BLue Lagoon Nails & Spa

I’ve been coming here for the past year or so and don’t have plans to switch, i’ve always left the building with a smile on my face and very happy with my nails! I have very sensitive skin and will breakout in a rash if the wrong products are used. Ni always makes sure I receive the best care and keeps me having fun with my nails given that i’m so limited!! She’s truly the best.

Came here for the first time because of the good reviews. Cindy did not disappoint me. They were all so sweet. Thank you for providing me and my daughter with a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Typical nail salon nothing special about it. The staff did a good job and were very friendly

Honestly, the ladies was nice but it was the worst nail job I've had. Very sloppy, the sides weren't painted and I had to ask to correct but she only did one side and not the other. The ends of the nail aren't painted. Most shops clean around your nail and under to ensure no build up... nope nothing. I was really disappointed with this place. My Pedicure was on point and she did a great job just wish my water was hotter.

If you ever visited before and didn't feel overwhelming appreciation from staff and nail techs, then I STRONGLY SUGGEST you try them again. New management was definitely needed and Traci is beyond accommodating in EVERY imaginable way.

The Blue Lagoon Nails and Spa staff are very attentive, professional individuals. I received a full pedicure and a full set with manicure and I have to tell you guys that overall I am very pleased with the outcome. Tracy the nail tech who did my nails was very understanding and Charlie who gave me my pedicure was very intuitive. I was very pampered and I left feeling absolutely gorgeous. I will be coming back to the Blue Lagoon.

Everything about this salon is perfect!! The girls are fabulous and so accommodating! They're always so nice and even funny! We always listen to the best jams depending on our mood! And lastly always get the best manicures and pedicures I've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND love them!!!!

I will NOT be returning to this establishment. They didn't want to honor my gift certificate because it was 1 day past the expiration date that was placed on the certificate. Certificates, by law, are not allowed to expire for at least 5 years. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told I was speaking to her. She conceded only if I could come right at that time. So I went. I was treated rudely, the tools were filthy, and my pedicure looked awful! I did not leave a tip, which I try never to do. I also will never go back or recommend this establishment. My Rating is a negative star.

We were very disappointed in the pedicure service we received at the Blue Lagoon. Appointments were made for 1:15 and they started on my daughter and me at 1:50. We'd both selected the polish we wanted in advance. It took the second one for them to have something similar to what I wanted. It took a 3rd selection before they had one for my daughter that she liked. (the bottles were either empty or dried up.) Sorry to say we won't be returning.

Such great people and amazing work! The service was wonderful! They did amazing with my pedi.

tracy is amazing. i will never go to anyone else. i always get my nails long and anytime i break them from building airplane parts she fixes for free, of course i pay her regardless. time is money! great place.. fast work. give them a try!! better then apples spa!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Lady was extremely rude and rough, told her more than 5 times how I wanted my nails and she continued to mess them up because she was rushing. I'm highly dissatisfied with this place. My nails are all different lengths and one side is darker than the other. This place is dirty and I'm never coming back.

Worst nail shop EVER! owner is a scammer and all they do is complain. I was charged $55 for a FILL and had to sit an extra hour because of their technicality. I asked was the first person licensed and they failed to reproduce them. shady shady business, BRING THE OLD MANAGEMENT BACK!!

I've been going to Blue Lagoon for a few months now and had been pleased with their services... until today. I was in the salon for over 3 hours for a pedicure and a fill. I had asked for a French tip pedicure, after my nail technician switched 3 times my toes were painted white. After they had completed I asked them to redo them, as that was not what I was looking for and the technician made a face and whined to me that "I didn't tell her what I wanted". I had to the original nail tech what I wanted, and it's not my fault that you switched technicians on me 3 separate times. I was kind, forgiving, not rude and understood that people make mistakes! When the technician started over on my pedicure she was huffing and puffing and didn't apologize. I guess they don't want a paying customer?

Great customer service! I enjoy being in a relaxing atmosphere.

I have been going here for a year or so now and always bring my 5 year old to get her nails painted it has ALWAYS cost $10 for her and today we went and they charged my 5 year old $25 for a full pedicure after telling the nail Techs multiple times that to do JUST PAINT!! I was charged $60 for a basic pedicure and my daughters nails to be painted total scam.

I loved being treated special. Even if Covid was a pain the but...service was great for both a mani and pedi.

I've been going to this salon since they opened at Central and Hillside. The staff is very nice, they are always helpful and polite. I've had some of the most relaxing pedicures and I love my solar nails. Solar nails are not the most "popular" but I love them for the clean natural look. I always treat the staff as I want to be treated and they always treated me right. I've seen so many people just try to get things for free - it's a service industry and they work their tails off, I appreciate how hard they work!!! Just let them know what you want and they will do everything they can to accommodate client requests. (Again the Pedicures are Great!!) =)

GREAT EXPERIENCE! GREAT PEOPLE! GREAT JOB! I've been here a few times and I refer people often. It is very clean (instruments are autoclaved and the packages are opened in front of the client). They are very kind and make certain the job is exactly what I want. Very relaxing environment.

I went in due to my regular nail tech was on vacation, the salon is beautiful, I got a fill in as well as my toe nails painted. Fill in was uneven and very thick, she then began cutting my nails without asking, left them jagged she painted my nails, the cuticles and the under side of my jagged nails, the polish was splotchy and when I asked her to please fill the issues she attemted to put to more coats on, at this point I asked her if she could simply paint my toes and be done, I am diabetic so I do not let anyone cut my toes she tries to cut my nails again i tell her no so i have shitty nails and toes to match! SO IF YOU LIKE MEDIOCRE TO BAD NAILS DONE AND WANT TO PAY WAY TOO MUCH THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

I received an extremely low quality gel manicure from this salon. There were bubbles in the gel on my thumb and one nail chipped the very next day. (I didn't even know it was possible for gel to chip - gel manicures I've received from other salons usually last weeks without chipping). Worse yet, the customer service was awful. I understand that everyone has bad days, so I tend to forgive a bad mood. The experience I had was a different story and not something I can forgive. I won't bore everyone with the whole saga, but I will not be back.

I'm visiting my daughter coming from Philly. For the price I felt it was worth it. I got dip polish on my nails and feet. My legs were beautiful going in but they were gorgeous leaving! My hands didn't get the same treatment as my feet. My only sour part of my experience. I'm going back for the Blue Lagoon Spa Special

This place is awefull! Do not go here it is terible service! They charge you way to much and make you pay tip. I went to get my nails done their and I asked for a soak of and instead they began to rip my acyrilic nails off! I then have naturally long nails and asked for them to not cut then down and they cut them down and almost cut my skin! There people that work there do not talk much but when they choose to talk they speak poorly to their customers. They also rush you very much and do not know how to do good designs. They give kinda of good pedicures but that's pretty much all they are kind of good at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!

Horrible experience. Immediately the manager (she did my nails) was aggressive and in a hurry. Pulling and yanking my hand. I addressed it & that didn't change much. My nail shape was ok but the polish had bubbles and I told her and she responded with an attitude, saying it was because of the polish (which was theirs). The finish was horrible and she tried to charge me extra and get an attitude (i can't make this up). I will never ever go back. She never apologized or said thank you, all while I was calm. Wish I could talk to the owner.
