Very welcoming and friendly staff. Amazing parts selection and complete bikes. Fast turn around times for maintenance/parts installation and very reasonable maintenance/installation fees. If you need anything bike related or even just need advice definitely check out Blue Lug.

I had my Cannondale CAAD10 repainted by Jackie-san at Blue Lug Kamiuma. He was very friendly, and provided a lot of information and detail on repainting my bicycle. Personally, I was very satisfied with the support and final results of the bicycle repainting, and Jackie-san even fixed minor aspects of the bike (e.g. tire puncture, rim decal, etc.). I highly recommend Blue Lug, and consulting with Jackie-san if you need to refresh your bicycle.

It’s really the most versatile bike shop around. I see some people unhappy with the attitude of the staff but you just have to talk to them like a friend and they will do the same to you. The shop has a super nice atmosphere and you can be in there for half a day and not be bored. It’s definitely worth checking out.

Blue Lug is one of Japan’s bicycle institutions, next to Circles in Nagoya. Tons of bespoke steel (and Aluminium?) frames and parts. They cater to the more adventurous clientele, The staff is awesome, they let me in even though the store was closed and took their time for me. Chapeau!
