Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Blue Lake Top 10 Holiday Park. The location is unbeatable – right on the edge of the lake with beautiful views and easy access to the walking tracks and swimming spots. The park itself is clean, well looked after, and really peaceful.||||Our cabin/site (use whichever applies) was spotless and comfy, and the facilities were top-notch. The kitchens, bathrooms, and BBQ areas were all tidy and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to help with anything we needed.||||It’s such a great spot for families, couples, or anyone wanting a relaxing getaway near Rotorua. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

Nice place! So much to do biking round inside the park to bouncing on a bouncy pillow should of wrote this sooner because were going again this year! One of the best holiday parks ever :) the lake was awesome to! If you swim far out you can find a forest of sea grass (thats what I think it is.) Im just waiting for Xmas to be over so I can come here and I hope to see this campsite soon

Amazing place been a couple times for the mountain biking in the area, they have an amazing set of crew clean and working ammenities. The rooms might seem overpriced but there a great deal considering the location and what’s included in the rooms love the spot great for weekend trips or boy trips to the trails. Overall an amazing camping spot never had anything bad to say

Great campsite at blue lake our second time staying there. Great location. Just 10mins drive outside of the city, Only wished there was a large chest freezer near the top communal kitchen.

Fantastic place to stay. Loved waking up to birdsong. Very clean and the Unit had everything we needed. Staff were personable and helpful. Would happily stay here again. Definitely recommend if you are doing the Suffer.

We recently stayed at Blue Lake Top 10 Holiday Park as a family of three and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service and extremely thoughtless cabin allocation.||||Despite there being several empty cabins available with the same configuration, we were placed directly beside a couple in cabins that are very close together and poorly soundproofed. We could hear absolutely everything from the neighbouring cabin — and they could clearly hear us. It felt like we were practically sharing the same air, with no privacy or comfort for either side. This completely ruined the experience.||||When I raised this with the customer service staff member, she simply didn’t care. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to help or offer a solution, even though it was obvious the issue could have been easily avoided by spacing guests out when there are empty cabins available.||||We were so uncomfortable that we stayed only one night out of the two we had booked.||||Blue Lake is a beautiful location, but the lack of consideration, common sense, and basic customer service from staff seriously let the place down. I really hope management reviews how they allocate cabins and how their staff handle concerns in future.||

Stayed here with my wife while in the Rotorua area and plan to again for our next trip. We stayed in one of the "Ensuite Cabin Jayco" units which was perfect; we don't have kids but if you do the additional bunk space for looks comfy and the main bedroom door does provide some separation. Location is also exactly what we were looking for; close enough to Rotorua that everything is convenient, but far enough away that it was quiet and we could even do stargazing by the lake. it is a campsite so there's the expected bustle of people outdoors, but we were never disturbed by any noise and our unit felt nice and private.

Awesome stay. Very accommodating with a late checkout in our hour of need. What a great location! The park was neat, tidy & well maintained. The heated ceilings and floors were very welcomed.
