Blue Lug Hatagaya

You can have hours of fun looking in this wonderful bicycle shop! They have everything. It's very cool. The people working there are lovely. There is no pressure, just great help when you need it. I bought lots of excellent bike stuff, plus a wallet and shopping bag. Thank you for a good experience Blue Lug.

For a bike nerd as myself this is the holy land, so much to look at and buy! The frames on hand are spectacular, Crust, Surly, Mash and Rivendell to mention a few. The selection of components is staggering, if it's not here you don't need it...lol The staff were super helpful and happily explained anything and everything I needed, including shipping costs to Canada. Thank you for being so wonderful and your dedication to cycling!

Famous in the bike industry, this shop has all the coolest stuff. It’s well staffed so the service is good and they’re cool with international customers as people come from all over the world to visit this store. They’re busy so don’t expect an on the spot bike service but they’ll do their best to accommodate you and the job will be done to a high standard.

Second time visiting the Blue Lug store, but this time I went to their first shop which is located in Hatagaya. This shop has everything just like the one in Yoyogi. From a variety of different frames to the smallest parts of the bike, they have it. The staff in this store are super kind and they will accommodate to your needs. They even let me order a part that wasn’t stock in this store, but they have it in their other locations. I love how the people who works here will interact with you and have conversations about bicycles. They even let us hangout for a bit while waiting for my order. Thank you very much Hatagaya team for the hospitality and taking your time to have a conversation with us. We really do appreciate it!! More power to the Blue Lug shop.

Great shop have bought stuff online and twice in person friendly staff amazing range of high quality products Got some new spokes cut here recently and the guys checked my shimano hub for correct length Thank you !

This is not your average bike shop, this is where you go when you want a trick city bike! I heard about Bluelug from a friend, so when I was in Japan I dropped by the shop to check it out. The amount of gear they had out was impressive and it was amazing that you could pick up each item and inspect it. Everywhere else, it would just be locked behind glass. The staff is really nice and live the culture. Outside you will find their bikes all lined up and inside you'll find their builds for sale. These are not cheap bikes or for the person who just wants a new bike, we're talking thousands of USD for a custom built street Fixie that stands out. If you already have your bike, then this place will likely have the parts you want to change it up. They are also the soul importer of some unique brands from the US. Bluelug is definitely a long trip to the other side of Tokyo for most people, but its worth a trip if you are Jitensha otaku.
