful! The beach out front is secluded and quiet. Bed was made and room was cleaned every day when we got back! We will 100% be coming back

We loved our stay at Blue Horizon! We stayed only one night here to do the bioluminescent bay tour, but rented a golf cart and drove all around the island of Vieques, beach hopping. The sunset and sunrise at this location were beyond beautiful. The little bungalow style cottage rooms were adorable and a wonderful experience. Also waking up to horses grazing in the field behind our bungalow was truly just magical. I would say that my only complaint of the facility was that service at the restaurant was VERY slow. We timed it appropriately for our bio bay tour but the entire dinner experience was almost two hours due to the slow service. Other than that this was one of the most magical places I have ever experienced.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! We will return. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is far enough away from Esperanza, yet easily accessible via car rental or atv.

Beautiful resort on a beautiful island. The room was immaculate. Comfortable bed with a view of the ocean. The staff was first rate and very friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful as well. This is where I’m staying again when I come back

I can't read the rooms because we just went for brunch, but the grounds are incredibly beautiful with an overlook of the ocean. Brunch was fantastic as well as the drinks though the size was smaller than I expected. Beautiful access to a private beach from the ocean side of the property.
